Belle already knew that Jeremy didn't have many friends, but she still assumed that he had a couple and a couple is more than enough for some people. "Someone around here has to make sure that you have fun and actually live your life, who else should do that but your best friend?" She smiled at him as she had been told that a lot of people he became close with, had died some way or another. It was horrible to think about, but he worked with Matt and he was human which was a good thing. "Well, Elena is just going to have to deal with me. Besides I'm older and quicker and stronger than she is," She wouldn't actually hurt Elena unless the new vampire did something to deserve it, like play with her brothers emotions and feeling just like Katherine did. "She only judges because you wants to keep you safe, I can understand that. If a new vampire came into town and I didn't know them or trust them, I wouldn't let them anywhere near you." She told him honestly because she wouldn't let a strange vampire near him, or a werewolf, hybrid, witch or even a human for that matter. If she didn't trust someone than why should she allow them to be around someone that she cared deeply about? She won't as she'll do whatever it takes to keep Jeremy safe.

Belle shrugged her shoulders lightly, "I probably should. Letha just came back and I should be spending time with her, but I know I shouldn't have asked her to stay here because Damon is here and it's hurting her. But she's my best friend and I'm scared she'll leave again, I was heart broken when she left without telling me anything. I don't want to hurt like that again," She admitted to him and sighed softly through her parted lips.

"Especially when it's so hard to have fun and live my life lately," Jeremy pointed out, knowing that several things prevented him from enjoying himself before Belle came along. He kept losing people, kept getting killed, kept getting in the middle of all the supernatural things with Elena. So many things piled up at once and it drove him crazy sometimes. He could only hope that Belle wouldn't fall under the long list of people that get close to him, then die - because everybody he cared about seemed to have done that so far, from his parents and Aunt Jenna to his ex-girlfriends. The last thing he wanted was to lose more people who were important to him, like Belle. "Oh, I wouldn't wave that in her face, though. Elena likes to piss people off when they try to out-do her," he said simply. It hadn't been that way before, except a few times. Now that she was a vampire, though, it was like that a lot. She always seemed to want to show off and try to prove herself. It was going to get her really killed one day, he was sure of it. "She doesn't need to keep me safe, though. I can protect myself," he pointed out. He had killed a hybrid before most of the others had and he was human. If he could kill a hybrid of all things, he could certainly handle new vampires.

Hearing her speak about her friend, though, he stared at her for a long time. "I'm sure she won't leave again," he assured her quietly, "I mean, I'm sure it's probably hard for her with Damon around, but she seemed to have been handling herself well enough. I'm sure if she was hurting too much, she would tell you and, even then, I doubt she would leave. She seemed genuinely happy to see that you were alive."

Isabelle could understand why Jeremy was having a tough time with enjoying his life, there wasn't really anything enjoyable about being surrounded by supernatural creatures. "Which is why you have me here, I'll make sure that you have fun. No matter what your sister says," She assured him because he deserved to have fun with his life, it wasn't his fault that his sister got involved with her brothers. Which actually brought trouble into Mystic Falls again, but she had fallen in love with Stefan so she wasn't going to stop being with him. Even if it was hurting the people around her, people had died, Caroline was turned into a vampire, Tyler broke his werewolf curse and then became a hybrid. Elena could have stopped all of this if she decided to let Stefan go, but she didn't and now everyone else was paying the price. "Maybe I will rub it in, she'll learn eventually that showing off won't work. Especially to other vampires, in fact we kind of hate it." She told him as she wouldn't mind having a go at Elena, she'd teach her a much needed lesson. "I know that you can protect yourself, but that doesn't mean that I can't make sure your safe." She looked at him as she didn't want to deal with anything happening to him.

"What if she can't handle being around Damon? He's my brother and I can't do anything to help them through this, I've never been in love before so I don't really know what heart break is." She admitted to him, there had been many times when she's thought she's been in love with a man but find out that she wasn't. She has loved men before in her time but never in love with them, where she'd do anything for them or consider being with them forever and turning them into a vampire.

Jeremy smiled gratefully to her words, because she was right. She was one of the few people that he actually had fun with nowadays and he didn't even ever really bother hiding it. The fact that he was so close to her made him wonder just how much time would pass before he lost her, too, though. For all he knew, that could be a reason that Elena disliked their friendship so much, that she thought that Jeremy may fall for Isabelle, only for Isabelle to die, too. The thought pained him incredibly, much more than he thought it would. "We always have fun together," he chimed as he took another bite of the sandwich. It helped to aid his slight tipsiness, so that was a major relief. "As amusing as it would be to watch you and my sister go at it, showing off and everything, I'm not entirely sure whose side I would be on. As her brother, I kind of have an obligation to be on her side, but as your best friend, I have an obligation to be on your side, too. Except, I know you would win." Belle was older, which meant that she was more capable, when it came to vampires. But, Elena still had a way of making enemies easily.

