Thibault raised an eyebrow in surprise when she mentioned that Harriet had invited her to dinner, giving a little nod after a moment of thought. "That is good progress.. Don't be too harsh on them, though. From what I can tell Rosemarie has been through a lot today, and she doesn't need any extra stress for her or the baby's sake." He said, pressing a kiss to her cheek once she came out of the shower. "I haven't met her yet, but I can sense that the baby will be coming soon, and I'm sure Zane and Harriet are both on edge because of it, so the last thing you want to do is upset or stress out Rosemarie." He warned, squeezing her arms.

Rosemarie nodded as he told her about his conditions, squeezing his hands. "Ok, you can carry me, and I promise that I'll just sit and rest and help from my chair. I don't think Thibault would interrogate me, though. Cassia seems nice, and I don't think she'd let him." She said, tugging him into bed with her so she could snuggle into his arms. "Have you thought more about what we will name her?"

Celtin tilted his head. "Harriet you're not going to scare me off because of some magic whatever. A relationship starts with talking. So tell me what requirements you have that are so awkward they they're making you fidgety." he leaned in and pulled her closer. "Part of this is me wanting to support you." He knew he could never ask her to do anything against her coven. It was part of who she was and though he didn't know a ton about witches he tended to like them and Harriet and her family where super sweet.

Cassia smiled and moved closer kissing him. "Thibault. I got this. Trust me." She smiled and cupped his cheeks. "Besides all I am there for is to be someone they feel is on their side and they can trust no matter what you or the council decide." Cassia understood the feelings. "That is not a problem for me." she squeezed his hands. "I'm going to dress now." she smirked and moved to the closet taking off the towel as she bent over to find some panties.

Zane grinned. "I'm still partial to Eleanor. I like names that start with E. It's easy on the ears." he said and smiled at her. Harriet looked at him as he spoke, squeezing his hand a bit as she hesitated before settling on telling him the truth. "I've mentioned this before, but my coven worships the fertility goddess, since most of us are healers or midwives or doctors. Part of that worship is that whenever someone turns 21 they perform a fertility ritual in front of the coven or at the very least the elders. And sometimes people just choose a random member of the coven to perform the ritual with, but other times they choose someone important to them, like my mother chose my father, or.. or like how I want to chose you." Celtin nodded. "Okay and what does this ritual entail?" he asked. He had a feeling but he wasn't going to presume. It couldn't be babies because he couldn't give her one of those. He wondered if a vampire would even work for a fertility ritual since they weren't fertile. He would share his concerns after he knew what ti was. He was certain he would agree to it for Harriet. After all she meant everything to him.

"Once a member of the coven turns 21 they perform the ritual. It's not designed to get anyone pregnant or anything, and yes she's a fertility goddess, but also one of the harvest and spring and all sorts of other things, so it's sort of a way of asking her to bless you as you move forward into adulthood. The long and the short of what happens is that whoever performs the ceremony picks who they're doing it with, they go to the temple or whatever you want to call it where we pray and commune with the goddess, and then they have sex as a way of laying yourself bare before the goddess in order for her to judge you before she decides whether to bless you or not. And sometimes the coven is there, sometimes it's just the elders, and sometimes it's only the two performing the ritual, it depends on who it is and what they want, or family traditions and whatever." She explained quickly, glancing up at him after a moment. "..The last thing I want is for you to think that I'm only interested in you for some stupid ceremony..." She murmured, clearly concerned that he'd think negatively of her because of this.

All Thibault could really do was growl in response to her words, too caught up in their pleasure to really form words at the moment. Harriet laughed, shaking her head as she pressed closer, resting her hands on his chest gently. "I'm going to change before I go to dinner, Celtin. Sorry to disappoint." She smiled, pressing another kiss to his lips to apologize. She blinked a little in surprise as he said which restaurant he was going to take her to, reaching up to brush his hair away from his face. "That's also a very expensive restaurant. We don't have to go anywhere fancy, Celtin. You don't have to impress me." She assured him, wanting him to know she already cared for him and he didn't need to do anything extra for her.

"No, I feel just fine." Thibault assured her, pressing a kiss to her lips. "Maybe ask Harriet. She's a midwife and a witch after all, there's a good chance her coven knows a lot about fertility magic." He suggested, nodding a little and returning her kisses as she told him he needed to take more. "From now on I will, since Zane seems to trust me more. I'm sorry to have worried you."

