ENDGAME

Peter sighed, “I know Willoh and I’m so sorry. I won’t let them do this to you, I promise. You’re not bringing those people back and tough on them. You’re not risking your own life for people who treat you like they have. I’ll have your back” peter listened to Willoh, and felt bad for her having to put up with the Avengers’ bullshit. For a group of superheroes they didn’t act like one, risking someone else’s life for their own greedy deeds.

“We should run I don’t want you here, you’re not going to go through with this okay? I don’t want you to get hurt, come on” he rubbed her back gently. “You’re not a weapon and they can’t use you for their own personal gain, I’m not gonna stand for that. “

Evelyn turned around and stared at Steve with glossy sad eyes and her lips quivering. Turning back around she kept walking knowing well Steve knew when to leave her alone. As she walked soaking wet and crying she could feel her heart breaking all over again.

Not even an hour later she bumped into Natasha, “I’m not going with you,”she told her walking past her. “I don’t want to be around you or the rest of your team. I know what you all think of me and my not going back and you can’t make me” she snapped, Evelyn was always so nice to everyone but lately the way Steve’s team was treating her she had enough. “You Can tell Steve I’ll come to him when I’m good and ready. I don’t need you to babysit me, i May not be like you guys but i Can take care of myself,”

"Peter wait, I don't want to pick a fight," Willoh begged, getting nervous at the idea of confronting them as Peter nearly dragged her off the ship and towards the main lobby.

"We were all looking for you-" Tony was then cut off with a punch in the face by Peter, "What the hell is your problem!"

"You're my problem," Peter snapped, fumed and in anger like nothing Willoh has seen before, "Treating this woman like a goddamn tool is not helping rebuild the Avengers at all. You all are a bunch of assholes. And yet, I thought my group was bad...yours is the worse ever since Thanos kicked you up the ass."

"She will bring my kid back," Tony shoved Peter against the chest, "Parker was the only thing close to a kid I ever had and she will work to get him back," Tony demanded, who then stormed up to Willoh and got in her face, "You are going to stay here like you are going to do-"

"Tony stop-" Clint insisted, knowing Tony was at his edge with his PTSD and emotions were exploding.

"You are going to bring my friends back, do you understand?" Tony got in her face as he then grabbed her wrists tightly, "That is what you are meant to do, is bring everyone back so we can have the life we were meant to have without the piece of shit father figure you were stuck with!"

Willow's defenses took in and immediately her powers blew him away to where he flew back and crashed into the glass table. Willoh had some tears in her eyes, "You all are broken..." she muttered, soon turning around and running out.

"Please, Evelyn it isn't safe out here!" Natasha insisted, "The team hasn't been the same and I know they are assholes lately, but we need you!" she yelled but Evelyn was long gone. A storm was coming through that was also going to hit the headquarters, a storm that was triggered by the high emotional energy of Willoh.

"Steve...something is happening back at home," Natasha could sense it, "My guess is Tony is being a little to hard on Willoh..."

"You all go on," Steve waved her off, walking the opposite direction, "This team is long broken. Ever since this shit went down, we have all been selfish and destructive towards each other. That is not how family used to be for the Avengers. We never tore each other down...or or turn ourselves into enemies of our own."

Steve was baffled by how broken the Avengers have become, "I'm gone...I need space," and with that he went off.

Peter frowned “now you see what you’ve done you upset he! Forcing her to do something isn’t the way to go about things! And I’m not risking her life for something Thanos did! I’m just not!” He pushed past the team and went after Willoh hoping he could catch her and calm her down.

Peter was afraid of what might happen if she got more upset she could destroy the population including the heroes that they claimed to care. He was more concerned for her safety. Peter looked everywhere but he couldn’t find her then looked to the skies and hoped to find her from that.

Evelyn didn’t give Natasha the time of day she just kept walking not paying attention to the storm brewing. She loves Steve she really does but she couldn’t keep her feelings bottled up anymore.

Finally looking up Evelyn realized she was in the middle of a storm “oh god what’s going on?” She was tempted to call Steve but they both needed space, she realized it was Willoh. “Willoh?” She calles softly, Evelin walked closer to the beam of light.

