Profile Picture

Recently became active on this site again, so I went back and took down the old pictures on my profile. However, when I try to add new ones into my gallery, clicking submit just takes me back to the "New Photo" page and the picture in question doesn't seem to have been added.

This has happened multiple times and I've logged back in several times on different occasions, with different computers and browsers, to no avail, so I'm pretty sure this is a technical glitch. Thanks in advance for any help!

I believe the file being too large is the main cause of a failure to upload. Have you tried making the photo smaller? Otherwise it might be in an incompatible format, so it might be worth changing that too.

The 100 by your username is the amount of points you have, and they correspond to the medals on profiles. Every user begins with 100 points, and can receive points by posting an article (50 points) or submitting a book (5 points). The plan is that eventually users will receive points for contributing to other areas of the site too.

You can upload photos to your photo gallery by going to My Mibba ---> Profile ---> Photos. Make sure your photos are following our guidelines (rule number 6).

* If you're looking to give your account an avatar/icon, then you can find that under My Mibba ---> Profile ---> Avatar.