"Well, then, you try the alternative. Lock them both in the dungeon together," he told her, though it was purely a joke. "It's not about being in love for them. I mean, I assume that Letha was in love with Damon, but that's not the major point in what tore them apart. It was betrayal, wasn't it? Because he chose Katherine? That's where the root of their problem is. I'm sure if you just give them time to get used to being each other, things might be okay. Sure, they've had all the time in the world to grow up, but they haven't been around each other to see how much they both have changed; I doubt Letha even knows that Damon pretty much hates Katherine now."

"We really do and I wouldn't have it any other way," Isabelle smiled at him as she did know that he could probably feel a nervous about their friendship, she could be killed forever at anytime. It didn't matter if she was a vampire and could fight to protect herself, but she wasn't the strongest of vampires out there as there were plenty of older vampires out there. She already had a few close moments with other vampires, she had either been lucky to get away or her brothers had been there to help her. But she was certain that she'd be more careful now because she had a reason to continue living, that reason was Jeremy but she wasn't sure about letting him know that. He could already know but it was different when she had to say it to him, she was nervous to tell him in case it ruined their friendship. "I guess I won't have a go at your sister than, but if I did than I wouldn't care who's side you were on. Elena would probably have a go at you, if you decided on me. Even though I'd win easily," She told him knowing that Elena could be a handful when she wanted to be, or even when she didn't mean to.

Belle looked at Jeremy and he was right, he had a good point. Damon and Letha needed to sit down and just have a good talk, Letha needed to know how Damon felt about Katherine now. That would make a start at least and that's all that Belle wanted, "They'd kill me if I locked them in the dungeon." She told him honestly as no vampire wanted to be in the dungeon, she had been locked in there before and she hated it. Even the thought about the dungeon sent a shiver down her spine, "I'll try to make them talk so they could start to work things out." She told him with determination on her face, she wouldn't push them but she still wanted wanted them to be able to look and talk to each other.

"Neither would I," Jeremy agreed with a nod as he finished off his sandwich. At least he didn't have to hide his friendship with Belle like he had had to hide his relationships with Vicki and Anna. Even though it was only a friendship right now, he was familiar enough with the emotions in him to know that Belle meant more to him than just anybody, that he actually liked her. He couldn't bring himself to mention it, though, because he wasn't sure if she felt the same - and, he was pretty sure that Elena would be twice as annoying if she found out. Sure, Elena probably thought she was just being protective, but he didn't need a sister who couldn't really decide between two guys to tell him how he should feel about Belle. Shaking his head, he forced those thoughts away and nodded to her later words. "Yeah, she probably would have a go at me," he said, though he shook his head soon after, "Not that it would really make much of a difference. You would think that Elena would learn by now that her lecturing me won't ever really work." It hadn't yet, so he figured his sister would realize that it never would.

"Oh, you know I wouldn't let them kill you," Jeremy teased lightly, though he was serious. As long as he could prevent it, he wouldn't let anybody hurt Belle. He knew she was stronger than him, of course, but that didn't mean that he couldn't be protective of her and try to make sure that she stays alive and safe, no matter what. Eventually nodding, he offered a smile. "See? We're pretty smart when we put our heads together," he joked.

Belle took Jeremy's plate and left it in the sink so she could clean it up afterwards, "Maybe Elena feels like if she still lectures you then she could change something from happening. Or it could make her feel like you're still her little brother, and not some grown up teenager. I really don't know what goes through her head, though." She told Jeremy although she wasn't very useful, she'd never understand what Elena thought or why she did what she does. She doesn't want to understand but she did need to give her brother a break, her brothers could be over protective but at least they still let her live her own life. They let her go off and try to make a decent life for herself many times, she'd always go see her brothers as many times as she could. They had only once tried to get her to stay with them, that was when they were still newish vampires. Eventually they all went their own separate ways and that was just fine, as she looked at Jeremy something felt like it clicked in her. She really liked their friendship but Belle was beginning to want more, she hadn't been in an actual real relationship with a man for a while now and she was missing having someone who would hold her and be there for her.

"I do know that and they wouldn't kill me either, I'd just get the silent treatment for a little while." She smiled knowing that Jeremy was very serious on his comment, she liked that she had someone else there who wanted to take care of her and make sure she was safe. "Hey, I don't need to put my head anywhere for me to be smart." She joked with him as she smiled warmly at him.

