Brian rolled his eyes as he watched Zack talk to his girlfriend on the phone. He hated dealing with the green eyed man after he finished his phone calls with Lily because afterwards he was so damn annoying. He would get preachy and all motherly, scolding him and the other guys about groupies and partying. It honestly made Brian want to punch him sometimes.

Piper chewed on her bottom lip as she adjusted her off shoulder band tee. It was showing a little too much bra for her liking. She sighed softly, taking it off and tossed it on the growing pile of shirts on her bed. She couldn't decide what shirt to wear to the concert she was going to that night.

Matt walked into the room with Brian and Zack, snorting when he saw the look on Brian's face. "Don't be jealous just because he can get a girlfriend and you can't," he teased his friend, patting his shoulder before grabbing a bottle of water out of the cooler and taking a sip. Ever since things had ended pretty roughly with Val about six months ago, he'd been spending most of his time either focusing on music, alcohol, or women. But mostly women. He'd come to terms with the fact that he was sure he'd never have another relationship again, and he was okay with that.

Mia climbed out of her car and walked up to the front door of her best friend Piper's house, ringing the doorbell. She would normally assume her friend would be ready by now, but she knew the other girl wouldn't be. Concerts, especially Avenged Sevenfold concerts, were totally different than just any normal outing. They were special, and they deserved a special wardrobe. And she had absolutely every doubt that Piper would be ready. She was probably still trying to pick a shirt.

Brian rolled his eyes as he finished off his beer. "You know as soon as gets off the phone he's going to be a nagging old lady," he replied. "It bugs you as much as it bugs me." He got up and tossed his empty beer bottle in the trash before he decided to shower and start getting ready for the show just to be away from Zack for a little while.

Piper groaned out in annoyance, realizing because of the doorbell just how late it was. She slid on the shirt in her hands and answered the door, stepping aside and let Mia in. "Help me pick a shirt," she examined. "Nothing looks good on me right now." Most if not all of Piper's shirts were band tees so it was hard for her to decide just exactly which band tee she should wear.

Matt sighed softly. He knew Brian was right, but for the most part, he tried to ignore Zacky when he was being a little bitch. Brian, not so much. It obviously got to the other man a lot worse than it did to any of the other guys. He watched as Zacky hung up and then turned to look at him.

"Where are Jimmy and Johnny?" Zacky asked. "They shouldn't be out fucking around before a show."

"They're always out fucking around before shows, mom," Matt said, rolling his eyes. "Why don't you worry about getting yourself ready and let them worry about themselves? They'll be fine."

Mia raised an eyebrow as she looked at Piper, laughing softly. "Pipes, you look good in anything," she said, smiling at the other girl. She walked over and looked through the shirts in her friend's closet, pulling out an old A7X one that looked like it had been worn to hell and back. She turned and looked at Piper, smiling. "Wear this one," she said. "It might be old and worn, but I think it's perfect." She walked over to Piper and handed it to her.

Brian kept to himself away from Zack, rolling his eyes when he heard him start scolding Matt about Jimmy and Johnny. Sometimes the way Zack got made him wonder if Lilu had chopped off Zack's balls and was hiding them somewhere like her purse.

Piper smiled, sliding the shirt on before she finished getting ready. She put on some mascara and some nude lipstick before pulling on her favorite pair of doc martens over her fishnets. She looked herself over again in her full length mirror, putting a hair tie on her wrist for later on during the show. They had gotten tickets for the pit and she knew how hot it could get because of body heat.

Matt walked off the bus and looked around, knowing that Jimmy and Johnny would be back in time. Even if the pair did act like children sometimes, they still knew how to be professional as well. He walked into the venue, sitting down on the couch in the backstage area and picking up a paper with the list of songs that they were preforming. He made a mental note of what they were, even though he knew the list would be taped down somewhere on the ground so he wouldn't forget.

Mia walked to the kitchen, grabbing two bottles of water from Piper's fridge to take with them on the way so they could be fully hydrated. "Here," she said, handing one to Piper. She opened hers and took a few sips of it before putting the lid back on and grabbing her purse from the couch. "Are we taking my car or yours?" She didn't care either way, but she was just so excited and she wanted to hit the road like right now.

"I swear he's worse with me," Brian mumbled.

"If you don't want to drive I will," Piper replied. She opened her water bottle and drank a few sips before closing it back up again.

Matt chuckled. "He just cares about you, Brian," he teased, smirking at the other man. He stood up and stretched out, taking a deep breath before cracking his knuckles. He looked at himself in the mirror and grinned, starting to pump himself up for the show. He looked at Brian, noticing how irritated and tired the other man looked. "When's the last time you got laid, man?"

Mia nodded. "I don't mind," she said. She walked out to her car, watching as Piper shut the front door and locked it before she started the car up. She turned the radio down a bit and waited for Piper to get in the car before she backed out of the parking space and began driving to the venue.

"The last city we were in," Brian answered. "I need to get laid big time. I'll be able to tolerate Zack better after."

Piper drive the short ride to the venue, parking and leading Mia to the front of the line because they had special passes to get into the venue first so they could be at the front of the pit near the stage.