Willoh stormed off into the skies, a beam going through the clouds that is followed by a strong thunderstorm. With a loud thud, she lands at an abandoned park near NYC, wanting to get away from everyone and everything that caused her nothing but emotional distress and torment.

Crouching by a pond, she cried out in frustration. She wish she never awoken to deal with this, only to be treated like a slave.

"Willoh?" She heard a soft voice near her from the nearby pathway.

"Go away, if you want to live you might not want to be near me when I'm this upset." Willoh sniffed, wishing to be held by Peter but she was scared to.

Steve walked off on a lonely walk away from NYC. He noticed the storm that came in quick that was obviously made by Willoh. He hoped that she wouldn't cause destruction like Thanos.

Shaking the idea out of his head, he walked through the rain getting drenched as he headed to the headquarters. He really hoped Evelyn was going to be safe despite everything going on...maybe Willoh would be with her.

Evelyn walked further into the storm not realizing what was happening she was concerned for Willoh. She sounded hurt, not physically but emotionally and Evelyn wanted to help. “Willoh? What’s wrong hun?” She walked further to her to talk.

“Hey, I’m sorry that the team is treating you so horribly I know it’s not the same but they pretty much don’t like me either and..—“ she was stopped by the blow of powerful wind she let out a scream when something hit her. Causing her to hit a tree. Passing out in the process.

Peter felt frustrated with the team and with the team, himself he just hated it. He walked towards the beam of power he shook his head “how could I be so stupid” he mumbled.

Peter kept running towards the storm telling people to get inside. That it wasn’t safe. Peter hate himself he wanted to help Willoh and he shouldn’t have let them try to get her to do things.

Hearing a scream that hit the familiar voice of Evelyn, Willoh stood up and ran towards her, noticing purple and blue veins scattered around her chest where she was hit, "Shit...no no no she got hit," Willoh cursed to herself and laid Evelyn down on her back on the ground.

"Come on...wake up!" Willoh yelled, pounding at her chest, which created a powerful energy wave throughout the body like a defibrillator, "Wake up!" and with saying that along with another pound to the chest, Evelyn waked up with a gasp.

"Evelyn, you okay?" Willoh said frantically, hunching Evelyn over to breathe, "You were hit with a energy burst...shit I'm so sorry...you are going to feel some side effects..."

"That she will," Willoh heard an echoing deep menacing voice from not far behind her, making her eyes turn to the left over her shoulder.

There in the flesh, was a smiling Thanos, "Hello my long lost bride...I see you found a new pet."

"The storm is getting worse..." Steve cursed to himself, hearing an Avenger jet get close to him, "Natasha I said to stay the hell away from me."

"Steve! This is serious.." Natasha insisted, yelling from the back door of the vessel, "We picked up a huge energy signal from where Evelyn and Willoh are at near New York."

"And? She's mad, the two of them are and they have every right to be," Steve yelled back, turning to face her.

"It's Thanos Steve," Natasha exhaled, out of breath from panic, "We need to get the team, somebody we need somebody....he's going to take the both of them away, Steve."

Steve frowned, his chest tightening at the thought of Evelyn becoming a slave to Thanos, "Hurry, let's go." Steve persisted, getting into the jet and making a desperate phone call to the headquarters.

Evelyn felt something in her body, it was strange she wasn’t sure what made fo. It hurt at first but now it was at ease. Looking up when she awoke, “Willoh, it’s fine.. I just..” She felt a little woozy. Evelyn shook her head. “What kind of side effects?” She asked confused.

Evelyn turned to look at the giant purple dude with a scary grin on his face, that must be who Steve was talking about. Thanos. Evelyn turned back to see Willoh, “bride? Am a what?” She was still processing all of this. Evelyn looked at her hands that were glowing a deep purple, “uh what’s going on with my hands?”

Peter kept running as soon as he heard the loud thunder, he hoped that Willoh was all right. Peter was freaking out as he finally made it to where Willoh was at. Peter stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Thanos, no, no , no what did he want? Why was he here?

