Sadie knew they would have to go out and look for Charlie and she wasn't about to have to sit around and babysit. Hearing Tara's words, she looked at Rick, "If we're going to search, I can always go with Abraham and Sasha." Sasha nodded, "It would be good to have a third person with us, Sadie's a good shot."

Dwight was making his way back to the room when Negan stopped him, "She eating? Talking?" Dwight shook his head, "Nothin, she sat in the same spot the whole time I was there and refused any food. She's only going to be able to hold out for a day or two before she eats and eventually we'll get her to talk." He waited for the okay from Negan before he made his way back to the room.

Charlie rested her forehead against her knees as she sighed. She thought about Alexandria and the people there. Her friends. She wasn't sure if she would ever be able to see them again. She thought about not seeing Rick and Carl's smiling faces when Judith would do something adorable, or not sneaking a cigarette with Daryl on the back porch of her house because she had promised Glenn she would quit. She thought about not ever seeing Maggie or Sadie. Abraham, Sasha, Tara, Rosita, Eugene. All of her friends. Now she was being held captive by some asshole who knew what group she belonged to and was now using her for leverage, she guessed. She had started to cry again, only very silently at this point.

Daryl shook his head at Sadie's words, "I ain't lettin' ya go out there by yourself." He stated before looking at Sasha, "Three is an odd number, you get split up, and someone ends up by themselves and we saw how that ended up with Charlie. I'll go with ya." He explained and watched as Sasha nodded. Rick nodded as well, "The four of you head out first thing tomorrow. It's gettin' dark soon. Ain't no use lookin' when you can't see." Rick said, "If she's out there, she knows how to handle herself at night. I've seen her do it." He added. Daryl nodded and looked over at Sadie as the group started to disperse, "You alright with me comin' along?"

Sadie nodded, "Yeah, I don't mind, like you said, three's an odd number and we'd get split up." Part of her was glad Daryl was coming with them, but she also had a feeling he would end up treating her like a child, like she wouldn't be able to defend herself. "We should rest tonight, tomorrow is going to be a long day...."

Dwight made his way back into the room, glancing over and seeing that she was crying. He rolled his eyes, that always seemed to bug him, anytime they would keep someone, they always cried, like it would get someone to feel pity for them. He knew eventually he'd have to tell Negan that nothing was changing and he was curious to see what Negan would do to handle the girl.

By the time Dwight had entered the room, she hadn't stopped crying, but Charlie had managed to calm down slightly. She still had a few tears rolling down her cheeks, but maintained her resting bitch face as she stared at the wall in front of her. It was getting dark outside and she knew she would have to sleep soon, but she didn't trust it. There was a bed in the room, but she would prefer the floor. If she accepted the bed, she was accepting that she was getting privileges and she didn't want to accept those privileges.

Daryl nodded at Sadie's words, "Good." He said before nodding once more, "You're right. I'll see you in the morning." He stated before he walked away back toward his house. He knew tomorrow he was going to have to keep a close eye on her at all costs to make sure she didn't end up getting hurt, or worse, all while managing to look for Charlie.

Sadie sighed, "See you in the morning," she walked back to the house that she was staying in with Maggie and Glenn. Maggie was standing in the kitchen, "Hey Sadie, how was working the wall?" Sadie shrugged slightly, "It was uneventful, which is good, but also boring. Tomorrow I'm going with Sasha, Abraham, and Daryl to look for Charlie. Spencer and Charlie went out for a run and Spencer lost her." Maggie turned to look at her, "Is that a good idea? You haven't gone outside the walls in months, can you handle yourself?" Sadie rolled her eyes, "I'm sure I can do it, plus Daryl was pretty quick to jump in and help out and watch me, I need to go to bed, early morning start." She walked over to Maggie, hugging her, "I won't see you in the morning, but I'll see you when we get back, night Mags." Sadie let her go and walked up the stairs to her bedroom which she knew she was going to have to give up eventually, considering the baby and all.

Dwight sighed, "You do realize there's a bed right there? You've got food, if you don't eat soon it'll go bad. Negan won't keep sending food in here if you keep refusing to eat." There was a voice in his head that knew it wasn't true, Negan wanted to keep this girl safe and out of harms way. In his mind, this girl could possibly give him some leverage when it comes to this new group.

Charlie looked over at Dwight with a scowl before sliding the tray of food over to him, "You want the food eaten so badly. You eat it." She spat with anger in her voice. She didn't even glance over toward the bed, continuing to stay on the floor in the corner as she stared at the wall. Piss on them and their "kindness." She didn't need it, and she damn well didn't want it.

Daryl had a quick cigarette before he decided he should probably get some sleep, or at least try to. He was worried about the next day's outcome. He didn't know why, but he just had this pit in his stomach that he couldn't shake. Daryl usually was one to continue to not give up, like when they were looking for Sophia. Charlie had been with the group since the start and Daryl wasn't going to just give up looking for her, but he felt like he wasn't going to find her, and the thought made him nervous.

