Sabrina didn't understand WHY Kara insisted on dragging both her and Mackenzie out. The two hated each other's guts-- it was amazing that they were able to exist in peace. The brunette could not WAIT for their lease to be up. She would be on the first thing smoking out of that apartment building and into her own little condo. But for now (at least for Kara's sake), they had to at least play nice. "I need a beer," Sabrina spoke as they walked into Johnny's, sitting up at the bar. "A Bud Light for me, and whatever these two want." She handed the bartender her credit card for the tab before looking over at Kara. If she and Mackenzie had to coexist for a few hours, Sabrina wanted to at least show that she could be the bigger person if she needed to be. When she got her beer, Kara tipped it in their direction. "Cheers."

Brian smiled nostalgically as they walked through the front door of Johnny's. He was home. After a long ass, grueling tour, it was finally time to unwind and relax for a bit before they planned their next move. Only he, Matt, and Zack were able to make it out-- Johnny and Brooks both had prior commitments with their families. Michelle had Nicci for the weekend, so he was as free as a bird. "First round of shots on me?" Brian asked, pulling out his wallet. The guys laughed and nodded before sitting on the opposite end of the bar from the girls.

Mackenzie sighed as she sat at the bar with Sabrina and Kara. Her and her roommate had a falling out a few months ago and now they had been avoiding each other. Though Kara insisted they all go out. Mackenzie looked at the bartender, ordering a beer and a shot. She watched as the two drinks were sat in front of her. She let her eyes wander until they landed on a few guys in front of them across the bar. She took a sip of her beer, before she turned her attention to Kara as she spoke. She really just wanted to get this whole night out of the way.

Matt sat there, looking at the bartender, "Budweiser please." He said to the girl behind the bar. He looked at Brian, "So whats with you being so generous." He teased his friend as the shots were poured in front of them. Matt took his shot with the guys, then looked over at the girls that were across from them. "Well hello." He muttered to only Brian and Zacky could hear him. Matt took a sip of his beer, enjoying the taste. He looked back at Zacky as he rambled about the last show they played.

Sabrina raised a brow when she noticed the guys across the bar checking them out. She'd seen them before, but she really couldn't place her finger on where she'd seen them. She took a sip of her Miller-Lite before turning her attention back to the group of girls she was with. "Left corner of the bar. Three dudes. Pretty sure they're looking at us." Sabrina spoke, mostly to Kara.

Brian rolled his eyes. "I said first round. Not the whole night, so shut up." He ordered his drink of choice before handing his credit card to the bartender for his tab. The guitarist heard Matt mention something about the girls across the bar, and he took a second to look at them. They were all gorgeous, but Brian had to admit that the blonde was the prettiest out of all of them. "Well hello indeed," Brian whispered, taking a sip of his beer.

Mackenzie heard Sabrina and didnt bother looking. She had already taken notice to the guys looking at them. Mackenzie watched as Kara looked at him, "Oh don't look you never look." She whispered. She sighed as she seen the more muscular got get up, the other two following before. Mackenzie finished her beer then ordered another one. She already knew who Sabrina had her eye on. Sure they were enemies now, but she still remembered her ex best friends taste in men. Mackenzie looked at the guys as they joined them, "Hey." she said, smiling.

Matt smirked, "Well lets go mingle." He said as one of the girls looked at them. He got up, grabbing his beer before he moved towards them, "I call the brunette." He muttered to the guys. He smiled as they got closer, "Hello ladies." He said, "I'm Matt." He said, introducing himself. "This is Brian and Zacky." He said, introducing his friends. "Can we possibly buy you beautiful ladies a drink?" He asked as he leaned against the bar next to the cute brunette.

Sabrina raised an eyebrow again, taking a sip of her beer as the guy who appeared to be the leader of their crew talked to her. "Well hello there, Matt." She spoke, running a hand through her hair. "I'm Sabrina. The blonde is Mackenzie, and my pink haired friend over there is Kara." At the mention of Matt buying her a drink, she nodded her head. "Well, I'm still nursing this beer-- but I'd definitely love another drink." Sabrina winked. "You're buying? How about a round of shots? Jaegerbombs?" She looked at her friends, seeing if they approved.

Brian waved at the blonde, taking the barstool next to her. "Hey." He echoed. "Like my friend just said, I'm Brian." He sipped his Corona before setting it down on the bar and turning so he was facing her. "And what's your name, gorgeous?" Brian asked, waiting for Mackenzie to introduce herself. She had a cute, innocent look about her-- which Brian found insanely attractive.

Matt nodded, "Sure." He said once the girls agreed. He ordered them all a round of shots then took a sip of his drink. Matt looked at Sabrina, "So are you girls from around here?" He asked as he sat on the bar stool next to her.  Matt looked over at her. She was really gorgeous. He watched as the shots were set in front of them. "Well to you fine ladies." he toasted, smiling. He threw his shot back then sat the glass on the bar.