Matt nodded. "Well, have fun picking out your girl," he joked. Brian definitely needed to get laid. He was acting like a grumpy old man, and while Matt found it hilarious, it wasn't good for them while they were on the road in a bus all together. He hummed softly to himself, looking over when Jimmy and Johnny finally decided to show up, both of them looking like hot messes. "You two better get your shit together before Zack sees you."

Mia followed Piper, staying close behind the other girl. The last thing she needed was to get lost in the sea of people. She smiled as they showed their passes and were allowed in. She noticed there were a lot of people that were already there, and some were already getting quite rowdy. "This is a wild bunch," she said.

Brian chuckled. "Maybe they should let him see them," he grinned. "He'll be yelling at them instead of us for a little while." He looked back in the small mirror behind him, fixing his hair and double checked his outfit. He looked good like he always did.

"Most of them are already plastered," Piper noted. The stench of alcohol was already wafting through the air of the crowd that had already been let in. She let Mia straight to the pit and against the barricade at the dead center of the stage so they had an amazing few of it all.

Matt laughed. "Right," he said. He walked away as Zacky came in and started bitching about god only knows what now. He really didn't understand how the other man had changed so much just because of a girlfriend.

Mia nodded her head. "Just stay close, Pipes," she said. "I don't wanna lose you." She gasped softly when some guy grabbed her ass, turning and glaring at the man, shoving him away from her. She shook her head, sighing heavily.

Brian managed to ignore Zack for the rest of the time they were waiting to go. He started doing his usual pre-show ritual when it got closer to time for them to go on, watching Papa Roach's last two songs before it was time for their crew to set the stage up for them.

Piper moved Mia in front of he against the railing, making sure no one could try to grab her butt again. The first band, Bullet for my Valentine played and everything was going fine. The next band was half way through their set when the guy who had pinched Mia's butt started pushing people around him around. The redhead ignored it, excited when the roadie crew started setting up the stage for Avenged Sevenfold to go on. "You excited babe?"

Matt got to the ground and did a few push-ups before he stood up and bounced on his heels, punching Johnny in the chest. He laughed when the shorter man whined and bitched at him, attempting to hit him back and failing miserably. "Nice try, short shit," he teased, taking a sip of some water and clearing his throat before he pulled all the guys in for a quick group hug sort of thing.

Mia grinned and nodded her head. "Yeah," she said. She hadn't been to a concert in about two years since she'd been so busy with her work and her family and other things, so she was more than excited to finally be in what felt like her home away from home again, especially with her favorite band as well. She reached behind her and grabbed Piper's hand in hers, squeezing it, just to make sure that the other girl didn't get tossed around in the pit.

Brian finished his pre-show routine, watching Matt and Johnny mess around and chuckled. It was always fun times with the Acenged Sevenfold crew. They were one big happy family for the most part and Brian wouldn't change it for the world.

"I'm fine Mia," Piper reassured her. "Remember I used to be a bouncer at a bar for work." The redhead was strong for her size and had managed to drag many drunk people out of the bars and concert mosh pits like the one they were in now without any real issues.

Matt grinned and patted Johnny's shoulder before he let the guys head on stage. He came out last, and they immediately went into Critical Acclaim, which was always one of his favorites, especially when they opened with it.

Mia nodded her head. "I know," she said. "But I still worry sometimes." She let go of Piper's hand and began cheering when the band came on stage. She was completely pressed up against the gate, and she could feel Piper against her back, so she felt a bit safer.

Brian began playing while standing beside Zacky as he did. He knew the crowd ate it up when the performed side by side. He made his usual ridiculous funny face as he looked into the crowd at all the fans.

Piper smiled as she watched Mia sing along with M Shadows before the drunk guy from early started trying to grope her. The redhead shoved his hands away which pissed the guy off a lot, before she knew what happened the guy put her in a headlock and hit her in the head.

Matt came up behind Brian and Zacky, grinning as he wrapped his arm around Brian's shoulder, leaning against the other man as he sang. Once they walked to their respective sides of the stage, Matt stepped up on the riser and sang to the crowd, narrowing his eyes as he saw a girl getting attacked in the pit. He called the guys to stop, taking his glasses off and putting them into his pocket. "Hey, security, get that guy out of here!" he called.

Mia frowned when she didn't feel Piper behind her anymore, quickly turning and gasping when she saw the guy from earlier attacking her friend. She rushed over and tried to get the guy off of her, but he just shoved her away and continued struggling with Piper. She whirled around when she heard Matt stop the music and call out the guy attacking Piper.

Brian frowned, taking his guitar off and was getting ready to jump in the pit himself if security didn't start going a little faster. He was getting ready to pull his set up off when he saw the redhead got away from the guy and head butt him hard in the nose. He watched in shock as the chick quickly turned the situation around, putting the douche in a headlock and tossed him over the guard railing at security.

Piper knew she had cut her head open when she had head butt the asshole who hit her but she didn't care. She was more pissed that security hadn't been doing their job like she knew they were supposed to. "Kick his ass out now or I swear to god Kelly will know how lazy you assholes are," she snapped at the closest security guard. Kelly was the big boss for the company and since Piper still knew the man personally she knew he would be pissed at what happened.

The redhead leaned against the railing, cringing as she felt her vision start to get blurry. She looked at her friend and gave her a weak smile, totally in her own world and unaware of what the band had done while she was getting hit. "You okay Mia?"
