Dynasty

Cristal nodded, and then send Falon an email about having a meeting with her and Blake. Once that was done, she turned her attention back to her husband. "How is that sandwich?" She asked softly.

"Very delicious honey." Blake smiled. "Thank you for making it. It was really good." Blake smiled at his wife.

Cristal smiled, '"I'm glad you liked it." She looked to him, taking a small bite of her sandwich. She then took a sip of the sweet tea she brought in for her.

(Hmm...what about if we skip to when Cristal finds out she's pregnant, but she hasn't told Blake. Meanwhile, things with Carrington Atlantic have been kind of rough because Falon is trying to take of the company somehow. So there's much tension in the Office and the Household between Blake and Falon. Then there could be tension between Cristal and Blake because she is distancing herself due to her discovery and such.)

Weeks had passed since Cristal and Blake met with Falon, and wel things didn’t go like they had hoped. Blake still wasn’t sold on Falon’s idea and she was really having a problem with that. So needless to say, there was much tension within the Carrington Household. However that wasn’t the only thing to had to tension plate.

Cristal sighed as she read over the paper she had gotten from the doctor a few days ago. Pregnant. She read the word in her head, almost treating it as if it was a curse word of some sort. It wasn’t that she didn’t want kids, because she did. It was just she didn’t know if this was the best time to bring a baby into the family. Blake and her had only been married for 8 months and there was things they were still discovering about each other, especially with her secret troubling past she had lived through.

As she continued reading over the paper, and recalling the conversation she had with her doctor, Cristal was quickly pulled out of her thoughts thanks to a wave of nausea. Folding the paper in half and sticking it back in the nightstand drawer on her bed side, Cristal shot up from the bed and rushed to the bathroom where she emptied her stomach.

When she felt better, she flushed the toilet but remained on the floor. “You have to tell Blake...” She mumbled to herself as she ran her fingers through her hair.

Sighing to himself. Blake walked into the bedroom. Stopping he heard Cristal mumble to herself and shook his head. He walked over to the bathroom door and headed to get a shower without a word. The tension was getting to him and he couldn't handle much more of it.

Cristal had just got off the bathroom floor and was brushing her teeth when she saw Blake walk through the bathroom door and going straight to the shower. She frowned a little to herself. She knew this unspoken tension was really affecting him, and she knew it wasn't fair to him at all. "Blake." She called out to her husband. "Are you okay? Is everything alright?"

Blake glanced back at her shaking his head. "No." Blake simply replied. Of course he wasn't. The tension with his daughter. Now his wife was avoiding him and wasn't speaking to him much. He was at his wits end and was about to let everything blow. Stripping he got in the shower and sighed to himself.

Cristal sighed to herself, then finished brushing her teeth. When Blake simply answered no, she frowned. She knew she couldn't be like this. She had to tell him. He could be happy to know that he was going to be a father again. "Blake." She said softly as she looked to the shower. "We need to talk." She spoke,

Blake had just finished as he stepped out. Hearing Cristal speak he grabbed a towel and began drying off as he slid into a fresh pair of briefs. "What about?" Blake simply asked her.

When she finish had this scenario running through her mind, Cristal had it planned a little different on how she was going to tell him. She closed her eyes for a moment, feeling a small wave of nausea hit her. She took a couple of deep breathes in then out. Tears welled up in her eyes. "We're pregnant." She said tearfully.

"We're what?" Blake looked at her in shock. "How long have you known, Cristal?" Blake questioned her.

"Well the doctor called me last week to confirm that I'm 8 weeks along." She said, looking to him. She was a little nervous from seeing his shock on whether he was happy or not about this. She could feel her heart racing.

Blake stood there unsure of how to process this. He was excited to be a dad again. But the way Falon was doing. It felt like the wrong time. "I am happy to be a dad again. But with everything going on." Blake paused. "I just don't want you to stressed out." Blake admitted.

Cristal frowned a little, "Blake, I know the timing it's the best. But it'll be okay. "She reassured him. She moved a little closer to him and kissed him softly on the lips. "Things will work out. I promise." She spoke.