(For some reason, Mibba's not letting me reply to our The 100 roleplay. D: I have it typed up and I've tried sending it from both my phone and my laptop, but it just won't send, so I'm hoping this will actually send.)

"I don't think anybody knows what goes through her head," Jeremy said honestly before he lifted his shoulders in a shrug. It didn't matter to him much, really, considering his sister could be a little too much for him to want to be around most days. Sure, he wanted to keep her safe, but she was a vampire now and there was so much that he couldn't do for her anymore. No, instead, she had to rely on the other vampires. And, really, he wasn't sure how he felt about that. His sister tended to do her own thing, which usually got others hurt or worse. If she hadn't gotten involved with vampires in the first place, then everything would have been okay, he was sure. But, then, if she hadn't gotten involved with vampires, he wouldn't have gotten to ever meet Isabelle and that wasn't something that he really wanted to think about. "So, now that I've eaten and we're both pretty sure that the Truth or Dare drinking game is over, what do you think we should to to occupy our time?" he asked with an arched eyebrow.

He smiled slightly when he thought of the others giving her a silent treatment. "Well, if that every happens, you could always just hang out with me some more. I wouldn't give you the silent treatment," he said casually because it was true. When he was around her, he actually talked a lot, which wasn't entirely normal for him. "Of course you don't. You're already a genius who's lived through everything."

"And I doubt anyone would want to know what goes through her head," Belle pointed out as she was sure that no one wanted to go through someone else's mind, unless they were extremely nosy which Belle wasn't. Apart from wanting to see how Jeremy feels about her, she could just ask but she was nervous. She didn't want her feelings to be rejected and then lose her best friend, but then she'd feel stupid if he does return her feelings and they could have been together ages ago. "Even if they weren't giving me the silent treatment, I'd come hang out with you anyways." She told him which is something they did already, they spent time during lunch at school together and after school and any other time that they both had free. Sometimes Belle would get bored and even sit at the Grill for a few hours while Jeremy worked, "Exactly. I already know everything," She joked with him, she did know a lot as she has lived through so much but she wasn't anywhere near close to being a genius. She has lived through a lot and yet she still struggled with some work that teachers at school gave her, maths for example was her weak spot.

Belle thought for a few seconds as she thought about what they could do, there really wasn't much in Mystic Falls and that hadn't really changed about the town. It was a small town so she usually always had to occupy herself when she was a human, "I'm not really sure. This town is just as boring as it was when I was human," She complained but only because it was true.

Jeremy had decided to crash on the Salvatore's couch - partly because he didn't feel like bumming a ride home from anybody and his sister was crashing in Stefan's room, but mostly because it was easier to sleep there when he knew that Isabelle was around. When morning came, he had gone ahead to make another sandwich for breakfast, since there wasn't much else, and he wondered just how much he smelled of whiskey because he was pretty sure he would need a shower. At least he didn't have a major hangover, though his head was throbbing a bit. It surprised him that it wasn't worse, though, considering how much he had drank the night before. He supposed he had the sandwich that Isabelle made to thank for that, since he would have felt a lot worse if he hadn't had something on his stomach throughout the night - that was something he knew for sure. It didn't take him long to eat (it never really did, he supposed,) and he cleaned up the mess before he looked around to see if anybody else was awake. Well, more so, he was actually curious as to if Isabelle was awake, since she was the only one that he really hung out with.

Though he knew that he should probably go out and try to find some pain killers for his headache, he made his way towards Isabelle's room instead. Since he wasn't sure if she was awake or not, he stood at the door for a few moments, weighing his options. He could knock on the door, which might wake her up if she was still asleep - in which case he would feel slightly bad. Or he could knock on the door and she could be awake and they could hang out until Elena tried to ruin their fun. Though he was a bit hesitant, since he didn't want to wake her if she was still sleeping, he eventually let out a sigh and lifted his hand to knock, though he made sure not to be too loud, in hopes that, if she was asleep still, it wouldn't actually wake her. But, then, since vampires had supernatural hearing, he couldn't be sure.
The night for Letha hadn't been pleasant, to say the least. She had made sure to pick a room as far away from Damon's as she could manage to, though she wasn't sure if she actually meant to do that or if she had done so subconsciously. She hadn't bothered to unpack, though she didn't have much anyways. By morning, she hadn't managed to sleep much, though that probably had more to do with her feeling a bit out of place in the Salvatore boarding home than anything else. Her suitcase was resting beside the bed, as if prepared to leave at any moment, despite that she promised herself that she would stick around, for Belle's sake. The moment she got ready for the day, she let herself wander the house to get familiar with it, though it didn't take long for her to hear a phone ringing and, without thinking too much, she followed the noise until she was outside of Damon's room. Amusement filled her features and she vamp-sped into the room, picking up the phone to see "Niklaus Mikaelson" flashing on the screen.

