2016 was good to me because I started working part-time, got back into working out, and I ate a lot of good sweets

I'm having dinner with my family on Christmas / New Year's Eve, and we're probably going to play Heads Up and sing karaoke all night long

I really hope I didn't open the door to a hot mess™ situation.

Still waiting on my psychology grade, but I have an A, an A-, a B+ and a B as my final grades so far this semester!

Sometimes I feel sorry for my dad. He's got two tomboys for daughters and a son with zero interest in sport. He very aptly pointed out that both me and my sister got football / sport-related tops for Christmas and my brother didn't get anything even remotely sporty.

Breaking my foot three weeks before Christmas, my birthday, AND new year's really blows and honestly I think December 2016 has a personal vendetta out for me. Also the rest of 2016, you sucked too.

oh god, that's rough. How did that happen?

I was celebrating a friends birthday so we went out to have a good time and and 15 minutes into me being at the bar, I'm coming down the staircase, lose my footing, and completely just wipe out. Completely embarrassed I get up as if nothing is wrong. And then about a half hour later realize something is seriously wrong and go home (barely, it was rouuuuuuuuugh haha). I had thought I just pulled a muscle and so did everyone else but nope

Feeling super off today. But I get a massage and a facial in an hour so I'm really hoping that puts me back in the right mindset.

how come when a discussion/argument arises over racism, the people of color get reprimanded but the person who perpetuated the racism doesn't?????? Interesting what I'm starting to realize about this website

Going on two weeks of being sick. What I thought was a cold is actually a sinus infection; the fever started Wednesday night, and it's still going on (but at least it's low-grade now).
