Evelyn giggled as they all made their way to the expo “honestly he said really nice things about you, and I wanted to meet you, you’re very sweet and cute” she gushed, a blush creeping up on her.

The girl that Bucky set Steve up with just had no interest in being there at all. She was more interested in Bucky than Steve.

Evelyn took notice of the girl leaving Steve and trying to get to her date, Evelyn took Steve’s hand and then Bucky’s smiling like an idiot. “I’m sorry but I had to.”

The girl glared at Evelyn. Bucky turned and looked at the girl, ‘look you’re a beautiful dame but the way you’re treating Steve like he doesn’t exist is getting on my last nerve. Leave.’

Once the girl has left Evelyn looked at Steve and smiled sweetly at him when he offered her popcorn. “Thanks,” She took some and popped then in her mouth. “ she looked between Bucky and Steve, “you guys are really close aren’t you?”

Evelyn thought Steve’s shyness was adorable she walked over to him, they’re about the same height, he’s rather slim. Thinner than her even, but she didn’t care she cupped his face looking into his beautiful blue eyes. “There’s so much courage and hope in your eyes, you’re so cute”