Since the name looked remotely familiar, though she couldn't quite place it (likely, it was from vampire rumors that she had heard throughout her hundred-and-fifty years of living as a vampire,) she answered it. "I do hope that you're not a new boy-toy of Damon Salvatore's, Mister Mikaelson, whoever you may be," she drawled, turning her eyes to Damon as she figured he might be awake by now. The voice on the other line already sounded irritated or rushed. "As fun as this little game might be to you," the voice said, "I have business to attend to with the owner of the phone you answered." Letha arched an eyebrow at that. "Ooh, so definitely a boy-toy," she hummed out before holding out the phone to Damon, "You make some pretty rude friends, Damon."

Damon had planned on just ignoring his ringing phone, though his plan failed when he heard the familiar voice of Letha answering his phone. He groaned as he rolled over in his bed and sent Letha a glare, his blanket was covering his legs so his bare torso was on show for anyone who entered his room. "I know, it's also rude to walk into my room and answer my phone. I guess you were my first rude friend," He murmured before taking his phone from her hand, he was so tempted to just hang up on Niklaus but that wasn't a smart idea. Not that he had many smart ideas and he would love to see Niklaus' face if he was hung up on, he was still glaring at Letha because now he had to deal with the original hybrid and it was still semi early in the morning. He let out a yawn and stretch his body out before he eventually put his phone to his ear, "What do you want, Niklaus?" He asked in a not so nice tone of voice, but he hated when he had to deal with any of the original vampires because they were all horrible news. "You should keep her on a leash," Niklaus spoke to him which only caused Damon to roll his eyes, Niklaus certainly wasn't going to be getting along with Letha. Not that he really got along with anyone in town.

"But I am calling to invite you're family over, I am interested in the Gilbert boy and having him draw this Hunter mark for me." Niklaus told the oldest Salvatore sibling and stood there waiting for Damon's answer, he knew Damon wouldn't say no because they were all interested in this mark and he wanted to have a copy of it for himself. If he had to start playing dirty to get what he wants, then he wouldn't even think about it because he always made sure he got what he wanted. He even knew how to get it if Damon did say no to him, Isabelle. Damon sighed heavily, "Fine." Was all he said before he did hang up on Niklaus.
Isabelle was already awake and had gotten herself ready for the day when she heard Jeremy outside her bedroom, she had filled a glass with water and had found two painkillers for him. She waited until Jeremy knocked on her closed door and even then it was a soft knock, "Come in Jeremy." She smiled to herself and watched as he stepped into her room, "Take the painkillers and you'll feel better. You took a while to knock, you didn't need to." She told him as the water and painkillers were sitting on the desk that she had in her room, she wasn't like her brothers in how they didn't really make their bedrooms their own. They had mostly kept it simple and didn't change much over the years, where as Belle liked to decorate her room and it was much lighter than her brother's and it reflected her personality more. "So I have no plans for today, what shall we do?" She asked as she sat down on her bed, she felt bad that Jeremy had slept on the couch last night when there was plenty of space upstairs for him. She would still need to see what Letha wanted to do that day, but she still wanted to spend some time with Jeremy.

He was going through a lot right now after Connor had arrived in Mystic Falls, she was always on edge now that there was a hunter running around freely in town. He was a vampire hunter and was probably very good at killing vampires, that made Belle nervous because even though she could win a fight enough most other vampires. If a hunter knew what weakens vampires then Connor or any hunter, would play dirty and there was a real chance that she could lose the fight.

Jeremy wasn't sure whether to feel relieved or embarrassed when Isabelle told him that he could come in, mostly because of her mentioning of how he hadn't needed to take so long to actually knock on the door. "I just didn't want to wake you, since you probably stayed up later than I did," he mentioned casually, though he wasn't entirely sure. He had been drunk by then, after all, so he really probably just passed out on the couch without much of a warning. Nodding, he moved to pick up the painkillers and he swallowed them quickly, gulping the water down within moments. "Thanks," he told her with a smile before setting the glass back down and glancing around a bit. He very rarely came into her room, mostly because he was pretty sure that Damon or Stefan might just rip his head off for going into their little sister's room, but also because they weren't really inside much, anyways. Most of the time, they were outside, at school or preparing for whatever battle laid in wait for them. When they were inside, they were usually downstairs in the living room, planning the usual ways to survive.

