Vivian grinned slightly to his words, ducking her head a bit as she processed what he said, her heart beat increasing in her chest, but a part of her enjoyed the feeling despite that it was unfamiliar to her. “Well, I certainly think you’re the best guy on this beach,” she hummed out, “And I'm honored you think I'm the best girl.” Peering over at him, she couldn't help the way her grin grew. “Oh? Are you good at teaching people how to surf? Because I definitely think that would be a fun experience.”

Calum grinned, watching her, hopeful that he'd always get the opportunity to be smooth where Pearl was concerned. At this point, he didn't care about being smooth for any other girl; already, she consumed him and he absolutely loved it. “Oh? What is it you're hiding that you don't want to be honest about?” he teased lightly, shifting to nudge her gently, just wanting that contact while he could get it. “You can be honest with me.” He watched her, though, as she laid down, and he smiled, admiring her for a few long moments. “You think so?” Arching a brow, he ran his hand through his hair, grinning, being playful with the movement. “Maybe I should just be your future husband, in that case.”

Ashton grinned with Vivian's words, knowing that she thought so highly of him making something ignite in Ashton's chest, more so than it did before. Vivian had so easily captured his attention, and he wondered how long he could keep her beside him, because the thought of today ending at all was the worst thing to him. "I'm honoured that you think I'm the best guy." He told her honestly, biting his lip as he watched her grin grow at the offer of teaching her how to surf. "Yes ma'am." He nodded with a smile. "Been at it for years," he explained. "Nothing better than the ocean waves." He smiled. "Do you trust me?" He asked, looking at her then, swearing to every higher power that could possibly exist that his world came to a complete standstill when their eyes met, because god dammit, Vivian was such a vision.

Pearl grinned as Calum did - she couldn't help it, the boy was so damn infectious, in the best way, and Pearl had never seen a smile that bright before. With his words though, she laughed, shaking her head. "Wouldn't you like to know?" She teased back, shoving him gently. "You know, I have this tendency to ramble on about cute boys I've seen that day, I think I wouldn't shut up about you, might scare you off." She winked, biting her lip as she shifted to get comfortable on her side, wanting to be as close to him as she could, never wanting him out of her sight. "I definitely think so." She confirmed, resting her head in her hand, her grin broadening as he ran his hand through his hair. "Diva." She teased, but hearing his later words, Pearl smiled. "Hey, if that's a proposal, I accept." She told him. "Need to get me a ring, babe."

Vivian grinned slightly when she heard Ashton’s words and she laughed, ducking her head a bit in thought. “Yeah? Good, it means my opinion matters,” she chimed happily, happy with the thought, because if her opinion mattered to such a gorgeous man, she’d happily enjoy it. She listened to him, though, as he talked about surfing and she lifted her gaze, watching him, loving the way his eyes lit up when he talked about surfing and the ocean. “You must be pretty talented, then, if you’ve been surfing for that long,” she mentioned, watching him, though she offered a small grin. Her grin broadened all the more with his question and she chewed on her lip for a moment. “Yeah, I trust you.”

Calum couldn’t help but to laugh. “Actually, I definitely would like to know,” he teased lightly, though he laughed louder, happier, when she shoved him, absolutely loving how playful she was, swearing he never wanted this day to end, because he’d met the most amazing woman to ever exist and he was terrified of never getting to spend time with her again. All he wanted was to have her in his life now - she was everything he ever wanted, he just knew it. “I don’t think you could ever scare me off.” Watching her, he grinned slightly, unable to help it. “Though knowing that you think I’m cute has definitely made my day, because, honestly, you’re gorgeous, so knowing that you think that really just… Brightens up everything.” But, hearing her, he chewed on his lip happily. “Yeah? I’ll make sure to get the best damn ring possible.”

Ashton blinked at Vivian, smiling widely with her words. "Viv, if someone ever told you your opinion doesn't matter, they're a jellyfish that isn't worth five minutes of your time." Ashton promised, wondering if someone had ever tried to dampen that beautiful spirit that Ashton was so attracted to. Everything about her was so damn ethereal. "Not talented, just respect the Earth." He grinned, offering her his hand. "If you trust me, let me teach you." Ashton offered, his grin growing. "I promise I'll keep you safe." And he meant it, because the last thing he ever wanted was to lose Vivian's trust, because the girl was so special, Ashton wanted to make the most of being around her, in case today was his last chance.

"Oh, you know," Pearl spoke through her laughter, shaking her head in amusement. "My huge crush on you." She told him, chewing on her lip, but when Calum laughed louder, happier, Pearl felt her heart swell and she couldn't help but laugh along. "Calum!" She laughed, flicking sand at him. "You dork, oh my god." She smiled fondly, peering up at him, swearing he was the most gorgeous thing she'd ever seen. She grinned though, hearing his words. "Good, because I want you in my life." She told him honestly, grinning back up at him. When he called her gorgeous though, Pearl ducked her head, almost bashfully, because it meant so much coming from him. "Can I just marry you now?" She asked with a smile. "Fuck the ring, seal it with a kiss."

Vivian blinked as she processed the words Ashton said, though she offered an amused look. “Well, thank you, in that case,” she hummed out quietly, “Although, I tend not to dwell on that stuff, don’t worry.” And, she winked jokingly, though she’d be lying if she said there wasn’t a bit of flirting behind it. Still, she grinned when he offered his hand and she watched him for a moment before she placed her hand in his and pulled herself to her feet. “Well, let’s consider this proof as me trusting you,” she chimed, though her heart swelled when she heard Ashton’s promise, and she watched him for a moment, amazed that she felt oddly safe with him around. “I believe you, Ashton, really.”

