  • "It was the first thing that came to mind, Killian! It was so easy for me to think that a repeat of the past was going to happen, and I didn't want Morgan to get hurt." Charlotte knew that ever since he found her and ever since he discovered that he had a son he'd been trying so hard to be a better person and the man Charlotte had always known that he could be, but it was hard not to think he was jumping back into his old ways when she learned he was working with Cora again. "I know that you would go back and change how everything happened if you could have. I believe you, but you can't go back and rewrite the past. You still hurt me, and even after I let you back into my life and into our son's life I couldn't help being afraid that you would do it again."
"Felicity." David started, frowning when he saw her try to stand up once more. Thankfully, her brother was quick to stop her. "I understand that you want to help, but the best place for you right now is on this ship. The others will understand, Felicity. You just had a baby, you need your rest." Neal told her. David could understand her frustrations, but what everyone was telling her was right. She needed to rest up.

  • "You saw how hard I was trying for you both," Killian exclaimed. "Why would I be stupid when I knew what it would cost me? It's more than just you and me now, Charlotte!" Of course even if Morgan wasn't around Hook wouldn't have done anything selfish or reckless like he once used to. He loved Charlotte more than anything and he wouldn't do anything stupid to lose her of he knew his actions would. "Do you want me to leave," he asked. "Is that what this is? You want me to go so you can go on with your life and act like I never existed?"
"Why is it only Emma, Regina and Snow looking for Pan," Felicity asked. "Why isn't papa helping? Where is he?" Felicity's frustration was quickly turning into panic because of how weak she felt. The redhead felt like she needed to help but because she wasn't able to it made her feel weak and useless. The redhead looked at her brother, her eyes practically pleasing with him for answers to questions she wasn't even sure he knew the answers to.

  • He really had been trying to be a better person. Charlotte always knew he was a good person, he'd allowed her to see the man behind the infamous moniker, he just had a tendency to make poor choices on occasion. Quite frequently those choices were influenced by rum or some other liquor. But he really had been trying and for a while Charlotte was almost certain that they really could make things work. Until she found out he was still working for Cora despite everything that he'd told her. "What?" She breathed, eyes widening slightly at his later words. "Killian, no, that's not it at all." She shook her head. Of course she didn't want him to leave, that was probably her biggest fear. She never wanted him to leave again.
"We don't know. Pan's done something with him." Neal said in response to Felicity's question. "Felicity, you need to calm down." David said soon after her brother spoke. It was easy enough to see that the redhead was panicking now. And that was the last thing that she needed to be doing right now. "David's right, Felicity. Right now you need to remain calm, take care of your baby and rest. We'll figure out what happened to papa. Henry is going to be fine. Everything's going to be fine."
    July 27th, 2016 at 06:42pm
  • "Tell me what you want from then," Killian pleaded. "I don't think I've done very well trying to figure it out my own." The pirate had tried so hard since he had come to Storybrooke to try and do what he thought Charlotte would want him to do. It was honestly tiring for the pirate to second guess every move he made but he would willingly do it every day for the rest of huge life for her. "Just tell me what you want and I'll do it love."
Felicity closed her eyes, taking deep breaths and tried to focus on staying calm. She was so used to being in the middle of whatever was going on it was such a foreign concept for her to stay calm and watch from the sidelines. She looked down at her son in David's arms and nodded. "Alright," she mumbled. "I'll trust you both."
    July 27th, 2016 at 07:16pm
  • "I want you to be honest with me, Killian. I don't want you going behind my back, even if it's something that will keep Morgan and I safe. I want to know that you're in this for the long haul, and I don't want to live my life fearing that you'll leave again." Charlotte said, her voice cracking a bit at the end. All she ever wanted was for Killian to be honest with her. Honesty and trust went hand-in-hand, and both were things that she valued immensely. "I want the three of us to be a family..."
David was glad that Felicity seemed to listen to him and her brother. If she didn't listen to either of them, he didn't really know who she would listen to. "Mary Margaret, Regina and Emma aren't going to let Pan get away with this, Felicity." He assured her. If there was anyone who could succeed in getting back Henry's heart it was them and he knew it for certain.

