wishing on a star that's just a satellite.

  • They felt right like this, standing half-submerged in the water, arms wrapped around each others just tight enough. She pressed her lips together when he nudged her head up gently. He was so soft with all of his touches, maybe hesitant to not offend her in any way. She listened as he seemed to blame himself for her assumptions of him. She shook her head at his words. "Do not blame yourself, my King, I gave you no chance to prove yourself to be so kind and thoughtful. I immediately assumed you wanted me caged like every other fae in the castle. Surely, you had been warned of my escaping and wandering ways," she spoke softly. "I am truly glad that I have had this pleasure to be with you." She heard how deep his voice went as he expressed his desire to kiss her and she had felt the same way. "Will you, my King?" she asked, feeling butterflies back in her stomach in the anticipation as she looked up to meet his gaze.

Kit led her to the restaurant, opening up the door and leading her to a table. His manners took over and even pulled out her chair for Clarissa. It was all just the way he had been brought up as a ward of the King and Queen; he had been taught to be a gentleman. "Not many people come here as it isn't all fast food or deeper into town," he said as he took his own seat across from her and opened up his menu. There was always the freshest of food here and it was so lovely.

  • He listened to her when she spoke, nodding slightly. "I did hear of your ways, and the guards wanted it so you had no ways of escaping because there was a higher risk of you trying to leave because everything was so new and you didn't even want it. I never agreed with it though, as I feel like trying to cage a free spirit only makes them want to run away more, and I do not wish for you to feel like you want to run. I would rather go out with you on adventures in the hopes that it is enough to fulfill you. And I am glad that you are enjoying our time together, as am I," Simon answered, and he smirked when she asked him if he would indeed kiss her. "If you wish me to do so, then I would happily comply," He murmured, and when she gave him a yes, he slowly moved to meet her lips with his. Simon had to duck down to reach her mouth, and when he kissed her, he kissed her slowly and languidly, tasting the salt water on her lips. The kiss made warmth fill up his body to the point he could ever feel it in his wings.

Clarissa murmured thank you several times as Kit opened the door for her and pulled her chair out, setting her bag on her chair once she was settled and also shrugging off her sweater, since she felt a bit warm. She smiled over at him when he finally sat down himself. "This place looks very nice," Clarissa commented, looking through the menu herself.

  • Savannah slipped her fingers into his curls as his lips met hers and fireworks seemed to explode between them. This kiss was so much more than the one they had shared on their very public wedding day. This felt real, there were some kind of real emotions behind it and they had wanted to kiss each other. She stood as tall as she could, head tilting to the side and deepening the kiss between them. Eventually, though, she did have to part the kiss to take a breath, letting out a little sigh with a smile on her lips. He was a wonderful kisser. Her hand slipped to his cheek, just gently resting there. "Thank you, for this, for everything, my King."

Kit only smiled to her after every soft murmur of thank you he got from her from doing the actions he was taught to do since he was little for every woman he came in contact with. "It is my favourite to dine, aside from back home, of course," he told her, as an assurance that the food prepared here was wonderful. Nothing could surpass the meals served back at the castle, though.

  • Simon let out a contented little sigh after their kiss, smiling softly at her when her hand went to his cheek. The kiss was everything and more than what he expected, and had improved greatly since their wedding day due to their growing feelings. His thumb brushed over her hips as he just looked at her, leaning in to give her a kiss on her forehead. "You're very welcome, my Queen. How are you feeling? Would you like to take a break and eat dinner or go back to the castle to eat? I brought bread and cheese and wine just in case," He offered, gesturing back over towards his backpack sitting a few feet away.

When the waiter came by, Clarissa ordered a water and a yummy looking pasta, handing the menu back and settling her hands in her lap. She looked over to Kit as he ordered and felt a sense of comfort from his presence, as there was just something about him that put her at ease. "Then I am glad that I am able to experience it with you," She said, smiling, and took a sip from her drink.
