Freya managed to sleep soundly for almost three hours before Matthew's cries woke her up, which was the most sleep she'd gotten in weeks. With a little groan she slowly untangled herself from Rowan's arms, pressing a kiss to her husband's forehead before climbing over him to get out of bed and lift the crying infant out of his crib, tugging her nightgown down to feed him.

Rowan shifted, hearing his son cry. He moved so Freya could get up easier. He sat watching her feed him. "God he's so cute," he said softly.

"He's adorable, but he's a pain." Freya sighed as she moved back over to the bed with him, sitting at the edge of the bed so that she could lean back against her husband's chest as Maxwell suckled at her breast. She was silent for a long while as she watched him, but finally broke the silence after a while. "Would you want more children? Even if it mean that I or the children we conceive might die?"

Rowan kissed her shoulder, thinking for a moment, "I'm not sure, I don't think I could do any of this without you," he said gently. He closed his eyes, putting his arm around her gently, "I can rock him back to sleep if you want," he said lightly.

Freya frowned a little, snuggling further into his arms. "If we dont want to risk it, that means we wont be able to be intimate anymore, at least not in the way we were in the tub...." she sighed, passing Maxwell to him once he was finished eating before fixing her nightgown and moving to lay back down in bed. "I want to give you lots of children, Rowan. But if the doctor is right, I dont want you to go through losing a child or me.."

Rowan rocked his son gently, sitting up. Once he was settled, Rowan slipped him back into the crib. He turned to look at Freya, "I do want to be intimate with you, I love you," he said gently. He moved to the bed, "We'll talk to another doctor, and see what we can do, once you are better," he said softly.

Freya looked at him as he put Maxwell back in his crib, smiling weakly as he walked back to bed and reassured her that they would figure it out once she was recovered. She took her hand in his, giving it a gentle squeeze before bringing it to to her lips to kiss his knuckles. "I love you, Rowan."

Rowan grinned and kissed her back, "I love you too Freya," he said softly. He curled up with her, "now did Maxwell leave anything for me?" he teased reaching for her breasts.

Freya smiled against his lips, although when he reached for her breasts she blushed, swatting his hand away. "Rowan! You're terrible." She laughed, curling into his arms.

Rowan smiled and pulled his hand away, "I am sorry love," he said gently. He put his arms around her, "lets get back to sleep," he said

Freya smiled, curling into his arms before drifting back off to sleep once more, not needing to be told twice to go back to sleep. Luckily Maxwell too decided to sleep for a long time, because it wasn't until a maid brought dinner to their room that he decided to wake and begin to fuss.

Rowan drifted back to sleep aswell. He was almost as exhausted as she was. He woke hearing the maid. He smiled and thanked her, before getting up to deal with Maxwell for awhile.

Freya stirred when Rowan left, her eyes fluttering open as she heard him hushing Maxwell. She sighed a little as she sat up, already beginning tug down her nightgown, although she frowned a little when she looked over at the two of them. "I think he just needs a change, Rowan. I can smell the dirty diaper from here.." She sighed as she sat back against the pillows, hoping that she wouldn't have to feed him for a while in that case.

Rowan nodded gently, "okay, I'll deal with it, you relax," he said softly. He smiled gently, moving Maxwell over to change him. He cleaned up the little man, before moving over to the bed, holding him.

Freya smiled when Rowan brought Maxwell over, taking him into her arms so that she could press little kisses over his cheeks and nose, earning plenty of giggles from the little boy. "He's going to be just like you, I can tell." She beamed as she let Maxwell lay on her chest, his little hands grabbing at the strings of her nightgown curiously as he babbled to himself.

Rowan grinned softly as she played with their son. "Oh I hope not, we can't have him being as much of pain as me," he teased lightly. He sat down, relaxing, "I just hope he is happy," he said.

Freya laughed a little. "Hopefully he won't cause as much trouble as you have in the past, but I think he'll be just as kind and loving as you are." She smiled up at him, pressing a kiss to Maxwell's forehead as she watched him reach a little hand out for his father.

Rowan chuckled, "oh he won't cause any trouble, or I'll put a stop to it," he said softly. He smiled reaching out to play with the infant.

Freya smiled, laughing as they played with their son, feeling incredibly happy to have them both. "I promised that i would go away with you after we were married... Will that be soon?" She asked, curious to see what he had planned.

Rowan giggled playing with the kid. HE looked at her, "yeah it's soon, once the doctor gives us the all clear," he said lightly.
