When The Seasons Change. [closed]

Zandra thought for a moment, "You can stay for a bit if you want." She said as she laid beside of him and turned her tv on. She found something for them to watch and relaxed beside of him. She really was expecting him to run for the door after they were done. Maybe he did actually like her.

Zacky laughed, "Uh..I mean I mostly play music and a little bit of video games." He said. "I can play piano, but I don't do that as often as I use to." He told her. "I have a motorcycle I ride when the weather warms up. A lot of the time I hang out with the guys and drink though." HE said, shrugging.

Brian got dressed and just relaxed in her bed with her for a few hours. It was around one in the morning, when he finally got up, deciding it was probably time for him to go. He grabbed his jacket and looked back at Zandra and smiled, "I'll see you tomorrow, right?"

Mel let her eyes drift over Zacky again. He was pretty handsome, but she still couldn't shake the feeling that this was just some trick. She got up off his bed and walked around his room, poking through things, but not completely being to nosey. She flipped through some comic books he had on a shelf, and turned back to look at him. "Yanno, I still can't shake the feeling that you and Brian are just talking to us as a joke."

Zandra looked at him when he asked about seeing her tomorrow. She was really surprised he wanted to see her again. She nodded, "Of course." She said. She got up and walked him out of her house. She stood on the porch and looked at him, "I will talk to you tomorrow." She said, her arms crossed. She was glad that he still wanted to hang out.

The next day Zandra got dressed then grabbed her things for school. She sighed as she walked into the hell hole, hearing the annoying giggles of the popular girls. She was glad that she didn't turn out like them. She imagined their lives were very empty. She got to her locker and started to get her stuff out that she needed.

Zacky frowned, "Why would I do that?" He asked. He didn't want her to think that and a part of him didn't think he was doing it for just that reason either. Zacky sighed, "I do think you are really fun to hang out with." He said. He found her more interesting than he thought he would that was for sure.

Brian walked into school late, as usual and headed for his first class. He dropped down in his seat and looked around, seeing that even though he was already twenty minutes late, Matt wasn't here yet either. He didn't get to catch up to them until lunch and when he finally did, Matt and Johnny wanted the details.

"So you scored?" Matt laughed and clapped his hands, "Well, I knew you'd win the first part of the bet. It was no brainer that you'd beat Zacky into getting into one of their pants."

"Shut up man, I wasn't even trying too..." Brian frowned and looked around the lunch room. He saw Zandra walk in and he got up quickly, not even saying a word as he left their table and hurried over to her.

Mel bit her lip and grabbed her jacket. "It's probably time I go. It's getting pretty late." She slid her jacket on and zipped it up. "I guess I'll see you around." Mel wasn't sure if she was going to keep talking to him or not, but she had a feeling he wasn't going to leave her alone no matter what she wanted. She headed out of his bedroom and down the hall.

The next day, Mel came to school dressed in all black as per usual. She hadn't seen Zacky in their first period they shared together, but that wasn't strange. He usually didn't show up until lunch or afterwards.

Zandra walked into the lunch room and was surprised when Brian came up to her. "Hey." She said as she began to grab some food. She settled for some cheese fries and a water. "Miss me already?" She teased him. She noticed his friends watching them, but she didn't say anything. Of course he would have told them. She walked to her usual table with him and sat down.

Zacky sighed as he walked into the lunch room and sat down. He overslept as usual. He rolled his eyes whe Matt talked to Brian about sleeping with Zandra. He ran his hand over his face, "Fuck off guys." He said. He chuckled as Brian got up and went over to Zandra. "Must have been pretty good sex." He joked, laughing. He looked over as Mel walked in. He decided to go talk to her. He walked over to where she was sitting and sat down, "Hey." He said, smirking.

Brian chuckled and took a seat next to her, "What if I did?" He hoped his friends wouldn't try to come over and ruin anything for him. They were good at that. "Just thought maybe you'd like some company. You look nice today." He complimented her as he looked her over.

Mel had just sat down with her cheap salad she had bought from the cafeteria and her apple juice, and wasn't really a surprise that Zacky had shown up as quickly as he had. "Uhm, hey." Mel looked up at him and opened the plastic container her salad had came in.

Zandra smiled when be mentioned missing her, "Well, I wouldn't blame you I am pretty great." She said. She shrugged when he mentioned her wanting company, "I guess." She said. "There a reason your friends are staring?" She asked, not bother to look at them as she ate one of her fries.

