"Don't listen to mommy, Wyatt, she definitely has cooties." Jack smirked, winking at the mother of his child before messing with Wyatt's hair. Before Wyatt, he never thought he'd be what people considered a family man. He always warned Rose about that, causing her to leave when she learned about Wyatt. He didn't think he had it in him to love another human being more than life. Rose was always the first thing, music following in for a very close second. It wasn't like he was unloved as a kid, everyone knew Joyce and Bassam's love for him, he just never thought he could compare to what his parents offered him. Until the baby, weighing 9lbs and 8 oz, was handed to him right after the birth to give to Rose. He remembered staring into the eyes of Wyatt and wanting to faint. He knew then that he would be the family man he'd always dreamed he'd never be.
With all this family thinking, he looked over at Rose and smiled. He rested his head on hers, as Wyatt focused on Mickey. "Hey old lady." He started, smiling softly, playing with the ring on her finger, remembering the day he had proposed to her. Only a couple of days after finding out about Wyatt. Most people thought it was because she was pregnant, but it was because he found out what it was like to not have her, and he never wanted to live like that again. "I love you." He whispered as he kissed her nose. "You're also the best mom in the world." he said, kissing her lips softly before Wyatt looked up and said "ewwww" as Jack pulled him into his chest and started wrestling him. "I don't care if you're sick or not, boy! I'll tickle you till you pee!" he said before tickling him.