Calum stared at Pearl with mild surprise, but he grinned broadly, hopeful, excited, because, dammit, he was sure Pearl had no idea how happy she’d made him with those words. “Yeah? Well, the feeling is mutual,” he told her happily, watching her, but seeing her chew on her lip caused him to chew on his own to distract himself, because dammit, she was perfection and he wondered if she even knew it. When she flicked sand at him, he laughed, holding his arms up to protect himself before he grinned, flicking a little sand at her in return. “Oi, at least I’m a cute dork! As are you,” he chimed, winking teasingly, but meaning it and hoping she picked up on that. “I want you in my life, too.” And his heart swelled so much with hearing it, with knowing it, and his grin broadened more than he thought possible, wanting to find a way to make this last. “Well, if you insist.” Smirking, he shifted, leaning to cup her cheek in a hand to press his lips to hers, just wanting to experience that feeling, but he didn’t expect it to feel as perfect, as right and as amazing as it did, swearing he never wanted to lose the feeling she gave him.

Ashton saw Vivian's amusement and he grinned in return. "It's only the truth." He shrugged gently, "If I ever heard someone say that to you, I'd knock 'em out." Ashton laughed, not having a single qualm about admitting that to Vivian, because he was sure that she'd understand he wasn't a cruel person, but he already felt so incredibly protective over her, drawn to her in the most special way. He knew he was already falling hard and fast for her, but he didn't want to stop himself, even if he could. When Vivian told Ashton she didn't dwell on negativity, he couldn't help the grin that spread across his face. "Damn right you don't babe, you're a lady and you act like one." And Ashton was sure that was one of the hundreds of reasons he was falling for her. When Vivian accepted Ashton's hand, Ashton grinned down at her, pressing a kiss to her forehead, wondering if he should take a chance and kiss her lips. Pressing a quick peck to her lips, not wanting to scare her off, Ashton grinned. "Good." He murmured. "Because I'd never let anything hurt you."

Pearl smiled when she saw Calum's grin, glad her words hadn't scared him off. When Calum told her the feeling was mutual, Pearl felt her heart almost stop, and she grinned, studying him closely. "Well, I'm glad." She murmured softly, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear, but when Calum flicked sand at her, she laughed. "Oi!" She debated with a giggle. "I love the fact you're a dork, and you definitely are a cute dork." Pearl smiled over at Calum, laughing when he called her a dork. "Fine, I'll admit that I'm a dork, but don't tell anyone, it'll ruin my reputation." Pearl teased, but when Calum cupped her cheek, she bit her lower lip, finding that his smirk suited him. When he kissed her, Pearl returned the kiss happily, amazed at how incredible it felt to kiss Calum, certain that she was right: he was meant to be with her. "Are we married now?" She murmured into his lips.

Vivian offered an amused look as she listened to Ashton. “You don’t have to worry about that,” she assured quietly, watching him for a moment, her heart swelling, because it amazed her that somebody could care so much about something like that after only knowing her for such a short period of time. She laughed, though, when he spoke again. “Yeah? Good, I’m glad you think so.” A grin spread across her features, but she blinked with surprise when she registered that Ashton had kissed her and, for a moment, she could only watch him, but she eventually shifted, leaning to press her lips to his.

Calum couldn’t help but laugh, loving that he could be himself with Pearl, that he could joke around so easily with her, amazed by her in general, because she was perfect in so many ways, and he couldn’t believe he’d been so lucky as to meet her. “Well, we can be dorks together,” he promised easily, grinning broadly, because he couldn’t think of anything better. She was perfect, in every way, and all he wanted was for her to be in his life, to be a part of his world, and when he felt Pearl returning the kiss, he grinned against her lips, enjoying the moment, and he laughed with the words she murmured over his lips. “If you wanna be,” he murmured in return, “Just let me know so I can get a ring that will be perfect for you.”

Ashton saw the amused look that Vivian shot at him, and he couldn't help but laugh, his dimples etched into his cheeks with genuine happiness. "Are you sure I don't have to worry?" Ashton teased, although he was certain that Vivian was certainly capable of looking after herself - she was independent and stunningly fierce, and it was something that Ashton already adored that quality about her - he adored her. Listening to Vivian's laugh, Ashton felt his heart soar within his chest happily, because in the short amount of time that he'd known her, Ashton could feel himself falling at a velocity he found almost frightening, but he was still willing to embrace the fall, because she was so, so worth it. Ashton was certain though, with how the earth shifted beneath his feet with the feeling of Vivian's lips on his, that he was already in the deepest parts of the abyss. "God, you're amazing, you know that?" Ashton murmured against Vivian's lips.

Pearl giggled against Calum's lips, amazed at how every inch of him felt like it was made for her, how everything about him felt like home. Just the thought made Pearl smile, and as Calum's lips pressed to hers, Pearl was certain her whole body was set aflame with his touch. "I definitely wanna be." Pearl nipped at Calum's full lower lip. "But god, you could give me a haribo ring and I'd still be the happiest girl in the world." Pearl promised, because she knew that it was true. Calum was already something that Pearl wanted - needed - so desperately. She couldn't let him go after just finding him. Pulling away for a moment, Pearl studied Calum, and when her eyes met his, she smiled softly, leaning to press another kiss to his lips, completely addicted to him.

Vivian smiled and shook her head slightly. “Nothing to worry about at all,” she promissed happily in a hum. “It’s cute that you worry, though. Truly.” She grinned and shifted closer, her arms sliding around his neck as they kiss, and her grin broadened with his words. “So are you, Ash.”

Calum grinned slightly with feeling Pearl so close, with feeling her lips against his, and he slid his arms around her, holding her closer to himself. “Yeah?” he asked, aused, “Guess that makes you and me quite the perfect pair, then, because you make me the happiest guy in the world.” And, when he felt her pressing her lips to his, he wasted no time in returning the kiss.