When he heard her question, he lifted his shoulders in a slight shrug. "I'm not entirely sure," he said honestly before he rested his attention on her. "I mean, we could really do anything, but there's never much in Mystic Falls to do aside from the school dances and the town events." And every school dance or town event ended in disaster - not that most people were aware of that. Only their group of friends, if that's what the group could be called, and the Council were ever really aware of all the hell that broke loose in Mystic Falls.
"Oh, I am the best rude friend, Damon. Don't diminish my important to just mere first rude friend, that's insulting," Letha hummed out before she plopped down on the bed, listening to the conversation quietly. Normally, she wasn't this nosy, but the fact that the name sounded somewhat familiar had her curious and she couldn't help it. Why she was bothering to stick around in Damon's room and had even sat down on his bed, though, even she couldn't begin to explain. Hearing the guy, Niklaus, speak about her, she let her mouth hang open as if she were appalled. "That is a terrible thing to say. Damon would never be able to keep me on a leash. He can't handle me," she chimed, making sure that whoever was on the other line would be able to hear. She wasn't sure if it was more so to embarrass Damon or to make a point, but it made her smirk nonetheless. Leaning back on her hands, she tried to focus on what exactly was going on here and she ignored the glare Damon gave her because it didn't bother her at all. It was a better look than the one he had when he was head-over-heels for Katherine, at least.

Hearing the man invite Damon's family over, she hopped up from the bed. "Looks like I get a pass to explore Mystic Falls alone, then," she mentioned casually, because she wasn't part of the family - and she wasn't the Gilbert boy. So, really, she had no reason to go, she decided. Or, more so, she hoped. Because how Damon sighed was not making her feel okay about the entire thing; in fact, it set her nerves on edge, as if warning her that whoever Niklaus Mikaelson was, he wasn't somebody to deem as Damon's boy-toy.

Damon didn't pay any attention to the comment Letha made about him not being able to handle her, as he set his phone down he turned to look at Letha. "Hang on, you made me take his call and now you think that you can get away from this? I'm sure you'd be more than welcome to come along," He wasn't sure if he should introduce Letha to Niklaus, the original hybrid was known for all the trouble that either followed him or that he caused. He didn't want to ever put Letha in risk of any danger, Niklaus did seem to be stronger than Damon and his siblings so he didn't really want Letha there. "Or I could skip whatever he wants and I can show you around Mystic Falls, not that there is anything to look at in this town. It hasn't really changed," He told her just so she'd know, the town center really only changed when the stores either shut and reopened as something else. But that really was as much as this town changed, it was sad really but that is what happened with small towns. Damon raised an eyebrow at Letha, he didn't really understand why she had stayed in his room for this long.

She had chosen to stay in the bedroom that was the furthest from his room, he would have thought that she wouldn't have wanted to be around him. Yes, they talked yesterday but even then it wasn't comfortable. He was to blame and he knew that, but now she was standing in his room and they weren't fighting or arguing which he had been expecting to happen by now.
Belle had stayed up for another few hours after Jeremy passed out on the couch, she had gotten him blankets so he wouldn't become cold. She had found Letha after that and had talked for hours, "I did. But vampires don't need to sleep as long as humans, I can get away with a couple of hours of sleep and be fine. I usually don't because there isn't a lot to do at night, especially when you fall asleep and then I have no one to hang out with." She smiled watching as he swallowed the painkillers with the water, she sighed softly when Jeremy said that he also didn't have any plans for the day. The town really didn't have much for anyone to actually do, "Well today is going to be so boring." She said before her ears picked up what her oldest brother was saying, she could faintly hear another voice and she was certain that it was the voice of Klaus. She frowned as she listened in as she had never gotten along well with the original hybrid or his family, they only meant bad news.

Her body became tense when Jeremy's name was mentioned, she looked at him and suddenly wanted to take him away from the town just so Nicklaus didn't get his hands on him for whatever reason that the hybrid had. It wouldn't take much for Klaus to hurt Jeremy, if that did happen then Belle couldn't imagine how she would react. She did know that she'd try her hardest to get her revenge, because she wasn't letting anything happen to Jeremy.