Rosemarie nodded, pressing a kiss to his cheek. "Thank you. She'll be there the entire time, I promise. And we'll be in the garden like usual, so you'll know where to find us." She smiled, squeezing his hands reassuringly. "Would you help me take a bath? I was sweating a lot earlier, and want to clean up. It might be good to change the sheets too." She suggested.

Celtin chuckled. "Oh please your not going to have to worry about money ever again once we're bonded and your mama too if you like. I might not act like it but I'm older than Zane. I've had more time to... aquire things. And I haven't settled down anywhere in a long while. Besides we are celebrating and unless you rather just do a picnic under the stars that's how I want to celebrate everything."

Zane nodded and helped Rosemarie sit up. He helped her undress then carried her to the bathroom. Once the bath was run he set her in the warm water. He had added the special herbs Harriet had given him for her skin and aches. He carefully helped Rosemarie start to clean up and grinned. She was beautiful. He rubbed her belly feeling calm for the moment about it all.

"I hope you don't expect me to stop working, though. I don't just want to be your trophy wife." Harriet teased as she poked his nose, although she was being serious. She'd love to travel with him and experience the different kind of life he could offer her, but at the end of the day she knew that she wouldn't be able to stop practicing midwifery and helping people like Rosemarie. "A picnic under the stars sounds fun.. But so does a fancy dinner. Maybe we could do both?"

Thibault returned her kisses with some of his own, reluctantly loosening his arms from around her as she said that she had to get back to getting ready. "I wish we could go home soon, and then I could just keep you in bed with me for days without having to worry about meetings or being interrupted." He sighed, rolling to lay on his back as she got up.

Rosemarie did her best to undress and do as much as she could by herself, but with her being this far along in the pregnancy and her health troubles, she was glad to have Harriet and Zane around to help her. She let out a pleasant hum as he set her in the warm water, always finding bath time soothing given that she was spending most days in bed at this point, or sitting around the garden. She was able to wash her hair but needed Zane's help rinsing the shampoo out before he helped her clean her body with a washcloth, leaning her forehead against his as he paused to rub her belly. "I love you both so much. I can't wait until she's here, and we can be a family."

Celtin shook his head. "Harriet I will stop asking you to work when you tell me I can no longer surf." he said and kissed her head. "I know you need to work because you enjoy it and because you need to help people." he smiled. "That's one of the things I love about you." he said. "Doesn't mean we can't go on vacation or travel and stay to help someone in some remote little town or what not." he smiled at her. She talked about doing both and he grinned. "We can defiantly do that." he said and smiled.

Cassia smiled and chuckled. "Yeah I want that too. I want to be drunk on you." she said and smirked looking over his naked form. He enticed her. She turned to the closet pulling out a short dress and then pulling on her long boots making her legs look like they went on for miles. She walked over and patted his thigh. "I'll see you later love." she said and pecked his lips.

Zane grinned loving the feel of her so close to him. He kissed her head. "It will be here sooner than you think." he said and once she was all cleaned up lifted her from the tub. He dried her and set her on the bed while he pulled out outfits for her to pick out hat she wanted. Zane was as always patient with Rosemarie. He was just glad she was happy. Her misery had been truly painful for him.

Harriet's eyes lit up as he spoke, smiling as she tugged him close. She knew she should be leaving for dinner soon , but she didn't really want to go anymore. "You haven't said that before." She pointed out, tugging on his shirt before pecking his lips. "Say it again. Say that you love me." She smiled, clearly thrilled with the admission.

"I meant more like just spending time with you, but I suppose your idea works too." Thibault chuckled, smirking as he watched her look over his body as she got dressed, chuckling again at her choice of outfit. "Rosemarie doesn't seem to be the kind of girl who's impressed by outfits like that."

"You'll be there when she's born, right? I asked Harriet and she said that you could help deliver her." Rosemarie asked as he carried her back to bed, picking out leggings and a comfortable long sleeved shirt and sweater and fuzzy socks, wanting to be as comfortable and cozy as possible. "Are you going to eat dinner with us?" She had barely spent time with him since Thibault and Cassia had arrived, and she almost wanted to ditch dinner with Harriet and Cassia so that she could spend more time with her bond.
