Ellie had spent most of her life wondering if love would ever come her way. She had spent many years in off and on again relationship with a man who clearly didn't love her and used her. Meeting Steve was the best thing to happen to her, it was right after he was found in the ice in 2011. He had been walking in Central Park looking around in awe. He hadn't been used to 21st century New York just. Ellie introduced herself and they hit it off from their meeting at the park. Five years later they were happily married and talking about having kids. Though their relationship was always kept secret no matter what for her own safety. She didn't mind though it was for the best.
Ellie rolled over on her bed, it had been a couple of months signed Steve had been home he was still looking for Bucky. Ellie was just as shocked as Steve that he was alive. Getting up she decided she would make breakfast not really
you expecting company. She looked up when she heard a knock walking over she opened the door and smiled at her friend, "Sophie! Come on in I'll was just about to make breakfast, I've got news!" She squeaked excitedly.
He wasn't the Winter Solider nor the samend James B Barnes from the war in the 1940s. He was something else entirely and not sure if he liked it. He looked at his friend, "I really don't want to impose... but if you insist" he chuckled nervously1. Steve had been Bucky's only real friend and he couldn't possibly say no to him. Steve had told him about a safe house that no one knew about and that's where they were staying. Little did Bucky know was that Steve had kept a large part of his life a secret no one in the Avengers knew, except for Furynwho had helped keep that secret safe.
Bucky sighed as they rode on the back of a truck in disguise, he hoped wherever they were going was a quite place. Though from what Steve had mentioned it was a safe house and it was safe from anyone including Fury. "So...you seem excited to begoing home what's waiting for you?"