  • Killian wrapped his arms around Charlotte the moment he heard her voice crack. It killed him that he had broken her heart as badly as he had. He rubbed her back soothingly as he rested his chin in the top of her head. "The only way I'd ever leave you both know is if Davy Jones himself dragged me down into the depths with the Jolly Rodger," he stated. Hook intended to stay with Charlotte until they both grew old and grey. He loved her more than anything or anyone he ever had. "I love you Charlotte," he said. "I'll never leave you and I'll never stop loving you."
"What happened with Henry's body," Felicity asked. The redhead's voice was barely above a whisper because she was scared of what the answer to her question may be. The one thing that probably terrified her more than David leaving her was what little family she had left dying.
    July 27th, 2016 at 08:55pm
  • "I love you too, I never stopped." Charlotte mumbled into his chest. Normally, it took a lot more convincing with her, but she was tired of being stubborn. She was tired of shutting Killian out time and time again. She just wanted to be with him so that they, along with Morgan, could be a family. "I'm sorry I'm so stubborn all the time." She apologized, a sheepish smile gracing her lips as she pulled away slightly to look up at him.
"Hook and I brought it with us back to the ship not too long ago. Regina used a preservation spell back at Skull Rock. He'll be fine until they can get his heart back." Neal explained. David knew what Felicity was thinking. He knew that the one thing she worried about most was losing her family. "He'll be okay, Felicity." He told her. "They won't stop until Pan is defeated and Henry's heart is returned to him."
    July 27th, 2016 at 09:17pm
  • Killian chuckled at Charlotte's apology. "I think that's the think I love the most about you," he admitted. "How completely and utterly stubborn you can be." He pressed a kiss to her hairline, running his fingers through her hair as she pulled away slightly from him. "I love you so much Charlotte," he stated. "And that will never change." He cupped her face in his hands, smiling as he looked into her eyes. "You are the most beautiful woman I have ever laid my eyes on."
Felicity nodded, knowing if Regina used a preservation that Henry would be fine. She had confidence in her family to make things right. The redhead knew if Regina and Emma were involved Henry would have his heart back in no time. After all there was no one more determined or scary than a mother protecting her child.

  • "Good answer." Charlotte said, letting to a quiet laugh before sighing as he ran his fingers through her hair. She knew that there was still a lot going on, the others were still out looking for Pan and then they actually needed to get back to Storybrooke, but this was honestly the most content and at ease she had felt in quite some time. "I love you too." She said quietly. "And I think that you're laying things on a bit thick right now, Captain." She laughed once more before leaning up to press her lips lightly against his.
"Who is with Henry right now?" David asked Neal curiously. "Hook offered to keep an eye on him while I came to see Felicity and the baby." David grimaced a bit at the thought of the pirate keeping watch over his grandson. Despite everything Hook had done to help them in Neverland, and despite knowing that Henry was extremely close with the pirate's son, he still didn't necessarily trust him all that much. "I'm pretty sure Charlotte and Morgan are with him as well."

[Okay, but hypothetically if Killian and Charlotte had another kid and it was a girl could you imagine David's reaction if at some point down the line she and baby Neal ended up in a relationship? XD]
    July 28th, 2016 at 03:46am
  • Killian rolled his eyes playfully at Charlotte's comment before he kissed her. The pirate wasn't sure if the smile on his face would ever go away. Charlotte made him the happiest man in any realm. She was the most perfect woman for him and he would die before ever risking losing her again. "Should we tell Morgan he's welcome to come back in the room again," Killian chuckled.
"Killian will keep an eye on him," Felicity scolded David. She saw the subtle cringe he had made and she definitely didn't approve of it. "You know if you gave him a chance you'd like him." The redhead had gotten along well with Killian when she had actually gotten to know him and she wanted David and him to at least get along since she still considered him and Charlotte to be two of her closest friends.

[That would be the funniest thing ever. ]
    July 28th, 2016 at 04:59am
  • "He's probably just outside the door so we might as well." Charlotte said, punctuating her words with a quiet laugh. There wasn't a single doubt in her mind that Morgan had been eavesdropping on their conversation this entire time. She knew that he'd only left the room when she asked him to just to humor her really. "You can come back in, Morgan." She called out, letting out another laugh when she heard shuffling just outside the door.
"After the stunts he's pulled since coming to Storybrooke I highly doubt giving him a chance will make me like him." David mumbled. He just didn't trust the pirate. He knew that Felicity had been close with him and Charlotte at one time, and that she was still rather fond of him regardless of the great deal of time that had passed since then, but it was going to take a lot to get him to trust Hook. A lot. "Hook isn't my favorite person, but I know that Henry is safe with him." Neal chimed in.

