The Last Of Us.

"You're welcome." Daryl told her. "I need to get back to my group before they think I've went missing." Daryl told her softly. "You going to be ok?" Daryl questioned worried.

Marisol nodded her head staring at Glenn as he spoke to her. "It wasn't easy. I killed a little girl who tried to attack Rick. That wasn't something I liked. When it happened, I kept thinking about Carl." Marisol whispered frowning a little. "You guys have done good, despite of everything." She smiled.

Anna nodded through the pain, “I’m okay, go ahead. Be safe.” She smiled softly as Hershel and Maggie rushed to her side and started tending to her wound.

“I couldn’t imagine, especially worrying about Carl,” Glenn felt bad as he listened to Marisol. He was interested to see how things would change with Rick and Marisol around, “We’ve lost people, but we’re managing,” he smiled just barely.

Daryl nodded his head and walked out. He began his trip back to the camp sighing. He stopped looking back. He hoped she'd be ok. He actually felt something for Anna. Something he didn't normally do, was feel things for people. Except Carol and Sophia.

"I am so, sorry." Marisol told Glenn as she listened to him talk about where they'd lost people. She frowned knowing that must have been hard. Especially if they were close.

After they had her patched up, Anna did her best to stay awake. It had gone well, and Hershel patched her up, but now, hours later she was starting to run a fever.

Glenn shrugged slightly, “Its kind of expected now...” He didn’t want to sound heartless, but it was true. After so long he felt like everyone should be prepared for what was really inevitable.

Daryl sighed walking back onto the farm. Something told him to go back and he had. He saw the woman from ever. "Hey, is Anna ok? Can I see her?" Daryl questioned her.

Marisol nodded her head understanding what he was saying. "I completely understand." She told him watching Carl closely.

Maggie was surprised to see him come back, “Honestly, no. Anna is in shock from blood loss.” She was still apprehensive about him, but he had come back, “Come with me if you want to check on her...” Maggie lead him into the house and to the room where Anna was.

Anna was still lying there, Hershel was walking out when Maggie got there, “Her breathing is shallow and her pulse is weak, she’s lost so much blood. Beth is coming and she’s going to give blood for Anna...”

Anna slowly opened her eyes a little to see Maggie and Daryl standing there, “You came back?” She asked quietly.

Glenn nodded, seeing how close Marisol seemed to be to Carl, “I’m glad that you’re back here with him, he missed you a lot.” It was true, Carl had been so worried about Marisol.

Nodding his head he smiled, "Yeah, call me crazy but I did. I wanted to make sure you were ok. But you aren't." He frowned. "What can I do to help?" Daryl asked the two.

"I am glad to be back too." Marisol smiled. "Lori hardly wanted anything to do with him up until a few months ago." She frowned. "Carl always stayed with me. I feel a mother connection with him, and when we got separated when I was hunting for Rick. It worried me that i'd never see him again." Marisol admitted open up a little.

Anna smiled, “Well thanks for coming back.” She said softly.

Hershel looked Daryl over for a minute, “Right now we need to keep her comfortable, especially once we start the blood transfusion.” He told him as he walked away to find Beth.

Maggie sighed softly, “Right now if you want to, maybe just sit and talk with her.”

Frowning, Glenn looked at her, “I’m sorry.” He couldn’t imagine how worried she must have been, especially if she had such a connection with Carl. “I’m just glad we were able to keep him safe here, Lori has been more occupied with Shane than she has with Carl...” he said quietly.

Daryl looked at her and nodded, "Thank you." He sat down beside of Anna holding to her hand lightly. "Don't thank me." Daryl smiled at her. "I had to make sure you were ok." Daryl smiled at her.

"She always was. My brother was just too blind to see it." She admitted to Glenn and sighed. "He'll never learn." She whispered.

Anna laughed softly, “I’m surprised, I wasn’t exactly nice when we first met, you didn’t really have a reason to be so nice.” She coughed quietly, “But I appreciate it.” She smiled tiredly.

Beth and Hershel came back in as Beth sat in the chair on the other side of Anna as Hershel started setting up the tubing for the transfusion, “This isn’t going to be easy. We don’t have a machine to pump the blood so we’ll have to do it manually.”

Once he had them set up and ready, they started pumping blood to Anna, “After a pint has gone through, we’ll pull it.” He added.

Glenn shook his head, “Wow, not to sound rude, but I got that feeling when I first met her. She doesn’t give a good impression, even in the apocalypse.” He told her.

"I can help pump it." Daryl offered standing up as he smiled at Anna stroking her head. "Neither was I, but it feels right here." He told her.

Marisol shrugged, "No one does." Marisol smiled at Glenn. "So is there anything I can do to help tonight? Supplies or anything?" She questioned.

Hershel nodded, he was skeptical of Daryl. He was uneasy, especially when it came to the apocalypse. People were more likely to try anything they could to get what they wanted. Seeing that Anna seemed to be comfortable, he sighed softly excusing himself and walking out.

Anna blushed softly when he stroked her head, she couldn’t put her finger on it, but this guy seemed like he was being genuine, “Thank you, Its nice to know there are still people out there that are nice like you, as few as they may be.”

Glenn took a minute to think, “Well, if you wouldn’t we could always use more eyes on look outs.” He suggested, “If you’re not interested in that, im sure the others could give you some more ideas. I mostly go on supply runs.” He told her.

Daryl smiled, "Yeah, it's nice to know their caring women out there like yourself. I mean the people at my camp are ok. But with you, I just feel easy and ok again." Daryl told her honestly.

"Well if you need someone to help you out with that, I am always up for that as well." Marisol smiled. "I don't mind to take look out." Marisol smiled at Glenn walking with a man as he explained to her what she had to do.

Anna smiled softly, feeling like she was getting past a wall when it came to Daryl, “Are there a lot of people at your camp?” She asked, curious what it was like compared to the farm.

Glenn smiled, glad that she was considering going on runs with him, “I will keep you in mind if I need you.” He looked around them, “I’m sure they’ll be putting Rick up on look out too.”

Daryl nodded his head, "Yeah, they are." Daryl spoke softly to her. "Some i'd like to take out myself. For the way they treat others." Daryl told her honestly.

Marisol smiled nodding her head to Glenn listing to another man talk. She took and climbed onto the RV and took her spot. Seeing Carl come she cuddled her nephew watching him go to sleep.

Anna nodded as she listened to him, “I get that, I’m sure there are a lot of people left that anyone would like to take out.” She laughed softly, cringing from a little bit of pain, “Well, if you guys ever needed, you’d be able to come here.”

Glenn watched as Marisol went into the RV with Carl. It was getting late and he knew it was time for him to go and take his shift for watch. Sighing softly, he grabbed the baseball bat and went to his spot.

Daryl nodded his head, "I'll remember that." He told her. "Hey you just try to relax and rest." Daryl told her.

Marisol took and looked around not seeing anything that doesn't look suspicious. She kept Carl close watching closely.

“I’ll try,” Anna said, trying her best to relax on the bed. There was something about having Daryl there that gave her comfort.

Glenn could hear everything going on around them. He was just waiting to hear something that would let him know there was dangerous.

Daryl smiled, "I'm not going anywhere's, I promise." Daryl smiled as he took and held to her hand getting himself comfortable.

Marisol took and sighed. She leaned back in the chair and frowned. Thankfully no danger was present yet. She hoped it stayed that way.