"Ah, sorry," Jeremy told her with a smile, feeling only somewhat guilty that she hadn't had much to do just because he had gotten tired. It wasn't really his fault, though; he was only human, after all. He could only push his body to stay awake for so long. At one point, it hadn't been much of a problem to pull all-nighters, but that was before he was burning so much energy learning to defend himself against vampires. "It can't be too boring as long as we hang out," he offered with a shrug. At least it was a weekend and there wasn't school right now. But, then, even school was better than days without anything to really do. Still, he had Belle to hang out with, regardless of if they had anything to do or not. But, then, he realized that she might actually want to spend time with her old friend instead; he didn't want to get in the way of that, since it had apparently been ages since Belle had spent time with her friend and they might have a lot to catch up on.

Before those thoughts could really process, though, he caught sight of the look she gave him and a frown took over his features. "What's wrong?" he asked as he made his way closer to her. He knew that look, no matter how subtle it was. She was worried, it seemed, though he wasn't sure what she could be worried about - unless she had heard something that he hadn't, which could have very well been the case.
"Oh, that's a hard one. Go with everybody to meet some guy that has a cute accent or get stuck being alone with you," Letha drawled, giving him a blank look before she moved to stand up, "I think that's pretty easy to decide on. I think I might have more fun snapping at that guy for even assuming that I belong on a leash than I would going on a tour with you of a town that even you said hasn't really changed. Besides, accents always mean danger and I'm not letting Stefan or Belle go to accent-guy's house alone." Okay, the last bit was more of a safety precaution, a way to prevent too much tension to fill the room because she still hadn't forgiven Damon for hurting her and she was pretty sure that she had already made a point of it with her words. Still, it wasn't like she actually wanted all the words to spill out; they just came out of their own accord and she had no reason to take them back. "Here's the big statement, though: I really hope this Niklaus guy doesn't expect us to look all formal."

And, with that, she turned and made her way out of the room. If it was because of the awkwardness she felt around Damon or just because she really needed a blood bag right about now, she wasn't entirely sure. She just wasn't really sure how to deal with all of this and she wondered if being stuck with Damon would have been worse or better than having to act cheery in front of the Niklaus person.

Damon rolled his eyes at Letha but still listened to what she was saying, "Since when does an accent mean danger? You made that up," He called out to her after she had walked out of his room, he had planned on spending a few more hours laying in his bed but Niklaus always did want things done as soon as possible. Meaning he'd actually have to drag himself out of bed and get ready for the day, something that he wasn't looking forward to considering Elena was still a risk to everybody in town that was still human. She hadn't learnt how to fed properly without killing someone, neither himself or Belle had volunteered to help the new vampire and apparently Caroline was too good at self control to help. So it was all up to Stefan which in Damon's opinion should be, they were still dating and Damon couldn't care less about Elena. Throwing the blankets off his body, he pushed himself to his feet and slowly made his way to the bathroom where he could shower and get himself ready for whatever the hybrid wanted with his family. As he was getting dressed, he could hear Jeremy talking to his sister while Letha was drinking a blood bag downstairs.

He could hear Elena or Stefan, which meant they had probably already gone out to start whatever lesson that Elena needed to learn. He took his time in walking out of his bedroom so he could find his sister and get everyone over to the Mikaelson household, he followed the sounds of heavy footsteps and wrapped his arm around Jeremy's shoulders to pull the boy closer to him. "Isabelle, nothing will happen." He assured his little sister as he looked at her.
Belle looked at Jeremy as she stood up from her bed, she took his hand into her's and ignored how nice it felt to hold his hand. "We need to go," Was all she told him before she started pulling him through the house, she couldn't go too fast because then Jeremy wouldn't be able to keep up with her. But she still needed to take him home where Klaus couldn't get into, or she needed to hide him somewhere else where Klaus won't find them. She had made her way down the staircase with Jeremy before she felt his hand slip from her's, she spun around only to see Damon had been the one to stop them. "Klaus wants him for something, of course something bad with happen. It always does around that family, I don't trust him and I know you don't either." She told her brother, "I don't trust him but he'll find you two. It doesn't matter where you take him, you know this, Belle. Let's just go see what the hybrid wants, you can be there to protect him." Damon told her and she didn't want to listen to him, but he was right.

Klaus had some of his hybrids who would do all the dirty work for him, if Klaus wanted Jeremy than that is what he'd get. But if she was there than she could stop anything from happening to Jeremy, she stood there and looked at Jeremy as she didn't know what she should do. "We're only staying there for five minutes," She murmured slightly defeated.