Zacky watched her, "How was your night?" He asked her. He knew she wasn't looking forward to going home after she left his house. "Are you working today?" He asked.

Brian frowned and looked over his shoulder, seeing that Zacky had finally showed up and all of them were staring this way and he could see their lips moving. He rolled his eyes and flipped them off before turning back around. "They're just making fun of me." He shrugged and sighed, "I usually don't run after girls." He winked at her.

Mel mixed her salad around and shrugged, "I just walked home, hung out at the park for a while, nothing really happened. And no, today is my day off." She told him, looking across the lunchroom to see it seemed like Brian was also annoying Zandra.

Zandra looked at him, "I don't think your friends are suppose to make fun of you." She said. "But what do I know." She teased him. She didn't like the idea of really close friend. That meant she would have to share stuff about her life. Mel was about as far as it went and even they didn't share much with each other. Zandra took a sip of her water, feeling a girl staring at Brian. "Friend of yours?" she asked him.

Zacky looked over where Mel did, "What?" He asked, looking back at her. She seemed concerned about her friend. "I wouldn't worry about them." He teased her. He didn't want to just tell her that Brian had slept with her friend because he didn't know if Brian wanted a bunch of people knowing.

Brian frowned and sunk his shoulders, wondering why so many people had to be staring. He looked in the other direction and noticed it was the last girl he tricked into sleeping with him. "No." He shook his head and left it at that, the last thing he wanted to start a conversation about was all the girls he's fucked and then ditched on. "I mean, my friends aren't really making fun of me they just think it's funny, cause-" Now he realized he sounded pathetic. He laughed and just shook his head. "Do you work today?"

Mel shook her head, "I'm not worried about her. She's a big girl." Mel stood up, grabbing her salad and juice, "I think I'm going to go eat outside. I'll see ya later, maybe." She shrugged and walked away from the table. She could see Zacky being somewhat beneficial to her, like when she wanted out of her house, but other than that, she didn't really like him to much- yet.

Zandra noticed how quick he was to tell her that he didn't know the other girl. She nodded when he went to explain his friends and stopped, "Because you usually just fuck a girl and don't bother to talk to her the next day. Yet here you are, sitting in front of me." she said, finishing his sentence for him. She nodded, "Yea I do." She said. She thought for a moment, figuring it was fun to mess with him and he was kind of amusing. "You should come by." She suggested.

Zacky sighed as she got up and walked away. He really didn't understand what he was doing wrong with her. He got up and returned his friends. Matt chuckled, "And you struck out again." He teased his friend. Zacky glared at him, "Shut the fuck up." He said. He looked over at Brian, seeing him laughing with Zandra, "I thought the point was for him to fuck her and not talk to her again?" He asked.

Brian licked his bottom lip, "Well, what can I say- usually the girls are trailing after me. And instead your running me around in circles and it's different. I like it." He smiled and nodded, "I will. I can bring you some dinner by if you want." The lunch bell rang and Brian ran his hand through his hair, "I'll see you after you school." He got up from the table and returned to his friends.

"We ditching next period or...?" He asked as they walked out of the cafeteria.

Matt laughed, looking over at Zacky. "That was exactly the point, looks like he likes her." He turned to his friend and leaned on the table. "Yanno what you're doing wrong, Zacky? You're being to nice to her. She's being a fucking bitch to you, and you're just trailing her like a lovesick puppy. Try a different route." Matt told his friend and got up as the bell rang.

Brian came walking back and instead of Matt giving him shit for Zandra, Brian was quick to ask about ditching. "Yeah," Matt said, "And while we're smoking behind the bleachers outside, you can tell me why you're wrapped around a bitch's fingers." He laughed.

Zandra nodded when he mentioned bringing food, "Sounds good to me." She said, smiling. She got up and headed to her next class. She just wanted the day to be over with because she hated all the people. When her day ended she went to the record shop and walked in, setting her stuff down in the back. She sat behind the desk and scrolled through the social media on her phone. She knew that it was going to be a slow day.

Zacky frowned at Matt's words, "Shut the fuck up." He said before he got up, looking at Brian as he joined them. He chuckled when Matt teased his friend and walked out with them. He sat down behind the bleachers with his friends and listened to Matt messing with Brian. Though Brian seemed to be getting pissed about it.

