"Ash, you're sure that you want me to come on tour with you?" Ellie asked her boyfriend as she rested her head on his shoulder. "Don't get me wrong here, I'm thrilled about the idea because I'd much rather be on tour with you doing what I love, than here at home without you maybe getting to see your face for ten minutes once a week on facetime. However, this is a huge step. I mean we'd technically be working together, and we'll be at a higher risk of people finding out that we're dating," She told him positive that Ashton alternative motives for wanting her to come, motives that weren't 'oh she's a great photographer'. And Ellie didn't mind that, because honestly she kind of had the same motives if she were honest. After all, it sucked when Ashton would go on tour for months at a time without her. Yea they'd made it through plenty of tours before this one but if she could tag along why wouldn't she? And while they had kept their relationship on the down low Ellie knew it wasn't because anyone was ashamed here. Neither of them wanted to deal with the drama and stress that his status of famous brought about, after all, people could be mean and there were a lot of ways they could bully people now. Ellie thought it was stupid they were like that because she felt like if they did love Ashton as much as they all claimed then they'd just be happy for him, but that was hardly ever the case with his fans.
Luke would admit he was a little bummed out Reine was feeling under the weather and wouldn't be able to go on the whole tour with him. At least he knew that she'd catch up with them once she felt better. "Do you need me to get you anything?" Luke asked her over his phone, "because I'm about to run out and pick up a few last minute things I need before we leave and I'm happy to pick you up anything," he told her wanting to do whatever he could to help her feel better before he left for tour. He kind of felt bad about leaving her too because she wasn't feeling well and all he wanted to do was make sure she got better. He knew that she'd never be okay with him not going on tour with the guys just to take care of her. Especially when the guys needed him to be on tour, he was kind of a big part of the whole thing after all.