Peter noticed Evelyn was sitting next to Willoh confused and glowing purple what was going on? He finally caught up, “what the hell are you doing here?” He grumbled talking to Thanos.

"Oh you haven't told her and the others yet?" Thanos stated with a smirk, walking slowly towards where Willoh and Evelyn is, "You always tell when I exiled you...but never talk about why I mostly got rid of you in anger. It's so simple, I wanted a beautiful powerful being like you to marry me...build a civilization from scratch...expand to the edges of space."

"It was a ludacris idea to think about doing," Willoh snapped, noticing some dark energy building powers in Evelyn but not strong enough to match Willoh, "You have no reason being here...I refuse to go with you."

"Well, seeing this little child of yours and your long lost love arriving, there can be a stronger arrangement," Thanos chuckled, getting closer to Willoh with his damaged gauntlet glowing.

Steve hopper off the ship and ran towards where Evelyn and Willoh were beingconfronted. His eyes widened in shock that Thanos arrived after just being in his little paradise far from here after the genocide of half the universe he caused. Steve noticed something happened to Evelyn by an accident of Willohs bursts of energy...probably giving Evelyn a piece of her own dark energy to use.

"Leave Thanos, you will not take her away...they are both staying here," Steve glared, getting his shield ready along with everyone pointing their weapons.

"I could use your love as a slave" Thanos smiled at Steve, "A puppet to my control"

Evelyn frowned.listening to him go on about he’s going to take her and Willoh away. She wasn’t going to let that happened, talking as if she wasn’t even here or didn’t have a say. “I’m not going anywhere with you and I’m most certainly not going to be your damn slave” with anger in her voice and the energy radiating from her hands blasting him off. Her eyes widening at the sight. “Um I don’t know how that happened..”

Thanos wasn’t too please with that and headed straight for Evelyn grabbing her by the throat. She struggled for a good moment before punching him in the face and running away. “I don’t know what’s going on with me and I can’t believe i did that.”

Peter watched as everything unfolded, his eyes watching as the poor girl struggled to fight Thanos. He walked over and pared at him once more, “I asked you a question.” He looked over at Willoh and sighed softly, “are you okay?”

Peter didn’t want to upset her, he wasn’t sure what to do but he wasn’t going to let him take Willoh away. He already took Gamora from him. Not to mention his team.

"Little pet has some fury, that can be quite useful," Thanos snarled, punching Peter away from Willoh to where he skids into the dirt nearby, "You don't need a little worm like him, giving up his celestial powers when he had a chance to be a God.. I can give you that chance to be a God, Nova," Thanos insisted, walking up towards Willoh slowly that made her back away.

Everyone aimed their guns and weapons at him, not sure whether to interfere because how deadly he can get with a single punch.

"Come with me, Nova..." Thanos held out his hand right in front of her, "Get away from the scum of this planet and walk with me into a life of divine power."

Willoh glared at him, "I refuse to do such thing..."

Thanos sighed heavily, "I was afraid I had to take it into my own hands..." he shook his head and shot out balls of light towards Steve and Peter, making them teleport to wherever they were supposed to go.

Thanos raised his fist to make Evelyn forcibly come to him, using his infinity stones to make her teleport with Steve to a dungeon on the planet he stationed, along with Peter being brought along as well. Thanos then grabbed Willoh by her neck, smiling evilly at the team, "If you all were smart, you would want to stay back here and don't get your friends killed. I'll send souvenirs," and with that, he teleported off the planet.

Steve was warped through a wormhole with Evelyn and Peter, forced in a large dungeon room that was covered in damp stone and engravings over the walls and floors. Some skeletons were chained against the wall, making him swallow hard at the thought of what Thanos had in mind. With those stones still in his power, he could easily turn everyone into his own mind bending slaves...well, he wasn't sure what terrible monstrosity awaited for Evelyn having those powers.

"Eve...Eve you okay? Peter? You okay?" Steve went to the two of them, gently getting them to sit up, "I don't know what planet we are on but from the looks of it, it is where Thanos is stationed...probably rebuilding his empire to go against the rest of us on Earth."