Brian wasn't at the point yet to get in Matt's face about the shit he was saying, because he was still in this weird place where he knew what the bet had been and what he was supposed to have done, but on the other end he couldn't help but actually like Zandra.

At the end of the day the guys were making plans to meet back up at Zacky's place to drink and play some video games. Brian shook his head, "I have... other plans."

Matt frowned and raised an eyebrow, "So now you're ditching your boys to go hang out with that girl?" He turned his eyes to Zacky, "You doing the same thing, huh?"

Brian frowned, "Matt, just fucking quit. I'll be over later tonight." He shook his head as he walked away and headed downtown. He picked Zandra up a sandwich and some fries some a local joint and headed to her work.

Mel didn't want to go home after school, so she decided to just show up at Zacky's place to see if he was coming home. It was either be annoyed by him, go to the park, or go home, and she figured she'd stop by his house because why not.

She immediately regretted it though when she saw a black car pull up, and inside of it was Zacky and all of his friends. "Great." She breathed and crossed her arms over her chest. They all got out of the car and Matt raised an eyebrow, getting a little annoyed by all of this.

"You here for our lil Zacky?" Matt laughed as he shut his car door.

"No, just leaving actually." Mel frowned and pulled her hood up on her jacket.

Zandra was surprised that Brian showed up. Though he seemed to look annoyed, "What's wrong sunshine?" She teased him as she took the food from him. She ate some of the fries as she listened to him rant about his friend. "Matt sounds like a douche." She said. She opened her sandwich and motioned to the chair he could sit in.

Zacky got out of the car a beer bottle in his hand. He frowned as Matt said something, "Just go inside guys." He said. He waited til they left before he looked at Mel. "So what you are too good to talk to me at school but you can come to my house?" He asked, feeling annoyed.

Brian sat down, "Yeah he can be when things don't go the way he wants them too." He pulled his own serving of fries out of the bag and relaxed back in the chair. "Is this place usually dead like this?" He asked, looking around. There was one customer way over in the corner flipping through vinyls.

Mel frowned and put her hands in her jacket pockets. "You're right, it was a dumb idea to come here." She shrugged and kicked a rock in his drive way.

Zandra shook her head, "No mostly just on Thursdays. Which is why Mel always takes off like a bitch." She joked, laughing a little. Zandra looked up as a girl she knew walked in. She sighed as she came over to them.

Lennox looked at Zandra then looked at Brian. "So quick question." She said, turning her attention back to Zandra. "What are you doing friday?" She asked.

Zandra sighed, knowing that she was suppose to go see Brian play. "Going to watch his band." She said, motioning to Brian.

Lennox nodded, "You wanna come to a party afterwards? You can bring your friend?" She asked, looking him over. "And his friends." She said laughing.

Zandra sighed, "We'll see." She said, smiling as she checked her friend out and she left. She looked at Brian, "I dont think you want to go to that party. It's really big." She said.

Zacky frowned as she walked away, "Yea." He muttered as he finished his beer and walked inside. He knew she was using him he could feel it.

Brian interjected, "Now wait a minute." He smiled, "It could be fun!" He leaned back in his chair, "You don't go to parties often, huh? We should go. At least for a minute- hey, wait so you are going to come watch us play?" He seemed much more excited now, since before she hadn't really given him a straight answer.

Mel frowned and just took off, honestly feeling a little embarrassed and upset. On the way through downtown, she saw a flyer for Zackys band and realized they were playing tonight. She figured she'd go, to try and make it up to him for being a bitch.

Zandra looked at him, "I go just not a lot and you know what fine we can go." She said, shrugging. She seen how excited her got about her going to watch them play, "Yea I figured it would be alright." She teased him. She knew that he really wanted her to go.

Zacky sat there and sighed, "Where the fuck is Brian?" He asked after a few hours. He knew his friend was really liking Zandra.

Brian smiled and looked at the time. "Shit, I better get going. I'll see you there though!" He smiled and got up and grabbed his jacket. He hurried to Zackys house and just walked in. He grabbed a beer and smiled, "You guys ready for tonight?"

Mel went home and was relieved to find her dad was passed out. The last thing she needed was for him to start something with her. She went upstairs and took a quick shower and changed her outfit. She wasn't sure if it was because of Zacky or not, but she wanted to look nice. She grabbed her purse and headed back out downtown, and found herself at the venue just a few moments before the show started.
