Viatrix (Vee or Trix) Levesque
"He'll explain it during or after his announcement. Here he comes." Vee said with a small smile as she caught him leaving his home. She had already said to much.


Vincent (Vince) Marlow
"I have to stay for the announcement but I should go back to the inn after." Vince said looking down at her. "But I could see about staying with you for a little while."

Cameron
Cameron sighed, crossing his arms and leaning against a tree. He didn't expect much out of this festival thing, just a pathetic announcement. He frowned when he realized how young the mayor really looked.


Sky
Sky's face lit up, "Really? That would be wonderful." She told him, throwing her arms around his neck in a hug. She didn't care if the town was strange anymore, she had found a wonderful person in it.

"Well my job is done." Vee said simply as soon as Cyrus got on stage and walked up to one of the stands. She didn't have to say anything and was handed a bottle of whiskey. Money was no use here which was nice cause she could always get drunk.


Vincent (Vince) Marlow
Vince smiled at Sky's reaction. She was sweet , a small frown came to his lips when he noticed everyone start to gather around the stage. It was starting. "We should probably go listen." He said reluctantly.


Cyrus Marlow
"Welcome to our town. I hope you enjoy a wonderful stay that should only last oh how long does eternity sound?" Cyrus said with a small smirk as he looked around at the crowd of new people mixed with the old members. "You can try and leave but you won't get very far. You can get a little bit past the stream before falling back into our little lap of paradise. In short you are here with us forever so we can continue to live and thrive. You've met some of the people around town that have either been here since the beginning or people that have found their way here over time. If you have any questions you can ask them." He said simply before stepping off stage.

"You're stuck here. Until forever or we don't keep getting souls. It's impossible to leave many have tried and they've tried killing themselves they just wake up the next with a lot of regret and what feels like the worst hangover ever. We somehow get what we need to keep up with most of the things in the outside world. And we look this way forever so I hope you like the way you look." Vee said as she took a drink of her whiskey before holding up her bottle. "Can I not just want to drink? I get what needs to be done, done and I just like to be really fucked up thats one thing that will always stay the same."


Vincent (Vince) Marlow
Vince sighed softly at her reaction it was just as bad as he expected. "Time goes on outside of here. It stays just like this forever. As long as he maintains the population count. Your family will never find you. The gates don't need to be opened to connect us to this world even just momentarily and unless they need to be opened they won't." He said softly looking at her. "The second the bus passed through that road you were they mayors new souls."


Cyrus Marlow
Cyrus looked down at Lista. "Yes more. One soul per year at least this way we have a few years until we need to worry. Unless you would much rather burn up and be tortured in hell which if that's the case I can arrange it." Cyrus said his eyes darkening slightly. She was always a little annoying and why couldn't she just enjoy the celebration with most of the others.

"Control freak is a bit much." Vee said with a slight laugh as she took another chug of her whiskey. She could feel it already which was awesome. "If I was a control before I wouldn't be here now. I wouldn't have let that crazy ass hole be the driver and I would have been huge. As for the crazy people I can't deny that. Some of them have been here since the 1800's." She said going on a slightly tipsy rant.


Vincent (Vince) Marlow
Vince frowned wrapping his arms around her hesitantly. "I know. But there's not much to do. Only a few of us from the beginning didn't want this. I wanted to die and move on from this life but I had no choice." He said softly running a hand through her hair. Cyrus had gone to far this time he'd stolen the lives of kids with futures and families.


Cyrus Marlow
"Your soul is already used up. You disappearing wouldn't do a thing to our survival anymore. Your soul is debt paid as are all the others here. I could make all of you doubters disappear and it wouldn't matter we'd still be here." Cyrus said as he reached out and touch her face. "But you have such a pretty face which is why I keep you around." He said with a smirk as he let go of her face. "Get no mistake of this you have no will here I am god here you are nothing but another body in my town."

"Damn right!" Vee said with a laugh as she banged her bottle against some random guys cup. "You drink tell you can't remember anything anymore." She said still making a little sense. She laughed rolling her eyes when she saw Cyrus with Lista. "Oh ya I'm spposed t tell you cn stay at the inn or anyone house really donit matter." She said her words slurring together and not making much sense. But it didn't matter she'd be pretty much wasted soon enough last time she apparently ran naked through town with a bunch of the other drinkers in town.


Vincent (Vince) Marlow
Vince was a caring person it was just in his nature. "Do you want to lay down?" He asked though he didn't wait for a response as he picked her up. He at least needed to get her away from the people for a little bit it was a lot to take in.


Cyrus Marlow
Cyrus chuckled at her response. "Even when you are pissed off with me you are still sexy." He commented with a small and brief smile. Maybe he did have a small soft spot for her.

"Heeeyyy." Vee pouted as she leaned into him. "Tht was't niiiiiiicccce." She mumbled as she attempted to get onto her feet. She was bored all ready and needed to or wanted to find something to do.


Vincent (Vince) Marlow
"Thanks." Vince chuckled looking down at her as he moved through the town easily. He walked into the inn going to his room in the back and laying her down on his bed. "Do you need anything?"


Cyrus Marlow
Cyrus smirked as she wrapped her arms around his neck. "I can't argue with that." He murmured as he placed his hands on her hips pulling her against him. She was his it was that simple he tended to lose his cool when any guy tried to flirt with her. He smirked leaning down and placing a kiss on her lips.

Vee shrugged as she fell back onto her stop. She laughed at herself before wrapping an arm around Cameron using him as a support she pushed herself up into her feet. "I don't like the festival." She stated while she tried to stay on her feet.


Vincent (Vince) Marlow
Vince smiled down at her. "About 200 years now." He admitted as he waited for her reaction.


Cyrus Marlow
Cyrus deepened the kiss just momentarily before pulling away and moving his lips next to her ear. "What do you say we go back to my house and continue where we left off this morning?" He whispered seductively in her ear.