Jeremy was probably concentrating more on the fact that Belle was holding his hand more than he should have been. He probably should have been concentrating more so on the fact that she was clearly trying to get him out of there and it didn't make any sense to him. Before he could process it all, though, Damon's arm was around him and he had been tugged away from Belle. Then, everything came to light and he understood why Belle was trying to get him out of there so quickly. "Wait, what?" he asked, frowning deeply as he looked back and forth between the two. "What could he possibly want with me?" Well, other than to kill him to get to Elena, but that was hardly the point. No, apparently Klaus wanted him for something and it didn't make any sense to Jeremy because there wasn't really anything that Jeremy could ever do for Klaus. Apparently, that wasn't how the original hybrid felt, though, and he wasn't too sure if Klaus was even worth all of this trouble. Why the hybrid felt the need to constantly ruin everybody's life, Jeremy couldn't even begin to understand and it was honestly frustrating.

Hearing Belle give in, though, he supposed Damon had a point: there wasn't really anything that they could do. The thought was bothersome and he wasn't sure what he could do about it, but he realized that there really wasn't anything that he could do. The only option he had was to go to Klaus' place and get whatever task Klaus had set out for him over with and done. So, relenting, he let out a sigh. "Let's just go there and get this over with. The sooner we get whatever he wants done, the sooner we can stop being bothered by him for a while," he decided quietly.
"Accents do mean danger! Just look at James Bond. He may have been some nice-guy spy, but he was still dangerous to enemies," Letha chimed with a grin as she made her way downstairs. It didn't take her long to find the blood bags, since Belle had shown her where they kept them the night before. Even from there, she could hear the group talking as she drank her blood bag, though she didn't finish it because a frown etched its way onto her features. A hybrid? Was that why she recognized the name? And, then, it dawned on her. Niklaus Mikaelson had been who Katherine had been on the run from for centuries. The realization made her freeze, because that meant that she was at least right about one thing: whoever Niklaus was, he was dangerous. Katherine had been on the run for centuries because of this guy, so she could only imagine how dangerous he was. Personally, she didn't want to deal with something like that, but she wasn't about to let her friend go in there with just Damon and a human. Finishing off her bag, she tossed it away before she made her way to where the others were.

"You know, Damon is actually right about one thing," she told Belle as she got closer, eyeing the group for a moment before she offered Belle a reassuring smile. "Nothing will happen. If things get bad, I'll distract the guy with foolish crap to get him to argue with me. He already dislikes me after just five seconds on the phone. I can make him dislike me enough in person that, if something does happen, you and Jeremy can get out without a problem." It wasn't an ingenious plan, but she wasn't about to lose her best friend nor was she going to let a human get hurt by some psychopathic hybrid.

Damon watched as Letha joined the small group and actually agreed with what he was saying, however he frowned shortly after she told Belle her plan. He wasn't going to let her get on Klaus' bad side, everyone else in the town was on his bad side and he didn't ever want the hybrid to target Letha like he did with everyone else. Although he didn't say anything then, he just ushered away outside once Belle agreed. Letha's car was the closest so they all climbed in with him being in the passenger seat, Belle and Jeremy were sitting in the back which she got to before him. As Letha begun to drive he gave her directions on getting to the Mikaelson manor, his face grew stern as none of this could mean something nice was going to happen. "Let's get this over with," He said as he climbed out of the car and walked towards the front door, he didn't bother knocking and the hybrid guards didn't do anything but step aside to let them through. "Ah, it was about time you arrived. Please take a seat," Klaus offered his guests before he noticed that he didn't know one guest, "Who is this? Is this your pet, that should be a leash?" He turned to Damon.

Damon moved over to sit down and pinched the bridge of his nose, "What did you want, Klaus? We don't have all day," He spoke rather harshly as he didn't want to be around the hybrid any longer than he had to, he also didn't want his sister or Letha anywhere near Klaus as he didn't know the other's plan. He wasn't about to lose either of them at Klaus' hands.
Belle made sure she stayed close to Jeremy as she followed Damon into the house, "I thought you all may like to know what I have found out. The vampire hunter is one of The Five, I need one so I can find something that is of interest to all of us." Klaus spoke in his accented voice as he also sat down, he started off the story of how his family actually came into contact with the original Five hunters and how Rebekah fell in love with one who almost killed the whole family. Belle frowned when Klaus mentioned the invisible tattoo that the hunters had was in fact a map, a map to where a cure is. She looked over at Damon as she knew neither of them wanted to be human again, well Belle wouldn't refuse a cure as she could then be a human for Jeremy and could eventually have a family with him. She had always wanted to have children but once she turned into a vampire, that dream vanished. "What do you want with Jeremy?" She asked as she didn't understand why Klaus wanted Jeremy.

