Pietro was pacing all over the SHIELD headquarters as he spoke to his sister about their missing friend. "We've got to find her, she's out there somewhere lost and confused and. We're just standing here doing nothing. We just found out she was experimented on again and lost.. Do we have any leads?" He asked one of the agents. "My sister and I are going looking for her, we've got to do something.." Pietro stormed out of the building followed by Wanda, "I heard them talking about a Central City, some Hydra people were seen down there maybe we should check it out?"

Charlie woke up in a dark room, she was cold, wet and hungry, she couldn't remember a thing. She tried to scream for help but she couldn't even speak. She started to cry for a moment before realizing that wasn't going to help, she got up slowly and started walking around feeling the walls for a door. Her breathing was heavy as she walked around confused and weak. She was scared like most people would be, last she remembered was being strapped down to a table and being poked at with lasers and knives and she just wanted to go home.

Emilia was a newer employee to STAR labs. She had been there prior to the whole fiasco with the particle accelerator, but she hadn't been there as long as say Cisco or Caitlin. Even so, she was an important asset to the team so to speak. "It sounds like we have another speedster in Central City." She said. "Any idea where they came from?" There seemed to be some new "visitors" in town. Barry had come across both of them that night. "Or why they're here?"

Barry shook his head. "I don't know. They were speaking another language...sounded Eastern European...almost like Russian or maybe Romanian? It was different though." He could tell that Emlia was wracking her brain, trying to figure this out. "I think the girl had powers too. I don't know what she can do exactly though..." He wondered who they were, and what they were doing here. There were other metahumans out there, or he was assuming that was what they were at least, ones that hadn't been created during the particle accelerator explosion. "Did they happen to look like this?" Emilia's words took him out of his own thoughts as she turned the computer so that he could see. "Yes! That's them!" He said. "Everyone, meet Wanda and Pietro Maximoff."

Pierre walked with Wanda grabbing a few more things, "you do t have to wait for me Pie, you can look for her on your own.. You're fast." Pietro shook
His head, he refused to go out without Wanda, "no, we said we'd do this together and we are." He wasn't going to argue with Wanda and he knew she wouldn't argue back at least not this kind of thing. "Lets go, once we get there we'll hide out and figure it out.. I hope Charlie's all right."

Charlie walked around frightened and confused and she couldn't see, "God, I hope I'm not blind or something" she whispered. She didn't think she was she could see some dim light from far and she started running for it. Hoping someone would find her, she wanted to be with her friends again with people who weren't going to harm her.

"How'd you find them so fast?" Barry asked Emilia. Emilia shook her head, a small smile gracing her lips. "You need to learn not to underestimate me so much, Allen." She told him, though she didn't really mean it. "They both took part in that whole fiasco in Sokovia a few months ago. I saw footage of them both on the news while it was happening. You were close when you thought they were speaking Russian or Romanian. They're Sokovian, both experimented on by Hydra, though they teamed up with the Avengers to stop Ultron. I'm not sure where either of them stand now though." Of course she wouldn't know that they'd both been training and become members of the Avengers. That was kind of classified stuff right there. "From what I can tell, the sister has telekinetic abilities amongst other things. Pietro is very much like you. I don't know what their reasoning for being in Central City would be though."

Pietro searched all over Central City trying to find their friend Charlie, he stopped and grunted. "This is infuriating were never going to find her!" Wanda had her arms crossed "we won't with that attitude, now calm down and we'll think of something. We can .. No we can't ask around that would be too obvious. We can try abandoned buildings if you want." Pietro looked at his sister, "I already did, I just came back from searching.. I bet it's somewhere well hidden, obviously. Hydra likes to do their dirty work in secret."

Charlie reached the area and noticed the door it was open just enough so she could see daylight. She opened it and atepped out rubbing her eyes from the sun. Why would they just leave her there? To die and no one would find her? It didn't matter she just wanted to get help. She was so weak she could hardly move now, all that adrenaline had been gone by now.

"Until we know their reason for being here, we need to consider them both a threat." Barry said. It was the only real option for them right now. Emilia nodded her head in agreement. She knew that Barry was right. They might have helped out when everything with Ultron went down in Sokovia, but there was no way of knowing where either of them stood now. Because of this, and their unknown reason for being in Central City, they both posed a definite threat for the time being. "So what're we thinking exactly?" Cisco asked. "We're going to have to catch them."

Charlie looked around and tried to ask for help, she was feeling so weak and tired. She dragged her feet as she walked around trying to speak out. No one seemed to take her seriously, she tripped over an object and passed out.

Pietro shook his head and followed Wanda looking around for anything suspicious. "Should we talk to the police about this?" He asked her. "Probably not, the city probably doesn't know about Hydra or what they do.."

"It's the only option we have really. We don't know why they're here, and we don't know if they're working for anyone." Barry said. Emilia nodded, agreeing with what was being said. It wasn't exactly known to the world just yet that the Maximoff twins were now members of the Avengers. They were still training at the facility in upstate New York, a facility that no one, other than the few who did, knew about.

Charlie was found by none other than Iris West who was in her way to see Barry for a talk. That's when she called her father followed by the ambulance who carried Charlie to the hospital. "I don't know dad, she didn't have a wallet or anything I don't know who this Jane Doe is, all I know is we should woo her, she looks so weak and manuriahed" she sighed Charlie woke up hours later with Ivs attached to her and she kept having weird feelings. Sitting up she rubbed her temples and sighed softly as she looked over at a young woman, she was asleep. Charlie wondered why this stranger had spent the night, or at least that's what she figured, with her. Why would someone would care so much about her? A stranger...

"What exactly did Joe say?" Emilia asked. "Apparently she found a Jane Doe wandering the city. She called Joe because she looked weak and malnourished and scared. No one's been able to get much out of her just yet, but it seems like she was held captive somewhere here in the city for a while." Barry had received the call from Joe a few minutes earlier. Barry had been at STAR labs with everyone else. They were still trying to figure out what the Maximoff twins were doing in Central City, but no such luck. "Do you think she has anything to do with the twins being here?" Barry shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not sure, but I'm going to find out."

Charlie woke up a few hours later in a hospital bed, she looked around trying to speak out. Iris looked over when Charlie opened her eyes, "oh good you're awake. Are you feeling okay? Do you know who did this to you?" She started rambling. Charlie blinked and shook her head, "who.. Are you and what do you want from me?!" She shouted. Charlie was freaking out, "where's Pietro.. Wanda?" The doctors walked in moments later and tried to calm her down but Charlie wasn't having it she started squirming and crying.
