Jessie frowned as Jasmine explained what happened after he lost her. "How did she die?" Jessie asked. "I didn't want to cause him pain in asking." she explained knowing if she asked he would tell her even if it pained him. Jessie hoped that Viktor would stick around as well but she had no way of knowing if she would be enough to sooth his pain or if his family would allow her to stay in his life for more than a short time.

Jasmine looked at her, "we sometimes get involved in matters of war, Maxwell was on the ground in Germany that time recently," she said softly. She lent in, "Caitlyn was working with some soldiers, and after she helped them win a battle, and saved several of them, they were ashamed to admit they were helped by a woman, so they tried hanging her, which didn't work, and then they drew and quartered her, and then burnt the proof," Jasmine said softly. She shivered slightly, "to be connected in our way, to such agony and not being able to help, must have been torture in it's own right," she said.

Jessie frowned and nodded closing her eyes. "I understand why he hates war and why he doesn't see the positives." she said. She knew he tried to, but she could tell he had been hurt. Jessie bought a few more pieces of lingerie. She wanted to be as distracting as she could for him. He had time to grieve yes but that kind of pain was not something time took away you just thought of it less often.

Jasmine nodded, "yeah, but he is happy around you, which is a good thing," she said softly. She paused, "only feed from him if he's enjoying himself, you don't want the other side of him, not yet anyway," she said softly.

Jessie took her advice with a nod confused wondering if it was like a rush of emotions from the other person. She didn't understand the reasoning but would just trust her. "Okay now is there anything you need?" she asked.
That was the way they spent the next several hours. They went back to the mansion for Jessie to get some lunch. When she got back she put her bags in her room before moving to the kitchen to go and eat. She had a blast with Jasmine.

Jasmine smiled and nodded, as Jessie took her around and they brought some more clothes for her, and supplies. She smiled as she came down to the kitchen, "now, wait for the right time, to hit him with that outfit, maybe even make him wait a few days," she teased, "if you can," she added

Jessie chuckled. "I plan to." she smiled. "I think I want to take him away for the weekend here soon just because I selfishly want to spend alone time with him and you all have such excellent hearing." she grinned and took a bite of her food.

Jasmine chuckled, "yes, that could be a good idea," she said softly. She turned and headed to the exit, "I'll leave you to it, Jessie, thanks for takign me shopping," she said.

"Thank you Jasmine for all your help and advice." she said and waved. Jessie then turned back to her food and smiled thinking how Viktor might like what she had planned later but she did need to do some writing today. Maybe Viktor would be up to telling him her story some more.

Viktor was busy studying away, he hadn't heard the pair return, and didn;t want to fret over her too much. He knew Maxwell would respect his wishes for now.

Once Jessie finished eating and cleaning up she put her new cloths away before grabbing her laptop and moving to Viktor's room figuring she would start there. She knocked softly and waited hugging her laptop to her chest.

Viktor smiled seeing her, "oh you're back, you look cheery," he said softly. He pulled her into the room gently, "so tell me, did Jasmine scare you off?" he aske.d

Jessie smiled as Viktor opened the door. "Hey love." she said grinning and nodded at his observation. She giggled as he puled her inside shutting the door. She leaned into him and looked up at him lovingly. Jessie giggled and shook her head. "No other than the face that your sister knows way too much about your sex life. No she actually gave me some interesting tips that I look forward to testing." she said and kissed him sweetly. "But don't ask me I'm not telling. It's a surprise."

Viktor smiled softly, "well I am glad," he said softly. He held her tight, "I hope that wasn't too weird," he said softly. He moved with her to the bed, "I suppose you want to do some writing, hence the laptop," he said.

Jessie chuckled. "I was blushing ridiculously most of the day." she admitted. "But I had fun. It also didn't hurt that she seems to truly believe you are entirely infatuated with me." Jessie grinned and leaned in kissing him. She sat back on the bed with him. "Yes I was hoping you where up to telling me more of your story." she said.

Viktor smiled and laughed, "I'm glad she didn't freak out and run off," he said. He smiled and looked at her, "of course, let's get started," he said. He sat back, and began regaling her with his story some more, he kept talking for hours about where he'd been, and what he had done.

Jessie wrote like crazy as he spoke. She smiled and would make a comment here and there or ask a question but otherwise she just smiled as she wrote. She rubbed her eyes and when it was at a good point she stopped him. "Okay that's good for today. Wow that is amazing." she said and pressed save before closing her laptop.

Viktor smiled and nodded, he rolled over, pulling her to him. "That was good, I don't get the chance to talk too often," he admitted. He kissed her neck, "but I think, you should head to your own room, it's getting late," he said.

Jessie smiled as he pulled her closer. She grinned and rubbed his back. "I'm glad." she said and then looked at the time. "Oh wow. I didn't even notice." she said remembering the fruit she ate a couple hours ago and chuckled guessing a lite dinner was all that was. She chuckled and kissed him. "Okay. I miss you in my bed though." she whispered and kissed him deeply before standing and taking her laptop. She let him lead her out and open the door. She grinned and kissed him once more. "Goodnight." she said and then moved back into the hall to her room.

Viktor smiled softly and nodded, "I miss you too, but some distance is a good thing, at least until father gets his head around the situation," he admitted.
