Brian watched Taryn leave, checking her out in the process. He sighed as he looked back down at the class list. He shouldn't be looking at Taryn like that, especially since she was his student, but he couldn't help it, she was gorgeous.

"I do." Delaney said when Taryn caught up with her. "Why?" She asked as she stopped at her locker and opened it. She grabbed her books for her next class before closing it and looking at her friend again.

"The guitar player is my fucking music theory teacher!" Taryn hissed. "Literally just last week, I was talking about how gorgeous he is, and now I'm gonna spend an hour a day with him for the next nine months... god, I'm gonna get in trouble."

Matt muddled through his next class. It was pretty easy, seeing as it was the first day of school. All he had to do was hand out the syllabus and tell everyone to talk amongst themselves. He returned back to his desk, turning his phone off when he noticed a text from his wife. He didn't wanna deal with her.

"No way!" Delaney said, "well brace yourself because the singer from that same band is my History teacher!" She said. She laughed a little, "we are totally going to get suspended or something for making passes to our teachers." She smirked.

Brian handed out the syllabus and explained himself to his class before telling them they could spend the rest of the hour chatting and the real work would begin tomorrow. He sat down at his desk and checked his phone. There was a text from Michelle but he ignored it. He opened up a new text thread and brought up Matt's name before typing. dude, so one of my students attended our show last week and she's pretty much in awe that such a rockstar like myself could be a teacher lol he sent to him.

Taryn couldn't believe it. The band that they were fawning over just seven days ago was now about to be a major part of their lives. "Oh, god, we're totally screwed." She laughed, running a hand through her hair. "What class do you have next?" She asked her friend curiously.

Matt raised a brow at the sight of Brian's text, chuckling slightly. Same thing happened in my last hour. Don't go getting too big of an ego, Mister Rockster. He finished up the text before putting his phone back in his desk drawer and observing his students.

Delaney looked at her schedule. "Chemistry, you?" She asked. She got her Chem book out and closed her locker before following Taryn down the hall to hers. She leaned against the lockers as she waited for her friend.

Brian chuckled at Matt's text and put his phone away. He spent the rest of the class hour, doodling on paper. Seems like no one else in this class period seemed to recognize him, even though all the girls were fawning over him.

"English... I don't have Chemistry until after lunch." Taryn spoke, pretending like she was throwing up. Science was definitely not one of her fortes in life. "I'll walk you there?" She offered.

Matt spent the rest of his second period setting up his desk, occasionally looking over at his class to make sure they were behaving. His mind kept drifting back to Delaney, despite himself.

"Sure." Delaney smiled and followed along with her. "So, probably going to try to dress sexy tomorrow to impress Mr. Sanders." She smirked as they walked.

Brian spent his whole class period thinking about Taryn. He knew it was wrong but he couldn't help it. She was beautiful and seemed to have a great taste in music if she liked his band.

"You really are trying to get the man arrested on his second day of work, aren't you?" Taryn laughed, but winked to show she was kidding. "Great idea, though. I should see what I can do to seduce Mr. H." She mused.

Mercifully, second hour ended and it led onto third hour, which was Matt's prep. He placed a quick call to his mother's house to check on his sons before texting Brian again. Do you wanna grab some lunch? I'm fucking starving.

"Maybe." Delaney smirked. She gave her friend a hug and then headed into her chemistry class. It seemed to go by super fast and soon she was headed to her third hour and once that was over it was lunch time. She met up with Taryn again. "Do you want to go out for lunch or stay here?" She asked her. Seniors were allowed to leave for lunch if they chose too.

Brian's second and third hours flew by fast. He saw Matt's text and smiled. Hell yeah I do. I'll meet you outside in a few minutes. he replied back and then started picking up his things before grabbing his wallet and keys to classroom and his car keys and phone. He locked up before heading out to the parking lot.

"Let's go grab some food. It's our first day of senior year, and I'm about to have some damn Taco Bell instead of the crap they serve us in the cafeteria." Taryn spoke, slinging her purse over her shoulder. "Let's get moving."

Matt locked up his own classroom and made sure he had everything he needed before exiting the school and heading to the staff parking lot. "What're you thinking for lunch?" He asked his brother-in-law.

"Hell yeah." Delaney said as she followed Taryn to her car. She got in her friends car and put her seatbelt on as she waited for her friend.

"Taco Bell?" Brian said. It was close by and fast. "I could go for a Doritos locos taco." He said as he chuckled and followed Matt to his car.

Taryn climbed into the driver's seat. "Let's roll." She buckled her seatbelt before turning the car on and pulling out of the lot, heading down the road to Taco Bell.

"Sounds good to me, I haven't had one of those in a long ass time." Matt spoke, unlocking the car before hopping inside. He made sure that Brian was settled before pulling out of the lot.

Delaney smiled. "They don't look too busy, maybe we can go inside." She said as they pulled up into Taco Bell's parking lot.

"Same." Brian chuckled as Matt headed towards Taco Bell. "Do you want to go inside or through the drive thru?" He asked him.

"Sounds like a plan." Taryn spoke, parking the car. Truth be told, she hated eating inside her car unless it was absolutely necessary.

"Let's go in. You know I'll kill you if you eat in my car." Matt spoke, parking next to a little Silver jetta.

Delaney followed Taryn inside, glad to see there was no line. She ordered a loaded potato griller and a Doritos loco taco, along with a drink. She paid for her food and took her cup, "I'm going to go find us a booth." She told Taryn before walking to fill up her cup.

Brian held his hands up in defense. "That was one time and I cleaned out your car for like two weeks, man!" He laughed as they got out.

Tasty ordered her typical beefy five layer burrito with extra sour cream and a Baja freeze, following Delaney to whatever booth she chose. She looked out the window and she raised a brow. "Don't look now, but Mr. H and your future husband just pulled up."

"Still! You're why we have the rule!" Matt joked, locking the car behind him before following Brian to the door, raising a brow when he spotted the girls. "Looks like your favorite student is here." He teased.

Delaney looked up, "oh my god." She said. She knew they had probably already seen them. Delaney continued to look down, in hopes that they didn't. "Who knew they ate at Taco Bell." She giggled a little.

Brian laughed, "so is yours." He told Matt as they got in line. He got three Doritos locos tacos and a large drink. "Should we go sit by them? Make'em nervous?" Brian chuckled.

"Hey, rock and rollers like tacos, too." Taryn mused, taking another bite out of her burrito. She gave Mr. Haner a nod in acknowledgment, trying to appear cool even thing she was freaking out on the inside.

Matt rolled his eyes. "Dude, come on. They're in high school, not us. But sure, why not." He spoke before ordering his own food.

"Taryn, they're walking over here." Delaney said, seeing both of their teachers headed their way.

"Hello ladies." Brian said as he and Matt approached them. Delaney kicked Taryn under the table to get her attention.
