anyone know any good spots in Florida that don't cost and arm and a leg to live? Checking Craigslist right now for some ideas. I just don't want to spend an arm and a leg for rent when it's just gonna be me.

I use the site zillow to look at places to live. You can search for stuff in your price range and such. Good luck!
