Is it okay for layout to have curse words?

I'm just browsing the blog layout section and saw a layout that is plain white but has a pink banner-ribbon link thing above where the title would be and it says F--k you. Is that allowed in layouts?

Profanity in your blog is allowed, just not in your blog's title.
