Those men who had come looking for him seemed to be no surprise. Hazel registered that he knew of his dire situation since he was willing to walk out of the hospital with merely a gown on. Holding back a small chuckle at the mere thought, she shook her head in his direction, "I'm sorry, but you'd look ridiculous with just a hospital gown on. You can even come with me to get it. Trust me, you'll want it." Watching as Casey rose to his feet, Hazel noted if there were any signs of pain in his expression before proceeding to explain. She cleared her throat while glancing over her shoulder to make sure that no one would enter. "They were, uh, tall and muscular. Maybe three of them in total. There was one guy.. in particular.. that stood out and was the one I spoke to. He was six foot one with pitch black hair. I think he was of Spanish descent from his accent," She rambled, hoping to satisfy the question. "You probably know that they were looking for you. I told them that you weren't at the hospital, which may give you just enough time," She explained.

Greyson passed through the night, pacing about like a lion in a den. Eventually, he was forced to calm himself down after being confined to his room for so many hours, and, by morning, he was sitting on his bed. The entire night, he had stared at one point on the wall, and it was only until there was knock at the door that he was startled. Even before he opened the door, he knew that it was Brooklyn. Making his way out of the room, he walked down the hallway and opened the front door to see her staring back at him. "Why are you here?" He mumbled, disappointed to know that his parents had not broken off the engagement. The fact that his parents refused to let his go started boiling his blood once more. "This whole entire marriage is stupid," He continued on, wanting to shut the door in her face. Somehow, he had found it within himself not to.
