Romy's stomach felt like was inching lower and lower to the ground. The hairs on the back of her neck and her arms stood as she glanced around at the trees. "Weirded out was just the polite way of saying I'm freaking the fuck out." Where were they? How did they even get there? She huffed out a small laugh and shrugged, "Yeah. That's me. Didn't think I'd see anyone from Hollows Grove anytime soon." A sigh left her and she bit her lip, "Should we walk around? Maybe try and find some way out of here."

Devin Jacobs
"Didn't think I would either" Devin figured he'd never see anyone from there again since he left to Yale and then moved into the city. He hadn't been very close to anyone to keep contact-nose stuck in a book for too long. It was nice though, to see someone familiar even though Romy has changed and it was a little hard to place her back in school. Nodding Devin stepped so they could be side by side,"Sounds good to me" he said, shoving his hands into his front pockets and refraining himself from hunching over."Don't think it's the right time to catch up but I don't think I could deal with just strolling through this place without some sound, so how have you been?"


Blake Hudson
Blake could not believe the nerve of this guy, screaming at him about shit he couldn't really remember, still being vague about it. Blake remembers quite a couple of deaths, his second adoptive parents, another group home kid who committed suicide, a child worker getting hit by a car, and back when he was eight there was some girl that died while he was with his first adoptive parents but since it was so long ago and he spent such a short time with those people he couldn't remember much about it besides the stress and anger. "Don't fucking scream at me you twat. It's not like you're helping very much. Can't fucking pretend when I don't even remember what the fuck you're talking about" he snapped, small hands balled into fist.

Romy chuckled as she started walking at a slow pace, she could only hope they found a way out soon. "I've been alright," she shrugged and tried to push thoughts of her last job out of her mind. Her boss was an older man with a fat wallet, he thought he could buy her affections and when that didn't work he resorted to grabbing at her like a piece of meat. "My story is short and boring," she said with a small laugh. Her gaze traveled across to Devin and she tilted her head, "What about you? Last I remember you spent all your time with your head in a book," she teased.

There was a comfort that came with being with Romy, she was still nice, which was great, and she reminded him of home and his mother who he missed more than anything. Keeping his eyes ahead of them and focusing on their surroundings in case they find anyone else or danger Devin shrugged, sire a lot has happened to him since high school but none of it was something he was proud of anymore. "Same, boring" he partly lied, if she was interested in business then she'll probably find his accomplishments interesting, bug if not then they were just what they were. "Yale, dropped out, and now I'm in business"

"You dropped out? I'm surprised." Romy kept her eyes open as they walked but every tree looked the same to her. It wasn't her vision, after school she'd said fuck it and gotten LASEK eye surgery, perhaps it was the woods themselves. Everything about the situation gave her the creeps. "Good for you though. Yale is a great school to go to, regardless how long you were there." She grinned lightly and heard something in the distance. It sounded like running water. She stopped in her tracks and looked at Devin, "Do you hear that?"

Maddox

Maddox walked with her, "Who do you think would do this?" He asked as he walked. He knew they needed to find someone that would be able to get then out of this. Maddox sighed as he pulled his phone out of his pocket, seeing it was dead. HE rolled his eyes, "Great." He muttered.


Lennox

Lennox frowned, "You don't have to be rude." She whispered. She walked with him and glanced around. "What others?" She asked him. Lennox knew that it was probably the few people they use to hang out with as kids, but she didn't want to admit that.

Devin couldn't help but smile because getting into Yale was one of his biggest achievements and even though he hadn't complete his full four years he was still proud of himself and knew that he did well. "Thank you, I think that one of the best things to happen to me" he said, stopping once she asked if he heard that. He could hear something a little far off, quiet and a little relaxing, like a river or stream."Yeah, sounds like water" he said turning towards where he assumed the sound was coming from,"Want to go towards it?" he asked.

Blake ran a hand through his hair and groaned, oh god, this was one of the hardest conversations he has ever had with anyone before and it's so stressful. He feels a little bad because he honestly can't remember everything this guy is saying, only bits and pieces like living in Hollows Grove for a month and towards the ending before he was returned there was a incident with a girl, her name Claire as the other stated. He was eight years old at that time, Blake can only remember having one older friend who dragged him everywhere."Look I'm sorry I can't remember alright, stop being such a fucking asshole about it alright, not everyone is the same you twat. I'm sorry Claire died but don't fucking treat me as if I shot her in front of you dammit and I'm horrible for not remembering, I can't even remember you okay, I was literally eight years old" he hissed.

"Sorry then" Blake just felt a major headache creeping in on him and he really didn't want to continue this little match with this guy, god, he reminded him of another kid from Hollows Grove. Derrick was it? Damien, Dante, god, he can't remember but he was sure that this guy was that kid. He isn't going to continue on with the bickering, they're here so they're here and that is it. This guy seemed to know about the forest, know how it looks, but since he says it's different then there's got to be something wrong. Giving up Blake just sits down and crosses his legs, he's tired and he's not home and he feels so stressed and he doesn't have any of his medicine, he doesn't know what to do but be angry. He isn't going to deal with this, he can't deal with it.

Blake huffed as he tilted his head up to look at the other. This wasn't his strong suit, nature and the forest, all these fucking trees around. He doesn't even know which way the moss has to grow to know which way was North. "What do you mean they're the first to die? Do you think someone is actually trying to kill us?" he asked curiously, a little uneasy about the answer he was going to receive as he stood up, feeling a little light headed but ignoring it-wasn't like he was going to find a random advil around here anyways.

Maddox

Maddox looked over at her, "We are so screwed." He said as he looked up at sky. "We should find somewhere to start a fire." He said. He knew that eventually it would get dark so they needed some way to stay warm. Especially since she was not dressed for this.


Lennox

Lennox looked at him, "What the hell are we all here?" She asked. She didn't understand why this was happening to them. she was so scared and she wanted to go back to her house. She wanted to be in her warm bed.

Maddox walked over to the spot and tried to find wood to start the fire. Once he got some wood he started to make the fire. He may have been a rich kid but he did pick up a few skills from his grandfather. Maddox looked at her once he got the fire started


Lennox

Lennox looked at him, "so what do you suggest we do?" She asked. Lennox crossed her arms as she looked around. she hated being out here and she didn't understand why they were there.

That had to be the most television like line Blake has ever fucking heard, it was like Horatio Caine from CSI: Miami taking his sunglasses off and losing just off center at the camera with dramatic music playing off till it was cute for commercial. Blake had to keep in his laugh, especially in a situation like this but he just couldn't, covering his mouth with his hand just barely contained the giggles. "Yeah, yeah, of course Detectice Caine "

"Oh my fucking goodness get the stick out of your ass already. You're only going to rile yourself up idiot, I'm not laughing at someone taking us" Blake groaned, his mood turning sour in a split second. He just knew that all they were going to get between them two was a lot of fucking arguing. Does this guy not watch tv, does he not have a bit of fucking humour inside of him. He felt like he was going to start just ripping hair out of his head,"So what do you wanna do Derrick, run around these woods and find the others, what if it's an inside job huh? Don't call me stupid but shit like this happens on tv and movies, have you ever watched 'Vile'?"
