we're as close as strangers

As she walked down the street, the girl with fire colored ombred hair, sighed a little more than downcast since her friend couldn't hang out with her after having made plans a few months ago since it was Claire's first time without her parents for one whole month. She was already half way through the month, and for once, she didn't have crazy anxiety about hiding bruises from anyone that would see. She wrapped her coat closer to her body since her outfit wasn't exactly the warmest. She didn't mind, though, since she was pretty sure she would be inside soon. Running a hand through her hair, she turned her head lightly to the side to see a slightly run down bar. It was certainly old, but it also had a type of rustic vintage feel to it, that drew Claire inside the doors.

Walking inside, she glanced from side from side, her nose ring glinting in the light, her emerald eyes mischievously lighting up as she moved towards the bar. She took her coat off and sat down crossing her legs wondering if she would still be able to find someone to go to the club with, or if she would just settle for finding someone to hook up with. She flashed her fake ID to the bartender with a flash of her pearly teeth and ordered a scotch on the rocks before sipping on it. Reaching down into her purse, she lightly pulled out her phone beginning to text her friend back and telling her where she was. Glancing around, she noticed a man sitting at the counter all alone and a smirk tugged at the corners of her mouth lightly.