[I can just picture his reaction now lmfao "You're seeing who?!"]
    August 8th, 2016 at 02:57pm
  • Killian couldn't help the very loud chuckle that escaped from his throat when he heard shuffling outside the door. There was no doubt in Killian's mind that Morgan was definitely his son. The more the pirate paid attention the more he saw himself in the young boy and when he didn't see himself he saw Charlotte. Hook knew his son would probably be a ladies man when he got older and started thinking of girl's. In fact Hook would put a bet on it that Morgan would end up the cocky ladies man while Henry would be the slightly awkward one that his son helped get dates.

When his son walked back in the room, Killian watched his son, waiting for the boy to give away that he had heard anything. When Morgan's face stayed calm and questioning, the pirate would have been lying if he didn't say he was impressed. "We know you were listening in," he stated. "You are our child after all."
"You know people used to feel the same way about me that you do Hook," Felicity spoke up. She noticed the look David gave her and rolled her eyes. "Don't look so appalled by the truth," she scoffed. "I mean look who my family are, the dark one and the Cora are my parents and my half sister is the Evil Queen. The only one that ever came out good and smelling like roses in all of this is Baelfire." The redhead looked at her brother, wondering if he ever knew she wasn't technically his full blooded sister.

Felicity looked back at David, looking at him directly in the eyes almost dating him to try and come up with an argument to try to claim Killian would always be bad news. The redhead knew the pirate was trying for Morgan and Charlotte and that's all anyone could ever expect or ask of him. He was trying to start fresh for them and Felicity planned on helping them.

[I think that reaction would possibly top David telling Emma's he's a married man and doesn't want Hook that way. ]
    August 8th, 2016 at 06:47pm
  • Charlotte let out a laugh of her own when she heard the shuffling on the other side of the cabin door as well. She wasn't at all surprised to discover that she'd been right in assuming that their son had been eavesdropping on their conversation this entire time. She would have honestly been more surprised if he hadn't been on the other side of that door, truth be told. She shook her head slightly, a small smile gracing her lips when Morgan acted as though he hadn't been listening outside the entire time she and Killian had been trying to talk things out. The kid was good, she'd give him that much, but he didn't have her fooled, and she knew that he didn't have Killian fooled either.

"You can't fool us, kiddo." She said, reaching out to ruffle his dark hair affectionately.

"Does this mean we're going to be a family again?" Morgan asked, looking at her with those blue eyes that matched Killian's oh so perfectly.

Charlotte smiled. "That's exactly what this means, kid."
David couldn't help giving Felicity a look and rolling his eyes when she compared the way he felt about Hook to how people used to feel about her. He didn't think that was true in the slightest. Of course, maybe he never saw her the way that other people did and he was a little bit biased, but that was besides the point. She couldn't compare herself to the pirate. There was nothing comparable between the two. Nothing at all. "You never did the things that he has, Felicity." He told her. "I understand where you're coming from, and I understand that you know him better than I do, and that he means a great deal to Charlotte and her boy, but I won't compare you two."

"I'll tolerate his presence in Storybrooke, and I'll understand that he will be around whenever Henry spends time with Morgan, but that's all I can do right now. Until he proves that he really has changed, and he isn't the same good for nothing pirate hellbent on getting his revenge, I won't believe that he can change, Felicity, I'm sorry."

  • Killian couldn't help the genuine grin that formed on his lips when Charlotte reassured their son they would be a family again. It was a huge weight off of his shoulders that the brunette was willing to give him another chance. He knew he had hurt her so much in their history together and he hoped one day she would know and believe every time he hurt he had been trying to keep her safe and taken care of. Of course even if Charlotte ever did understand Killian's actions the man knew he would probably never truly forgive himself for what he had done.

"We should probably get the ship ready for a quick escape," Killian stated. "Once they get Henry's heart back from Pan things could go bad quickly."
"How are you so content holding Killian's sins against him when you're refusing to accept mine," Felicity questioned. "I killed thosands when Bo had me and when she sold me off to King George the blood on my hands almost drove me mad." The redhead wasn't sure if David had even been aware of her time with Bo Peep or King George and his brother Prince James. The redhead looked down at their sleeping son in her arms and sighed softly. "Or if you want to talk about more current events I could bring up how if it hadn't been for getting pregnant with Neal I'd probably be on my own revenge mission against my mother and father still."
    January 25th, 2017 at 04:09am
  • Charlotte looked over to Killian and smiled when she saw the one that he wore as well. She knew that it was one of those rare, genuine ones that he received for the lucky people he chose to bear witness to them. In her time aboard the Jolly Roger with him previously, she had learned rather quickly what was a genuine smile for him and what wasn't. More often than not, those sorts of smiles had ended up being reserved for her and only her, but now Morgan got to see them as well.