"Well my dear, I need him to draw the tattoo for me. He is an artist after all," Klaus nodded his head slightly, causing two of his hybrids to grab onto Jeremy and start pulling him towards another room. Belle was on her feet and had her hand wrapped around a throat within seconds, a growl sounded in her throat as she glared at the hybrid that she was choking. "No," Belle let the hybrid go when Klaus took Jeremy's ring off his finger.

Jeremy didn't really care much for Klaus' story, because he didn't trust the original hybrid. Half of the story was probably falsified to get anybody who was interested in the cure's hopes up. It was a cruel thing, which was why he wouldn't put it past Klaus at all. It was as if the man took pure pleasure in ruining people, tearing them apart, breaking them down. Jeremy assumed the original hybrid was probably sadistic, really, considering how much the man enjoyed to cause pain for others. Before he could really question any of it, he was getting pulled up and dragged towards a room. "Hey, I can walk," he snapped, trying to wrench his arms free, though he was surprised to see Belle up and over there so quickly, not because of how quickly she got there (she was a vampire, after all,) but because her hand was around one of the hybrid's throats. Well, until Jeremy's ring had gotten taken off, anyways, causing the boy to glare at Klaus. "What? Planning to kill me after the work's done?" he asked with annoyance.

The other hybrids were already leading him away again, though, pulling him along and, honestly, he wished he had something nearby to slice their heads off. It was beyond annoying, being treated as if he were some rag doll being dragged around by a child.
Letha stared blankly at Klaus, arching an eyebrow. "That's rich, coming from somebody who's literally part werewolf," she drawled, "Little doggies are supposed to be on chains, haven't you heard?" She wasn't going to let show that she was actually a little worried about being in the original's presence. If somebody could have Katherine, who was pretty much ruthless, on the run for centuries, she didn't want to imagine what the man was capable of. Still, she moved to sit down, making sure to appear disinterested with it all. The mention of the cure caught her attention, though. Though she hadn't ever really thought of being human again, the idea was a little tempting. Her emotions wouldn't be as high and she wouldn't be in as much pain as she was because of Damon. But, then, the thought of being cured wasn't as tempting when she recalled just how weak humans were, their frailty, the ailments. Who knew how quickly somebody would die if they took the cure?

She frowned, though, when she saw what played out and she narrowed her eyes. "If he's just going to be drawing a tattoo, then why is the force necessary?" she asked simply. "I'm sure all you'd really have to do is show him the room the hunter's in and let him get to work. No need to drag him around," she pointed out.

"Silence," Klaus spoke without even looking over at the vampire that was a stranger to him, although if new creatures come into Mystic Falls than he always made sure to find out more about them. It was a safety precaution so nothing would happen to him or his family, "This is my home. I need the map that the tattoo makes, only he can see the tattoo. A little force never hurt anyone," He spoke while Damon sat there and rolled his blue eyes, he leaned back into the couch that he was sitting on after he had leaned forward when his sister had tried to protect Jeremy. He was more than ready to get up and fight if it came to that, he wouldn't think twice about making sure to keep the people close to him safe. Even if the original hybrid was there, he would fight for his family which he still included Letha in. He would have told Letha to stop what she was saying to Klaus, but he found it amusing so he couldn't be bothered with telling her to be quiet. Not that she'd even listen to him, of course.

"Why are you interested in this cure? You love the power and strength too much, why are you even telling us?" Damon frowned as he knew Klaus would only be telling them this if he wanted something from them, "I want the cure for a personal reason. I still need a certain sword before I can finish the map, I'll need Stefan for that." Klaus spoke like it was nothing, Damon frowned knowing Niklaus would probably go to Stefan himself with his task but he still didn't like the sound of that.
Isabelle didn't hesitate when it came to following Jeremy into another room, she stayed close to him until her eyes landed on the vampire hunter. Connor was tied up to what looked like a medieval torture device, which didn't surprise her one bit. She watched as Jeremy was pushed down onto a chair and was given a pad of paper with a pencil, she tried not to show how scared she was being that close to Connor. He was chained up but that didn't put any ease in how Belle was feeling, so she just stayed close to where Jeremy was sitting. "I won't let Klaus hurt you," She whispered to Jeremy as Klaus could actually kill Jeremy now, he wasn't wearing his ring so he wouldn't come back to live like before. "That is disgusting, you're better than this Jeremy." Connor spoke as he sent a glare towards the vampire in the room, he'd have to work harder if he wanted Jeremy to realise that vampires are the enemy.

"Why don't you keep your mouth shut, or I'll do it for you." Belle snapped which is only something she did when she was angry or worried, right now she was both. She was worried over Connor and his influence on Jeremy, she was angry that Klaus had made Jeremy do this without even asking.
