"I'm glad you didn't. Those girls love you so much," Val said.

"They wouldn't if they knew how disgusting I am," Elizabeth stated.

"That's not true," Val said. "Rae already knows how you feel about Matt and she doesn't care."

"She doesn't know Matt is Luna's father," Elizabeth argued.

"But she knows you love him more than a sister should love a brother," Val said.

"She actually caught us having sex," Elizabeth mumbled. "She knows no one can know or she and Luna may be taken away from me."

Val bit her lip and nodded her head. "Let's hope she can keep a secret then," she mumbled.

"I'm more worried about Zack saying something than I am Rae," she admitted.

"You think he would do that?" Val asked. Who was she kidding, of course he would. He would do anything he could to hurt Elizabeth and the girls.

"If his lawyer can't get him out of prison any other way I wouldn't doubt it," Elizabeth replied. "He doesn't deserve to be locked up in prison when all he really needs is a mental hospital."

"That would just be easy for him," Val said. "He needs to be punished."

"Stop it," Elizabeth snapped. "He used to be one of your best fucking friends! Stop acting like he never was!" She ran her hands through her hair, sniffling as she did. "He's not my Zack anymore and it's because he's sick! The doctors diagnosed him Val!"

"That doesn't excuse what he did!" Val snapped. "What don't you understand about that?"

"I'm not making excuses," Elizabeth snapped. "Throwing someone mentally ill in prison doesn't do shit to help anyone!" She ran her hands over her face, brushing her fingers through her hair as she sighed softly. "I was cheated on him with my brother! I fucking divorced him and left to raise two children one that wasn't even fucking his while I was getting high and naked on a fucking pole!" She ran her hands through her hair again, tears falling freely down her face. "Would you have loved me after all that?"

"Yes, if you were the love of my life, I would have!" Val hissed.

"Then you're just as sick as Zack," Elizabeth stated. "You just haven't snapped yet."

"Fuck you," Val snapped.

"Fuck you," Elizabeth snapped back. "It may be easy for you to turn your back on Zack but I can't. I fucking won't," she stated. "I've loved him since we were teenagers."

"Good luck getting him back with Matt's dick up your ass," Val hissed.

"It would be kind of hard for Matt's dick to be up my ass when your head is already there," she snapped. Elizabeth honestly wasn't expecting Val to slap her or the blonde's lips against her moments after.