Steve looked around frantically while helping Evelyn, "Where is Willoh? Where is he taking her?"

Evelyn groaned sitting up, “ow” she mumbled rubbing her head looking around at the dungeon. Her eyes widen as she managed to stand up, “Steve..” she whispered. Evelyn looked at him then Peter. “Yeah Im fine.. I” She was scared. Evelyn looked at her hands “i don’t know what’s going on with me..”

Evelyn sighed softly and looked over at Peter “I don’t know where we are or where he took Willoh” he mumbled. Peter looked around and looked at Steve “I don’t know. I didn’t know she was going to marry him!”

Peter shook his head “damn it. I don’t know how to get out of here!” Peter watched as Evelyn kept glowing.”What te hell is going on with you?” Evelyn looked up and frowned, “I’m trying to figure it out, I just got shot up and it looks like I have some kind of special abilities I don’t know..”

Peter sighed “sorry, I’m Justin frustrated with myself, maybe we can find. A way out.” Evelyn ran to help Steve up. “You okay?” She stared at him with big eyes.

"Look at this planet..." Thanos stated, glancing at the green paradise of waterfalls and beauty surrounding him and Willoh, "Isn't it beautiful? No war, no destruction....no overpopulation... A great place to start fresh," he slowly turns around and faces her as she slowly stands up to face him, "Why are you wanting to be with Quill when I can give you everything you deserve. He cannot. He's a worm I can squish with my foot, not strong enough to be a celestial like his dead father."

"He shows love for me as a person while you do it because you feel I am a weapon," I snap, Thanos chuckling darkly before walking up her, grabbing her by the neck and teleporting her to the dungeons below, making her slam into the ground with a loud thud, "You all need to get out of here..."

"We have to find a way to teleport, we aren't leaving you here though," Steve insisted, him and the others helping me up as Thanos makes his way through a small portal that landed him on the floors of this dungeon.

"You all can be useful to me as creators, makers of power to go against the rest of the rebellious worlds," Thanos stated, grabbing the back of Willoh's neck, "But first...an example must be made," he growled, throwing Willoh so hard that she slams far across to the side that made her slam against the engraved wall, causing serious pain.

Steve fumed and slammed his fist into Thanos' legs that hunched him over before Steve took the chance to slam his face in, making Thanos skid into the ground a bit, "One thing I learned growing up, never hurt a woman. Always give them the most respect no matter what."

Thanos growled in annoyance and stood up, stomping to his lover Evelyn before suddenly powers from her made him jolt back. Willoh on top of it shot a large beam of light at Thanos that made him fly to the other side of the dungeon.

Steve looks over and sees Willoh's eyes light up purple and her hands covered in balls of purple fire, "We need to get him weak enough to where one of us can teleport the whole team back home so we can get everyone together to take down this guy. There's got to be a way to defeat him properly with strategy."

"Give me time and I can use energy from this planet to get us away," Willoh stated, suddenly being slammed in the face with a large rock that was thrown at her by his gauntlet powers.

Peter wasn’t sure how they manage to get out of the dungeon but he was glad they did and now they weee in the middle of a battle. They needed to escape and prevent Thanos from returning to earth. Peter was going to do everything he could to take down Thanos and save his friends and team..

Evelyn wasn’t even sure how her powers functioned but she was determine to help in any way she could. She noticed her powers did their own thing when she was threaten almost like they had a mind of its own. Whatever it was she was thankful.

Peter nodded in agreement “I think we need to distract him so she has time to do the teleporting but she also needs to come wth is.” He was afraid she was just going to teleport them and stay behind. Peter didn’t want that.

Thanos was powerful that was true but the team was gluing fo defeat him this time, they had to.

Steve glanced at the others before running in and popping Thanos in the face that made him stumble back, giving Peter enough time to take his gun out and start tasing him in the back to start to get him more paralyzed temporarily so they could return to Earth without him walking down there. The best way to stop his teleportation was to aim that power from the gauntlet and shut it down.

"You all are going to need to hold him down while I destroy the blue gem. With that, we can stop his teleportation!" Willoh yelled out, building up her powers in her hands to get ready for the final hit.

