I'm pretty sure banners can be gifs. :) I can test it out for you.

2. Color Scheme: Black and white, maybe pink if you think it looks good.

4. Characters: Alex Pettyfer and Dianna Agron are my characters. They dated in real life so you can find pictures of them actually together but I don't necessarily need them in my layout pic. I'd totally be fine if you had a pic of a couple kissing, as long as the girls hair is blonde and you can't see their faces that well!

5. Additional Info: It's a mafia boss romance so a dark and sexy feel is what I am trying to go for! Thanks

Color scheme: Primarily blues, but also whatever else you would think would fit into the banner
Specific characters/people you want used on the banner: Characters are optional (fit them if you can but otherwise it's not an issue) with Sky Ferriera (any pic of her looking off or odd or sad is fine) and this boy (Cameron Palatas when he looks like he's 10-12).
Additional info: I had a vision in mind for this gif to be the focal point of the banner (and hopefully it's still a gif as well when the banner is made). The story is based around the water and surfing and overcoming loss, so a banner with darker colours would be more suitable than a banner with bright colours.

Can you do it in a pastel goth kind of way? So just pastel colors. And I always loved those gradient boxes people have at the bottom of their signatures. Could you try to add those in, if not that's okay.
