Blackheart
"Martini for the redhead," said the bartender in a really deep, rough voice, "Compliments from the gentleman from the table behind you."
Blackheart's eyebrows rose at his words, causing her to slowly turn her head towards the one who gave her the drink: Starlord himself. She knew this was her one chance to real him in and annihilate him for good. But she was smart; she knew that in order to get close enough to rid of him, she had to gain his trust. The patience she endured for herself was stronger than many of Thanos' greatest warriors.
"You might want to be careful, he's quite a douchebag who likes to play the field," whispered the bartender with a wink.
Blackheart simply smiled and grabbed the drink, "I think I'll do just fine," and with saying that, she made her way to the table.
As she made her way over, she could see Starlord scurry the one named Banner out of the seat rather hurriedly. Banner only sighed and headed over to the table where the brunette sat. Blackheart took the advantage and sat down at the seat across from Starlord himself, seeing his human eyes stare at her rather curiously.
"Hope you like the drink," he chuckled, "I never seen you around here before and trust me, I come here often."
"I been traveling around the galaxy and happened to also travel around Earth, somehow stopping at this bar that I heard most of the Avengers were hanging out," Blackheart smiled, showing her pearl-white teeth and crystal eyes staring into his, "I used to be from Earth supposedly but was raised by a family after being captured by raiders when I was a young teenager. It's been quite a journey," she chuckled, "I heard a lot about you and your friends," she said while taking her coat off and placing it around her chair, black infinity stone the size of a quarter indented in her skin in the middle of her chest below her collarbone.
Banner
"Dude you need to leave now," Peter said eagerly while nearly shoving Bruce out of the chair, "That woman is coming over and I like to talk to her," he said through gritted teeth, "This is your opportunity to talk to the brunette."
"But I-" Bruce sighed and took a deep breath before heading over to the table behind them where the brunette sat.
Kind of odd that this young woman would sit by herself with all these drawings she made, which I have to say are quite fascinating and artistic in a way Bruce thought intently as he walked over to the table and stood in front of it.
"Um...would it be okay for me to get you a drink?" Bruce said politely with a smile as the brunette looked up at him rather curiously, not sure what to say, "In a place like this, I would hate for you to be alone or bothered by complete assholes in this bar."
The woman hesitated before nodding with a nervous smile. Bruce sighed in relief to himself and ordered a beer from the bartender to bring over to the table. Slowly he sat down next to the woman but not too close to make her uncomfortable. His eyes scanned on the drawings over the table, "Did you make these? These are...quite fascinating," he tilted his head and narrowed his eyes at some of them, "The Phoenix? I actually...read a lot about them and their powers. I even studied one who had powers like the phoenix and I have to say, such tremendous abilities and beautiful form to their energy."
God, here goes my dork side that Natasha always mentioned when I talk about "nerd" things
