Willow laid in bed, her brother hugged her tightly while she did the same for one of her now deceased fiance's best friends, Zack. She had her chest pressed against Zack's back, her brother, Brian, in the same position as she was with Zack, his chest pressed against her back as she silently cried the tears she had been holding back for the past few months since her fiance, Matt had been announced dead by police and his funeral had come and gone. Matt had been the love of Willow's life and now after four months the reality he was really never coming back had set in. He was all she had known of romantic love and now she would have to try and move on. The thought of having to keep living without him absolutely terrifed Willow but she knew she needed to, if not for herself then for Matt because that's what he would have wanted her to do.

Zacky frowned as he laid in bed, knowing he was probably intruding on her and Brian, but he didn't care right now. He'd cared about Willow for as long as he could remember, but she'd always chosen Matt over him. Not that he'd exactly shared his feelings, but still. Maybe it was shitty of him to swoop in after Matt died, but he didn't care. He wanted to be there for her, if not as more than a friend, then simply as a friend. "It's gonna be okay, Willow," he murmured, looking at her over his shoulder.

"It hurts to breath," Willow sniffled. "I never knew I'd have to live without him." The brunette sobbed into Zack's shoulder while her brother rubbed her her back soothingly. Willow didn't say anything else, just letting everything out she had been holding in, sobbing hysterically in Zack and Brian's arms until she fell asleep. It was the first time since Matt had died she fell asleep without a sleeping pill and she was going to sleep like a baby from how exhausted she was.

Zacky sighed softly, carefully sitting up and looking at Brian. "We've gotta get her out of this slump," he said. He missed Matt as much as everyone else, but he couldn't stand to see Willow so upset anymore. He needed to see her smile, even if it wasn't genuine. It would mean she was trying to feel better, and that's all he needed right now. He needed reassurance that she was gonna be okay, even if it took a while.

Brian ran his finger's through his sister's hair, moving a few strands out of her face. She had him extremely worried. The guys were the ones who actually knew how Matt had died. They had told Willow it was a freak accident but it was a vampire who had actually killed Matt. They all had used to hunt vampires when they had been younger, using the band as a cover to it but they had already been retired from all of that for several years.

Zacky walked out of the room and went downstairs, thinking of ways that he could get Willow out of this slump she was in. Sure, it hadn't been all that long since Matt died, and she did need her time to grieve, but still. He figured any little thing could help at this point.

Willow ended up sleeping almost two days straight before she woke up again. It was the middle of day and when she opened her eyes she couldn't help the small ghost of a smile that formed on her lips when she saw Zack asleep besides her. She pecked his cheek, checking her phone messages and replied to a few before she got up to make herself some food.she officially hadn't eaten in three days at that point so she was overdue.

Zack got up and went downstairs, looking at Willow. "Good morning sunshine," he teased.

Willow couldn't help the smile that formed on her mouth at Zack's words. She playfully flipped him off and went back to cooking herself some food. "Do you want a BLT too," she asked.

Zacky smiled at her and nodded his head. "Yeah, that sounds really good," he said.

Willow pecked Zack's cheek and went back to making bacon for their BLTs. She wondered how Zack and her brother were holding up. "How are you holding up," she asked.

Zacky looked at her. "I'm okay," he said. "I guess realistically, I could be better, but I can't complain really. How are you?"

"Okay I guess," Willow mumbled. "I mean it really hit me the other day and it was the first time I slept well in ages." She walked over to Zack after she finished cooking the bacon and hugged him. "Thank you Zack," she mumbled. "For everything."

"You don't have to thank me," Zacky said, wrapping his arms around her. "We're all here for you. We all love you so much."

Willow hugged Zack tightly, wondering if he ever knew for the longest time before she had gotten with Matt she had the hots for him. She felt a few tears fall down her face, feeling guilty for thinking if Zack that way because she still loved Matt so much. Matt had even asked her once if she wanted a hall pass on having sex with Zack and she had refused it.

Zacky rubbed her back. "Everything will be okay eventually," he said. "Maybe not right away, but it will be."

Willow pulled away slighty, moving her arms from his waist to around his neck. While the brunette moved one of her hands to cup his cheek, her eyes wandering to his lip, her thumb tracing his bottom lip a few moments later.

Zacky stood there completely still, unsure of what to do. "Are you okay?" He asked softly.

"He gave me a hall pass once," Willow mumbled. "He said I could have sex with you." The brunette moved her hand that was still rested on his neck into his hair, running her hands through the jet black locks as she pressed her lips to his.