Steve nodded, "Evelyn, you think you can aim your powers to get him to stay down? Peter will help. I'm going to try to get his hand up in a position for the gem to be shot at. Go!"

With that Steve jumped to Thanos' hand, taking the chance to grab at it every time Peter tased his body. Luckily Evelyn was able to focus hard enough to make purple electric ropes from her hands and control it to wrap around Thanos' neck like a snack pouncing on the prey. Steve saw her shock she was able to actually mentally control that but no time was to waste as she held him down by the neck the best she could, even when he was constantly bucking at her ropes like a raging bull.

"Don't let them ruin you..." Thanos pleaded towards Willoh, "You are beautiful the way you are...don't let them control you... I will see you again."

Willow's lips trembled at his words as she raised her hands and aimed at the gauntlet, in which Steve was able to put all his strength into holding it up for a split second. Luckily, the powerful shockwave of the beam hit the blue stone, splitting it in two on the gauntlet to where it wouldn't function as much. Thanos yelled in furry and smacked Steve in the face hard enough that he would fly against the ground. He then grabbed the rope and swung Evelyn in the air before punching her in the face, bruising the entire right side of her face that would leave a bad mark.

"I will be back for you," Thanos growled towards Willoh, "For you and your friend. Better yet, I'll rip that stone out of your chest and make you reborn into the weapon you are suppose to be."

"Try me," and with saying that, Willoh aimed her hands to a rock as tall as over 100 feet, levitating it with struggling strength as she looked at Thanos. She curled her wrists to make the rock turn into multiplications of many medium sized rocks before hurling them to Thanos like meteors, distracting him and damaging him enough to make a portal near the wall with her other hand.

Fighting was not Evelyn’s forte which was fine considering she wasn’t the fighter type. She has to do what she had to and as going to help the team with ehateee powers she had. Evelyn would learn to control them better and become part of STEVE’S team and no one else’s. As they fought to try to pin Thanos down it was hard keeping up br she’s learn that eventually.

Willoh has most of this under control as she attempted to open a portal while everyone else was distracting Thanos to destroy the blue infinity stone she’s forgot what that one was called, but Evelin was going to help in whatever she could.

As she fought Evelyn felt a punch to the face and it hurt so much but she wasn’t one to complain. Once the portal was open she was one of the first ones to Be pushed through, then Steve. Peter on the other hand grabbed Willoh, “come on we have to go.” With a few more punches they knocked Thanos far enough that he wouldn’t be able to go through the portal.

"Hurry up!" Willoh yells towards everyone as Steve grabbed Evelyn and threw themselves in the portal, "Peter!"

Peter ran quickly towards the portal, grabbing Willoh on the way as Thanos scrambles to shove the debris off and aim his gauntlet towards us. As she was dragged into the portal, Thanos managed to shoot out towards the pair, only ending up shooting Willohs right arm as she went through the portal.

"No!" Thanos roared out, punching the wall as the portal closed behind Willoh, "This isn't the last you have seen from me!"

Steve breathed heavily, trying to calm himself down after running like hell through the portal. They all ended up 8 miles away from home base. Steve saw a big bruise taking up the entire half of Evelyms face because of Thanos. He could tell she had a hard time opening the one eye on that side. He went over and cared for her face, taking out an insulated ice pack from his pocket and putting it on her face.

"Damn he got you good" Steve exhaled, noticing Willoh bleeding from her right arm when he saw her walk with Peter in front of them, "You did amazing Eve... you got a warrior side to you." He smiled, helping to heal her bruising

Peter put a bandage around Willoh’s arm to stop the bleeding, and had an arm around her waist. “Thank you for that and also sorry about all this, if I hadn’t upset you, you wouldn’t have been in this situation in the first place im so sorry.” He kissed The side of Willoh’s face. “I care for you so much,” he wanted to tell her how much.

Peter looked back and noticed Evelyn’s face, poor girl she had been through enough but she was handling it well considering the situation. “Are we really going back to the compound?”

