Charlotte knew that ever since he found her and ever since he discovered that he had a son he'd been trying so hard to be a better person and the man Charlotte had always known that he could be, but it was hard not to think he was jumping back into his old ways when she learned he was working with Cora again. "I know that you would go back and change how everything happened if you could have. I believe you, but you can't go back and rewrite the past. You still hurt me, and even after I let you back into my life and into our son's life I couldn't help being afraid that you would do it again."

"I understand that you want to help, but the best place for you right now is on this ship. The others will understand, Felicity. You just had a baby, you need your rest." Neal told her. David could understand her frustrations, but what everyone was telling her was right. She needed to rest up.