"Can I help?" Morgan asked when Killian suggested that they start getting the ship ready.

"I don't see why not, but the second the others get back and we're set to leave, I want you to stay down here, alright? Your father's right, things could get bad pretty quickly." Charlotte said.
David frowned. "Felicity, you and Hook are two very different people. Your circumstances and situations couldn't be any more different." He said with a sigh. He understood why she wanted him to accept the pirate and try to trust him, but he just couldn't bring himself to do so right now. "He's been a great help here in Neverland and all, but that doesn't mean I can see past everything that he's done in the past. I just can't bring myself to dismiss everything." He would hold true to his word and tolerate Hook whenever he was around Henry with Morgan, but that was the extent of what he was willing to do right now. "If he gets me to change my mind in the future, he does. If he doesn't, he doesn't."
    January 26th, 2017 at 03:39am
  • "Alright lad," Killian stated. "Let's start by making sure the sails don't need any repairs." The landing the Jolly Roger had made into Neverland had gone smoothly but the pirate knew he was a bit overdue for maitence on the sails.
Felicity sighed softly as she looked from Neal to David, a small smile forming on her lips as she did. "Do you ever get tired of being so damn stubborn," she laughed. It was one think the redhead loved and hated about Favid. Once he had made up his mind it was hard to make him change it.
    January 26th, 2017 at 05:12am
  • Charlotte smiled and watched as Morgan followed Killian out of the room before doing the same thing. She was glad that she and Killian had figured things out. She was glad that they were going to try being a family again. All three of them. Even when she was angry with him, she'd still been worried about him, she still cared about him, and she still loved him. Even when he left her behind in Wonderland she still had. It didn't matter how angry he made her, she had a feeling that she was always going to love and care about Killian Jones.
David chuckled slightly at her words. "I think we're both guilty of being stubborn at times, sweetheart." He said. "I suppose I'm a bit more stubborn than you are though, I'll give you that much." He knew that he was stubborn, and more often than not it was hard to get him to change his mind once he'd decided on something, but Felicity was someone who had always challenged him and attempted to do so anyway. She wasn't always successful, but she was much more successful than others were.
    January 26th, 2017 at 11:42pm
  • Kilian talked to Morgan, explaining what they needed to get done to prepare the ship. He explained how the sails should look and the deck should be, a smile never leaving the pirate's face as he spoke. The sea had always been a sort of safe place for Killian and now that he had not only Charlotte but Morgan to share it with he was beyond overjoyed.
"I only hope that's one trait our son doesn't have," Felicity joked. "Neither of us would stay sane if that ends up being the case." The redhead knew she and David had both driven the other borderline crazy at times with how stubborn they could be. She smiled and pressed a kiss to Neal's forehead as he cooed up at her quietly. "Do you know what the others planned on doing to help Henry?"
    January 27th, 2017 at 03:07am
  • Charlotte helped on deck here and there, though she chose to take a step back and supervise for the most part. She couldn't help smiling as she watched Killian talk Morgan through everything, and she also couldn't help noticing the smile on Killian's face as he explained everything to Morgan. She knew that he always felt the most at home when he was by the sea, that was how he'd always been.

"I think the others are coming." She said suddenly when her gaze shifted away from the father and son for a brief moment.
David chuckled softly. "I think we'd have a while until we really had to worry about that being an issue, but lets hope that he hasn't inherited it from either of us." He said. He smiled and watched as she kissed their son's forehead, running a finger lightly over his cheek. "I'm not entirely sure, I know that they had some sort of a plan though. I hope they get back soon, it's been a while since we left them back there."
    January 27th, 2017 at 03:28am
  • Killian looked out at the Neverland landscape, his demeanor changing when everyone came into view. "Charlotte take Morgan down below," he ordered. The pirate saw Pan and Lost Boys with everyone, assuming they were in for a fight and pulled his sword out of its sheath.
"Baelfire is down here with Neal, Henry and me," Felicity stated. "Why don't you go up on deck and see if they've heard anything yet." The redhead knew David was right and now she felt her stomach begin to twist into knots from how nervous she was.