Evelyn was shaking, she wasn’t sure if it was nervous or fear or from te pain she was feeling. Her right side was swollen and purple and she wanted to cry but didn’t want to show her weakness. It’s bad enough they didn’t take her seriously before, so she’d have to suck kr up.

Evelyn looked at Steve with her one good eye, “Yeah.. he did I guess I’ll be okay, but I’d he messed my Face I’m going to be mad.. i like my face..” she said quietly. “I know bigger problems then my face at the moment..”

"No...I teleported us to a nearby isolated location of a couple cabins near us," Willoh pointed out, pointing to two cabins literally right down a dirt road that laid next to their feet, "We can stay here to recover...I'm sure I can make trips to get food and such...I need time away from stark and I'm sure she does too."

Leading the team down the road for a quarter mile, she uses some light beams with the tip of her fingers to unlock the cabins. Steve and Evelyn stayed on the cabin next to Peter and Willohs. Maybe time to themselves will do some good for bonding.

Willoh limps to the bathroom, turning on the water for a bath to get her relaxed, "He should stay away for a while...gives us enough time to recover ...I'm sorry I never told you about the marriage thing with him...it was never something I wanted... He tortured me horribly..." Willoh sniffed, tears threatening to pour down.

Steve walked Evelyn into the cabin for them, immediately sending her to the bathroom for a bath to get her to calm down and heal her face better as he does make up time for the years he missed by caring for her. If only he would have been there those many years to care for her...maybe even marry her.

"Come on Eve let's get you in a bath" Steve insisted, helping her into the bath tub of hot water, "I'll help you with a warm cloth on your head and face" he said, being gentle with his arms and her body so he wouldn't hurt her even more, "I'm sorry for everything...getting you involved and causing you to hurt..." he said feeling very sad.

Peter was glad they weren’t going back he didn’t want to hear them all bickering. “Probably did the best, yes let’s jusf relax and take it easy for awhile. Recover and regroup.” Peter helped Willoh inside even though he knew she didn’t need his help.

He felt bad for what happened “don’t be sorry I can’t imagine and I don’t want to know what he put you through.” He rubbed her back holding her close “did you want to take a hot bath maybe that will help? Relax you for a moment or so!”

Peter kissed Willoh’s hands and sighed softly “we will get him somehow we’re gonna get rid of him.”

Evelyn slowly took her clothes off revealing her bruised body, “It looks worse than it is I promise” she told Steve. Evelyn squeaked when Steve picked her up she giggled softly. “You’re so good to me” she smiled.

Evelyn felt the hot water and she sighed softly “that feels both amazing and painful, I’ll be fine.. hopefully my face will recover too .” She kissed Steve’s hand “I’m sorry I yelled at you earlier.. I was just upset.”

Willoh smiled as Peter kissed her hands, the feeling of his soft lips against her skin as she relaxed sitting up in the bath sent butterflies in her chest fluttering about. She leaned forward and kissed his lips softly but very slowly in a very sensual manner. Energy spiked through her like electricity against her skin. She then pulled away, washing her body off, "I'll be in the living room in a second.." she said against his ear as she shooed him away.

It only took another 10 min for her to finish up and get out of the bathtub, drying herself off and wrapping another towel to cover her from the top of her breasts to her knees. Willoh walked into the living room with her heart skipping a beat with each step. She saw Peter watching some 80s cartoons on a nostalgic channel that she recognized. Willoh sat on his lap with the towel being the only thing keeping her covered. She caressed his face and kissed his lips again, her arms wrapping around his neck. "I love you Peter"

Steve heard her apology and smiled, rubbing the back of his neck before moving his fingertips along her shoulders, "No apology is needed...I understand trust me. Everything that's been going on has been a rollercoaster of hell, excuse my mouth against God. But seriously...I am the one who should apologize...I brought you into this."

Steve leaned in and pecked her on the lips, moaning softly against her mouth before pulling away. He grinned and stood up, taking his shirt off and chuckling at her confused look, "Can I not join you? It's big enough." He shrugged, stripping the rest of his clothes and then getting to the opposite side of the tub with a sigh, "Damn the water feels amazing." He groaned in relaxation, slouching his legs on either side of her.