The next morning, Sadie got out of bed, pulling on the clean clothes she had and tossed her other ones in the basket before walking down the stairs. She noticed Maggie in the living room sleeping on in the recliner. Without making too much noise, she made her way out the door and went to the gate to wait for the others.

Dwight rolled his eyes, grabbing the tray of food and opening the door, setting it on the floor outside. "Well, if you wanna be stubborn and starve, that's not my problem, I guess. I give it a few days before Negan gets irritated and he'll be the one to babysit you." He leaned back against the wall, just waiting until she would fall asleep so he would be able to leave.

Charlie had managed to fall asleep against the wall she was leaning against, despite the fact that she still, obviously, didn't trust the man that was in her "room." She was just so over everything that was happening to her for the day. She needed sleep. She didn't care that it was uncomfortable, there was no way she was accepting the bed.

Daryl woke up early the next morning and got everything together he needed to be out the entire day looking for Charlie. He headed out to the gate to meet up with everyone, noticing that Sadie was there first, "You're sure you want to go?" He asked her, knowing she would say that she was sure. He didn't want anything to happen to her like it had Charlie.

Seeing Daryl walk up, Sadie sighed softly, "Of course I'm sure, I wouldn't have asked if I wasn't absolutely sure I wanted to do this." She watched as Sasha and Abraham drove up to the gate in the car, looking back at Daryl, "Are you going to ride with us or take your chances on that bike that you built?" She asked, walking to the car and opening the door.

Dwight was making his way to Negan before he went and got something for breakfast, he knocked on the door, waiting for the okay before walking in, "She's not eating, talking, and she's sleeping on the floor, just thought I should let you know." Negan sighed, "She's a stubborn one, huh? I should have figured considering her group has been the only one to be any kind of threat to us, of course not number wise or weapons, but if they wanted to and I'm sure they will, they could fight us, that's why we need her to talk."

Charlie woke up with a kink in her neck the next day. She knew it was from sleeping against the wall, but she didn't care. She wasn't giving them the satisfaction of her taking their privileges. She had slept in a tent on the ground back with the group once the world had gone to shit. Then before they found the prison, she slept on the ground again only without protection over her. When the group got split up, she managed to stick with Maggie, Sasha, and Bob, and she didn't have any luxuries there either. This wasn't nothin' for her.

Daryl stuck his hands up in defense, "I'm just makin' sure ya ain't havin' second thoughts." He stated, though he wished she would, so he wouldn't have to watch after her to make sure that she didn't hurt or nothin'. He needed to make sure that she stayed safe, if not only for him, but for Maggie and Glenn as well. Daryl knew that Maggie wouldn't be okay if she lost her only blood family member she had left. He raised an eyebrow at Sadie's words about his bike before he climbed in the back beside her.

Sadie watched as Daryl got in, she knew he still wasn't one to always stay with the group when they went out. She just had a feeling that the only reason Daryl was going was to babysit her. Once everyone was in, Abraham started driving, "So, we'll go out to the cars that they were searching yesterday and from there we can split in two groups. Rick and a few others went out earlier and said they were covering straight ahead from there and they would check through the woods going back towards camp, so we can take both sides."

Dwight sighed, "She ain't talking to me or anyone else so far." Negan rolled his eyes, "I guess if I want something done right, I gotta do it myself." He went over and pulled on a clean shirt before grabbing Lucille, "I'll check on her." Negan walked out, going to Charlie's room, he knocked before walking in, "Well, good morning." A smile crossed his lips as he saw her against the wall, "There's a perfectly good bed there, ya know?"

Charlie had pulled her hair back into a messy ponytail before the door opened and she expected Dwight to walk in. When she heard a different voice, she looked over, raising her eyebrows when she saw the man from yesterday, Negan. When he brought up about the bed, she nodded, "Fully aware." She replied back.

Daryl listened as Abraham started speaking about the game plan, "Sounds good to me." He replied. He knew that if she was by herself there was no way she could have gotten too far or at hopefully. If it was something other than that, he had no idea how far she could be by now. The thought upset him as they pulled up to where the cars Charlie and Spencer were looking through were. Daryl quickly got out and nodded at Abraham and Sasha before looking at Sadie, "Let's go." He stated before heading off toward the left of the cars.

Once the car stopped and everyone knew where they were going, Sadie got out and grabbed the small backpack she always took with her, tossing in on her back. Sighing softly, she followed Daryl as he started walking away from the cars. Once they were a good distance, she kept looking around, trying to be as alert as possible. "Daryl, I think I see something, a few feet over..." Sadie walked towards what she saw, "It's blood, and it doesn't look too old, radio the others and ask if they've seen anything, maybe we should head this way, it looks like there's a trail..."

Negan laughed softly, looking over at her, "It's there for you if ya need it, make your stay here more comfortable." He looked around her room, "So, I know what group your from and I know for a fact that they're out there looking for you right now, a few have been looking for a couple hours now." He went to the door when there was a knock, opening it, "Breakfast," he took the tray and brought it into the room before shutting the door, "I figured you could use some fresh food, doesn't look like your other food was to your liking."

