Zayn was running late, as usual, but it wasn't as much his fault as it probably should have been. Louis and him had decided to share a joint on the roof of their shared apartment complex. They discussed life and death and for a second they were pretty much convinced that they were the best either could have ever met. Zayn's alarm was set for exactly seven forty five in the morning, which of course Louis decided it was best to sleep in Zayn's bed with him, only to decide that seven forty five in the morning was too early and pressed snooze before Zayn even got the chance to truly hear it in his sleep. Zayn managed to wake up at exactly eight am, which meant he only had thirty minutes to do his daily routine. He skipped the shower and decided the tank top and joggers that smelt vaguely of weed would have to do as he slipped on his shoes and barreled through the door. There was a thought that since he still had time that he would check the bakery out that Niall had been raving about over the past few months, practically begging the two to go buy something. So, here he was, rushing into the small bakery that smelt of bread and sugary sweets with a beanie haphazardly put on his head. Zayn was still half asleep as he stumbled over to the counter, fishing out his wallet. "I'd like a bagel with cream cheese and some coffee, please," he said, knowing he probably reeked of weed and looked vaguely homeless.
