Alert Issues?

A friend request was somehow double sent to me, and I hit accept and the person is showing as one of my friends; but the alert messages for it aren't going away when I hit accept. Is there some way to fix that, or is it happening to other people and it's just a site glitch?

You could try hitting decline - I think that's usually how I get rid of mine. Mibba's alerts can be a bit slow and take a while to process sometimes.