Mackenzie looked over as Brian sat next to her, "I'm Mackenzie. It's nice to meet you." She said, smiling. She watched as the shot was put in front of her and threw it back with everyone. She looked over at Brian, trying to figure out where she had seen him before. "Are you from around here? i swear i have seen you before." She told him.

"We live in the apartment building on Westbrook. Kara lives down the hall from me, and Mackenzie is my roommate." Sabrina spoke, finishing up her beer just as the shots came one. She grabbed hers, clinking shotglasses with Kara before downing it in one gulp. "Well, thanks for the shot, Mister. But I have a feeling that's not what you came over here for."

"Well, yeah, Huntington Beach born and raised. But I have one of those familiar faces." Brian joked after he finished his shot. "I'm kidding, we're actually in a band together. This is one of our first nights back home after being on tour for awhile." He turned his attention back to his beer, taking a sip. "You don't look like you'd know what our music sounds like, to be honest."

Matt nodded, "You are correct. I came over here because you are gorgeous." He said. He took a sip of his beer. "So can I buy you another drink?" He asked, noticing that her beer was almost gone. He wanted to get to know her better, but with her friend lingering over her shoulder it was hard. He was hoping Zacky would distract her friend soon. Matt finished his beer and ordered another drink.

Mackenzie smiled at him, "I don't think I have. So you guys are in like a rock band then?" She asked him. Mackenzie felt bad that she didn't know this band, but then again she didn't really venture outside of her music. Mackenzie took a sip of her drink. She was surprised that someone like Brian was interested in her.

"You sure can." Sabrina spoke, watching as Zack and Kara started talking. "Miller-Lite, please." She gave him a smile of thanks before moving her empty bottle to the side to make room for a new one. "You're not that bad looking yourself, by the way." Sabrina addressed Matt.

"Yeah, we are. Avenged Sevenfold-- you should look us up. I'm kinda biased, but I think we're pretty good." Brian shrugged as he finished up his beer. "What about you, Miss Mackenzie? What do you do?"

Matt smiled, "Well Then I guess that is a good thing." He said, chuckling. "So what do you do for a living Sabrina?" He asked. Matt took a sip of his beer, then looked over at Sabrina again. He couldn't get over how amazing she looked. He didn't want to be too forward and ask her out to soon.

Mackenzie looked at him, "I will check you guys out." She said. She smiled when he asked what she did, "I am actually finishing up school to be a nurse and I waitress at this cafe near my apartment for extra money." She said.

"I work as a hairdresser at the little Salon over on Main Street." Sabrina spoke, taking a sip of her beer. "And what about you, random bar stranger? What do you do for a living?"

Brian nodded his head, listening as Mackenzie spoke. "What's the name of the cafe? Maybe I've been there before."

Matt smiled, "I'm in a band with these guys." He said. "Ever heard of Avenged Sevenfold?" He asked her. He knew that she wasn't too familiar or she would have recognized him. He finished his beer then ordered another one. He took a sip of his new beer, then looked at her, "What is the name of the salon?" He asked her.

Mackenzie looked at him, "It's called the garden room." She said. She had really liked working there because her co-workers were really nice. "They have really great food actually." She told him.

"Oh, I think I've heard you guys a time or two!" Sabrina spoke. "The owner of the salon where I work is into that kind of music." She sipped her beer as Matt asked his next question. "Oh, it's called Curl up and Dye."

"I've eaten there, once! The food is definitely pretty good." Brian spoke, sipping his drink again. "I now have more reason to go back there." He gave her a wink.

Matt nodded, "That sounds like an interesting place to work." He teased her. "So what made you want to work there?" He asked. He always liked to know why people chose what they did.

Mackenzie blushed when he winked at her. Unlike her friends she was never really into the whole finding guys to take home things. She looked at him, "You will have to come by when I'm working. " She said. Brian was not the type of guy she would normally date, but he was really cute.

"Because I'd just graduated school, and they had a job for me." Sabrina spoke. After being at her salon for about two years, she couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

"When do you work next?" Brian asked, taking another sip of his beer. "Cause I'm gonna be honest, I'm about to be dead to the world until tomorrow evening."

Matt took a sip of his beer, "Do you like it there?" He asked. He knew that she probably liked it. From the sound of it the place sounded like a cool place to work.

Mackenzie laughed softly, "I work tomorrow night." She said. "So I guess it works for you." She said. She finished her drink, deciding she didn't want another one. She was never really into drinking a lot. Though she could easily get drunk if she tried.

"Yeah, it's pretty fun! It beats serving or stripping, which I've done both of before." Sabrina shrugged.

"I'll be there with bells on," Brian spoke before chugging this rest of his beer.

Matt looked at her, surprised when she said she had stripped before. "So that means I can get a private show later right?" He teased her.

Mackenzie laughed softly, "Well I'm sure i would notice if someone as good looking as you came in." She said, looking at him, seeing she got his attention.

"Maybe if you pay the right price," Sabrina winked. She was used to guys giving her a response like that whenever she told them her former career.

"Oh, would you? I promise, I'm not that special." Brian put his empty beer bottle to the side. "But you, on the other hand? Must hear that all the time."
