    Blackheart

"You know what you have to do," Thanos says in a dark chuckle, "Kill Starlord and just maybe I can give you your life back...save your family from annihilation..."

"Blackheart, we are approaching Regas 9 where target and some of his followers are resting," said the computer on her wristband as a hologram showed the direction to the local bar in the outskirts of New York, "Supposedly this bar is under ownership of Tony Stark. Please be careful."

"Over and out," Blackheart muttered before turning the wristband off and switching to more casual gear: black jeans, black combat boots, a black and purple corset top with a black trenchcoat to embrace around her upper body and flare out around her legs.

Placing her gun in one of the hollisters of her pants, she sneaks around the guards and walk into the atmosphere that was swimming with loud rock music that brought...memories of some sort. As if the music was fairly familiar when Blackheart was a kid. A lot of men were around her and she could see some across the way resting at the bartop. One of them she could tell was the one named Starlord, along with Tony Stark, Thor, Banner, and a few others...including a raccoon?

"I'll take one of your beers," Blackheart smiled towards the bartender as I sat a few seats down where the one named Starlord sat.

Why does he look so familiar
    Banner

"Uh I have to warn you Tony, crowded places aren't my type of thing," Banner stuttered rather nervously as he looked at the large mug of beer in front of him.

"Ah, lighten up dude," Starlord aka Peter says with a pat on the back, "No one is gonna bother ya, we got your back. Well except for the asshole trash panda."

"I heard that, dipshit," Rocket the raccoon growled out while sipping a certain drink that was made just for him as a special from the bar, "But Peter is right, this place is pretty casual. I don't see anything happening-"

"Don't ginx it you little beast," Thor muttered with a smile as he chugs his 2nd big mug of beer.

Banner smiles lightly towards the others as he glances around the room, glancing at the brunette in the far corner curiously. Even he could sense something off...but he felt something even more fishy when he notices a women in red hair walk up to the bar counter and order a drink.

"You sure it's casual here tonight?" Banner whispers towards Tony as he walks up to him, getting closer to the brunette, "I'm sensing some weird shit is about to happen."

    Orna

Pale hands cupped the glass of beer in her hands, dark eyes focusing on the amber liquid swirling inside of it as she moved it. Orna wasn't sociable; she tended to stay quiet, keep her personal thoughts close to her heart instead of out in the world. Next to her were various pieces of paper scrambled sporadically over the table she had to herself. Various different scribbles and drawings, which to outsiders would seem like just random thoughts and imaginative drawings... But to her, it was her way of getting to know herself.

Abandoned from birth, Orna grew up within a care home - where she stayed until she was old enough to move out into her own house. She managed to keep her gift a secret from everyone at the home - and she knew it was best to never tell or show anyone unless needed.

The drawings on the paper was that of a mythical bird; a Phoenix, and the various different notes were that of the origins of a phoenix, and their abilities... The ones Orna focused on was their healing tears, their wings, and their ability to use fire to their advantage. Orna was obsessed with these specific traits because, well... She had them.

Her gaze glanced upwards when the door opened, and she saw a group of people walk in. Her gaze drifted to the small animal with them; as she frowned slightly - confused. Was it a pet or a friend?
    Quill

"Just be chill, Bruce. The only thing that'll happen is Drax and the raccoon getting into a fight about who's better looking."

"First off, I'm clearly better looking. Secondly, what the fuck is a raccoon? Why do you keep on calling me that?"

Simply, Peter patted Rocket's head - to which the smaller one growled slightly; which Peter just laughed at.

"Right, should we get a table?" Quill asked, pointing to the spare table next to the bar and next to the brunette he saw Bruce looking at. "Because it's close to drinks, and close to the girl Bruce is looking at and the red haired eye-candy at the bar." As they walked towards the table, Quill looked over at the red-haired girl....

She looked familiar, but he couldn't put a finger on it... He'd bring it up, maybe after a few drinks - see if he knew her from somewhere along his travels. Taking a seat at the table, he nudged Bruce's arm. "Hey, it'll be fine tonight. Just try to stay relaxed, and if you're feeling that extra bit confident, talk to her." With a wink, Peter looked over the table to see Gamora's stare; to which he shrugged off simply.

    Blackheart

"Martini for the redhead," said the bartender in a really deep, rough voice, "Compliments from the gentleman from the table behind you."

Blackheart's eyebrows rose at his words, causing her to slowly turn her head towards the one who gave her the drink: Starlord himself. She knew this was her one chance to real him in and annihilate him for good. But she was smart; she knew that in order to get close enough to rid of him, she had to gain his trust. The patience she endured for herself was stronger than many of Thanos' greatest warriors.

"You might want to be careful, he's quite a douchebag who likes to play the field," whispered the bartender with a wink.

Blackheart simply smiled and grabbed the drink, "I think I'll do just fine," and with saying that, she made her way to the table.

As she made her way over, she could see Starlord scurry the one named Banner out of the seat rather hurriedly. Banner only sighed and headed over to the table where the brunette sat. Blackheart took the advantage and sat down at the seat across from Starlord himself, seeing his human eyes stare at her rather curiously.

"Hope you like the drink," he chuckled, "I never seen you around here before and trust me, I come here often."

"I been traveling around the galaxy and happened to also travel around Earth, somehow stopping at this bar that I heard most of the Avengers were hanging out," Blackheart smiled, showing her pearl-white teeth and crystal eyes staring into his, "I used to be from Earth supposedly but was raised by a family after being captured by raiders when I was a young teenager. It's been quite a journey," she chuckled, "I heard a lot about you and your friends," she said while taking her coat off and placing it around her chair, black infinity stone the size of a quarter indented in her skin in the middle of her chest below her collarbone.
    Banner

"Dude you need to leave now," Peter said eagerly while nearly shoving Bruce out of the chair, "That woman is coming over and I like to talk to her," he said through gritted teeth, "This is your opportunity to talk to the brunette."

"But I-" Bruce sighed and took a deep breath before heading over to the table behind them where the brunette sat.

Kind of odd that this young woman would sit by herself with all these drawings she made, which I have to say are quite fascinating and artistic in a way Bruce thought intently as he walked over to the table and stood in front of it.

"Um...would it be okay for me to get you a drink?" Bruce said politely with a smile as the brunette looked up at him rather curiously, not sure what to say, "In a place like this, I would hate for you to be alone or bothered by complete assholes in this bar."

The woman hesitated before nodding with a nervous smile. Bruce sighed in relief to himself and ordered a beer from the bartender to bring over to the table. Slowly he sat down next to the woman but not too close to make her uncomfortable. His eyes scanned on the drawings over the table, "Did you make these? These are...quite fascinating," he tilted his head and narrowed his eyes at some of them, "The Phoenix? I actually...read a lot about them and their powers. I even studied one who had powers like the phoenix and I have to say, such tremendous abilities and beautiful form to their energy."

God, here goes my dork side that Natasha always mentioned when I talk about "nerd" things