Charlie instantly felt a pit in her stomach at the word "stay." It made her think she wasn't ever leaving, though the feeling somewhat went away at the mention of her friends looking for her. When he brought in a tray of food for breakfast, she felt her stomach grumble, but she shook her head, "Not hungry." She replied with a small fake smile.

Daryl started to look for anything that would give a clue as to where Charlie had gotten off to. He looked over when Sadie said she found something. He walked over with her and frowned at the sight of the blood. If she was hurt, that could change things. He pulled out the radio, "Hey Sadie and I found something. We're gonna look more into it. Keep ya posted." Daryl said before he nodded at Sadie and then started to follow the trail of blood.

Sadie waited as Daryl told the others what they had found, once he was done she started following the trail, "It's starting to fade..." She was starting to get nervous as the blood trail was getting less visible, "There's a road," Sadie ran, following what was left of the trail to the road, "It stops here! Maybe someone grabbed her?" She wasn't sure what to think, but she was sure it couldn't be good.

Negan sighed, "Seriously? Eat the food, we don't want you starving here and not being able to get back to your friends once you're done here." He wasn't going to let this girl starve, but he also wasn't going to go soft on her and let her think this was a vacation, "Eat, we're gonna go on a little walk around so you can get used to your surroundings."

Charlie rolled her eyes at his words, "Like you would ever let me go back to my group." She replied, venom in her voice. The fact that he was practically teasing her about ever getting to see her friends again was bullshit and she wasn't going to take it. She didn't give a shit who this man was, or thought he was, "Still not hungry." Charlie said and raised a challenging eyebrow at him.

Daryl frowned when Sadie said that the trail was starting to fade. He followed after her when she went after the rest of the trail. When she brought up someone grabbing her, Daryl frowned as he looked around, "They would have had to get out of here fast if Spencer was right and there was a herd of walkers headed this way. They must have a car." He explained.

Negan looked over at her, "You never know, sure I could be the most diabolical and evil son of a bitch out there, but trust me, there could always be worse people out there right now than me." He waited for her, standing by the door, "Now, let's go and I'll show you around here so that maybe when you grow up a little and realize that you want to have a little bit more freedom here, you'll be able to know where the hell you can and can not go."

Sadie nodded, looking at where the trail ended, "It just stops out of nowhere," she looked off into the direction the trail ended, "Damn it, if they had a car they could be anywhere by now." She ran a hand through her hair, "She never should have went out with Spencer, Rick should have known better, of course if those two go out together Charlie would be jumping out of the car to get some distance between them." She sighed, "What do we do?"

Charlie nodded at his words, "I've met worse than you. You're not scary." She replied. Of course, she hadn't gotten the chance to know what he was like, but she wasn't backing down from this now. When he started waiting for her at the door, she sighed, figuring she didn't have another option, and stood up slowly, wobbling a bit from now having eaten in over a day. She walked over to the door and stood by Negan, "Aren't you going to handcuff me or something. I mean, I am your prisoner aren't I?" Charlie questioned with a bit of attitude to her voice.

Daryl ran a hand through his hair at her words, "Shit." He muttered as he looked up and down the road. There was no way that whoever had taken Charlie was even in the area anymore. No way. When Sadie started grumbling about how Charlie should have never went out with Spencer, he nodded, "Rick shouldn't have let Spencer go out anywhere. But there's nothing we can do about it now. She's gone." He said and then looked over at Sadie when she asked what they should do, "We tell Rick. We get a car and a group and we go looking up and down this road to find her. We search everywhere for her."

"Great, fantastic, I'm glad to know I'm not the worst person out there," Negan rolled his eyes. He could tell when she stood up that she had to be feeling off, especially after refusing food, but that was her choice. "I don't need to handcuff you, there's no where for you to run and if you try, you'll pay the consequences, that's how this place runs, bad things get bad treatment, now lets go," he pushed her in the direction of some stairs.

Sadie was beyond irritated, "Shit, would've been better off if Rick would have sent me with her, at least she wouldn't be alone." Hearing Daryl mention telling Rick, she pulled out her radio, "Well, let's head back to where we started," she walked past Daryl and started talking to Rick, "We found something, heading back to the car pile up," she put the radio down, "Come on."

Charlie sighed at his words and started to walk towards the stairs he pushed her towards, slowly heading down until she was told to stop. She didn't want to be out here, with Negan. She wanted to be back with her friends, but that was obviously out of the cards at the moment. Basically she just had to wait and follow what Negan wanted, despite what she wanted. The least she could do was put up at least some resistance.

Daryl nodded at her words, "At least she would have had someone capable with her." He stated. When she radioed Rick and told him what was going on, he nodded and followed her back to the car pile, remembering the way to the road so he knew where to take a group to find Charlie. Never before had he ever wanted to punch someone as he did Spencer for letting something happen to one of his friends.
