April bounced up and down in anticipation. She was so nervous about the raffle results, "Cassidy, I'm going to die. I'm going to die and not be able to find out the results of the raffle." April said to her best friend as she checked herself once more in the mirror to make sure she looked okay. She needed to make sure that if she was seen by Jack that she would look okay. She had been dreaming of this day for so many years. She was finally going to get to see Jacksepticeye in person. Whether or not she met him depended on the raffle, but she had been a huge fan of his for so many years, and now the time had finally come for her to see him. April was also, of course, excited to see Mark as well seeing as he did a lot of videos with Jack, but Mark had always been more of Cassidy's favorite than he had been for April.

Mark buttoned the last button on his flannel before he walked around the room. Of course with events like this one he was going to be nervous, but he knew it would fade away enough. He looked over at Jack and raised an eyebrow, "You ready?" He questioned. He was glad that he got to do this event with his friend and that their fans would be the ones in the audience. That made everything a bit less nerve wracking to him. He knew that the people in the audience liked his videos and liked him. Plus he was with Jack and being with his friend made it hard for him to be nervous because they were always messing around and he always was able to laugh with his friend, so it took away the nervousness that he had.

Cassidy smiled, laughing softly at her friends' dramatization but inside she was just as nervous, fidgeting and fiddling with her outfit. She and her roommate had been saving up for this convention for a long time and when they found out about the charity raffle, they had just had to give it a shot. Even though there were a couple hundred people in the room and the chances were extremely low, there was still a chance for them to not only meet their favorite YouTubers but to spend the whole convention with them too. And in the end, the money all went to charity so it was worth it to try. That wasn't going to stop Cassy from anxiously awaiting the results. "Any minute now!" She murmured excitedly, bouncing on her toes a little.

Just as she said it, someone made their way up to the microphone at the front of the crowd. "Hello and welcome to our first ever YouTuber raffle!" She announced, the crowd clapping and cheering. The girl waited a moment for the noise to die down before continuing. "All the proceeds from each YouTuber's raffle will go to a charity of their choosing! So without further ado, let's welcome our honored guests today!" The crowd cheered again and the girl began listing names of the YouTubers attending the convention and participating in the raffle. She called each name and one by one, they walked into the room from the side door. PewDiePie, a couple of the Creatures, and some from the Rooster Teeth team were all called out and they lined up behind the announcer.

Mark and Jack were apparently the last to be welcomed, because they bought out a rolling table with several jars filled with the raffle tickets, one jar for each YouTuber participating. The announcer would close her eyes and dig around in the jar, and pull out a name. As each name was called, it got closer and closer to Mark and Jack's raffle and Cassidy couldn't control the small trembles of excitement. Low chances, low chances, low chances... she repeated in her mind, not wanting to get her hopes up too high. Yeah there was a chance, but looking at the amount of raffle tickets in Mark and Jack's jars, she knew she would have to face the truth. She tapped her fingers on her legs and bit the inside of her cheek as the announcer stuck her hand into Mark's jar. "Cassidy Melborne!" she called.

Cassy blinked. She stood a moment, frozen in shock. Did she just hear her name? No, that couldn't be right. "Is Cassidy Melborne here?" Cassidy raised her arm in the air quickly, and pushed forward in the crowd and made her way up to the front like all the other winners had done. She went to stand by Mark, who offered her a big smile and a handshake as the announcer stuck her hand into Jack's jar next. Cassidy shyly shook Mark's hand, pretty sure that she was dreaming right now and that any minute she would wake up. "April Rhodes!" The announcer called and Cassidy quickly looked to find her friend in the crowd. If this wasn't real, it had to be one heck of a dream!

Jack jumped up and down, shaking his hands out in front of him. He was pumped and more than ready to do this. He loved the energy of crowds gathering for good things like this. They had already been told the numbers on the raffle tickets sold and it made him so proud of all of their fans for coming together to raise so much money for charity. It was events like these that reminded him exactly why he did what he did. "I was born ready!" Jack replied, grinning at his friend. Having Mark here only stood to boost Jack's energy levels it seemed.

One of the staff members at the convention came over just then, letting them know that the raffle was about to begin. They filed out in front of the crowd one by one, their names, youtube channels, and charities they were sponsoring getting announced as they came out. Him and Mark were last to go out and Jack was happy and surprised to see the turnout. It was a bigger crowd than he'd expected!

Mark was in front of him, so the winner of his raffle was announced first. It took them calling the girl's name a few times before she made her way up to stand by Mark, a dazed expression on her face. Jack couldn't help but grin, pretty sure the girl was more than shocked that she had been called. He gazed out over the crowd, wondering who he was going to be spending the convention with. Whoever it was, he hoped they were ready for a fun time because he was excited to make this the best convention possible for them! "April Rhodes!" Jack watched for movement, grinning happily at the girl that started moving from the crowd. She had been standing right by Mark's raffle winner, which he noted as a funny coincidence. He opened his arms wide for a hug for the girl as the room applauded. The announcer went on to tell everyone how much they had raised, but Jack tuned it out. He'd already heard the numbers and as proud as he was, he was more interested in getting to know his convention buddy!

April laughed at Cassy's words before the announcer came out and started to introduce each of the Youtubers that were a part of the raffle. When Jack walked out, April screamed along with the rest of his fans. The announcer started to pull names from the raffle jars. Of course Mark and Jack would be last. That was more anticipation for Cassy and April. When they finally got to Mark, April crossed her fingers for her best friend. When the announcer called Cassy's name, April cheered and then shook her friend to get her to realize that her name was called. April was so excited for her friend. I probably won't get that lucky. She thought to herself. She would find out soon enough that she was wrong.

When the announcer pulled out the name for Jack's raffle, April swore her heart was beating at a thousand miles a minute. Then the announcer said her name and everything stopped. She said your name! That's you, Rhodes! Get up there! She yelled at herself. She forced her feet to move forward as she walked up to the stage, instantly greeted by a warm hug from Jack. April wore a smile on her face that would never be taken off. She looked over at Cassy and grinned happily before looking at Jack. It was really him. Green hair and all.

When the announcer started to talk about how much the convention had raised, April was completely tuned out. She looked over at Cassy, and it was clear that her best friend was in the same state. It was so amazing that the both of them won. When the announcer was finished talking, April turned to Jack and smiled, "I've seen every of your videos. You're my favorite Youtuber. Well actually you're like my favorite person. I like you better than my roommate, Cassidy, and she knows it too." April rambled and pointed over to Cassidy.

Mark laughed at Jack's words before the announcer walked out on stage and started to introduce the Youtubers. He smiled and waved at the audience when he came out. Soon Jack was at his side again and he was so excited to see who won his raffle for the convention. He waited as the announcer went through the other Youtubers to announce their winners. When she got to him, he smiled. Cassidy Melborne. She was the winner of the raffle. He looked out at the crowd and made a pair of binoculars with his hands and looked around for Cassidy. When the announcer asked if she was there, he watched as a hand shot into the air.

When she made her way to stage, he smiled at her and stuck out his hand to her, "Mark." He introduced himself, "But I'm sure you probably knew that already so I don't know why I just introduced myself." He joked. He looked over when the announcer called the name of the girl who won for Jack. She was the same girl that was standing next to Cassidy and had helped her realize that she had won. Mark clapped and watched as the girl walked to the stage and hugged Jack.

Once the announcer was finished talking about the numbers that the people of the convention had raised, he turned to Cassidy, "So congrats on winning the raffle!" He cheered happily, "I'm actually really excited to spend the convention with you. This is the first time I've done something like this with a convention, so I'm really excited about it."
