"Yes, we do," Thor responded with a sigh. His thumb brushed against her skin, still massaging gentle designs into her skin. There were moments that he dreaded his duties because Thor simply wanted to continue to spend time with Dahlia. Val was close to being born, Thor simply wanted to enjoy the next few days with Dahlia but it wasn't a possibility. He needed to tend to his people, they needed him just as much as Dahlia needed him. Thor knew that. Sighing reluctantly, Thor turned so that he could look up at Dahlia. "I wish that we could simply do nothing but lay in each others' arms. Imagine how amazing that would be," he hummed softly, a gentle smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. He looked up to Dahlia, perfectly content in her arms.

"I love you more than life itself," Thor declared quietly. He reached out, lacing his fingers through Dahlia's. He hummed softly, pressing a kiss to each of her knuckles as a small grin grew on his features. "I would have had to find a way to reason with Hela, if she would have taken you from my arms," he said, his face turning far more serious after a moment. He crawled up so that he could sit and study Dahlia's features. His gaze held hers as he spoke again, "I will never let anything happen to you or Val. Do you hear me?" He promised, leaning forward to press a heated kiss to Dahlia's lips. Gods, how Thor wanted just a little while longer with Dahlia. Instead, he forced himself to pull away from him before he stood.

Thor held his hand out to Dahlia, helping her to her feet carefully. "I will reach out to Tony Stark first. He is the most likely to know where we can settle. Or at least.. until we come up with a more suitable place to remain," he declared. He smiled softly as his arm slid around Dahlia's waist. Thor began to lead her from the room, his thumb brushing against her waist as they moved.

"I wish for us to be settled before Val arrives. I don't want you to have to stress during birth," he said, pressing a kiss to her temple.

Thor's attention turned toward the main area of the ship where most of his people were gathered. His movements were still slow, showing just how much pain that he was still in. Had they been wounds from just an average fight, they would have nearly healed but Hela was a force to be reckoned with. Thor stood tall, raising his hand as he smiled wide. The people cheered as he appeared, happy to know that Thor was well and truly alive.

"We are going to settle on Earth. For how long," Thor paused, his arm wrapped around his side to calm the pain that spasmed. "I am unsure. I am going to speak with Tony Stark, one of their greatest defenders to see if it can be more long term... I just want us to be somewhere for a long enough time that our princess can join us!" Thor declared, being met with a wide array of cheers. He was grinning wider now. "We will arrive on Earth the day after tomorrow. I will try to begin arrangements before then but I promise you this, that wherever we end up, New Asgard will be just as good as the home we have lost!"

Dahlia couldn't have been more proud of her husband, the fact that she got to call herself his wife, or that Thor was the wonderful father of their soon to be born daughter. There were no two people in the universe who mattered more to her than her husband and their daughter, and Dahlia would do anything to protect them. She would easily give up everything including her own life to protect the two of them if need be. Of course, she didn't want anything to ever come to that because she could hardly bear the thought of living a life without them and she so she could imagine how they might feel without her. She also wished that they could just give up their duties as King and Queen and simply lay in bed together. She too wished they could just ignore everything else going on around them and just be with one another, but sadly that wasn't the life they lived anymore. They had responsibilities and a kingdom to take care of.

She hoped they could be settled in their new home before Val came because she did not want to be dealing with stress like this while she was trying to give birth. It was already hard enough on her to deal with the last couple of days she didn't want to imagine what it would be like trying to fight off yet another threat. Or rather hope that her husband would return to her while he fought off another threat given she was in no condition to be fighting anything or anyone.

Dahlia followed Thor out into the main cabin of the ship so they could address their people, and she took his hand in her own and laced their fingers together giving it a small squeeze just to remind him that she would always be at his side. She listened to her husband speak to their people, explain the plan to them, tell them how wherever they settled would be just as good as the home they had lost. She listened while he gave them hope and she honestly couldn't wait to arrive on earth and begin to build this new life.

"Lora and Sigyn will you both please join me back in my chambers," she said glancing around the room at everyone. Those were the girls who needed to be kept up to date on everything really. They were after all the two women who she had always been closest to since they were all little girls for starters. Now though that she was the queen and carrying the royal princess they were more than that. They were the ladies who were supposed to help her deliver her baby and she hoped they could simply offer her some peace in regards to if the people liked her as queen. Which she knew was probably a stupid thing to think because she had no reason to believe they didn't, but she wanted to be sure.

Thor was sure that nothing would ever quite compare to their home of Asgard but he hoped that they would be able to make this work. He was putting on a good front for his people but if the truth were told, Thor wouldn't bet on it. He had not been on Earth in so long, he didn't know what all would be there. What would meet them. He was sure that he would be welcomed but would his people be welcomed as well? There will thousands of his people that had perished in the fight, there were only a few hundred of Asgardians left but if the people of Earth turned them away, Thor had no clue where they would go.

He smiled at their reactions, glad to be able to provide them with hope even if he wasn't necessarily feeling it himself. Thor breathed a small sigh, reluctantly watching as Dahlia retreated back from the railing. Thor turned, watching her head back to their chambers with her two handmaids. He offered her a tight smile, wishing that he could just follow after her but even in his state, there were things that he needed to tend to. It would also uplift moral if his people saw him milling about. As much as he wanted to simply go right back to sleep with his queen by his side, that wasn't what he could do.

Thor started down the stairs, making his way through his people. He smiled and paused every so often to hold a conversation with anyone who needed to see him and to feel his presence. He made sure to pause by any child that he spotted. They were the Asgardian future, Thor knew, and he wanted to inspire them the most. They were important to everyone here. If they lost hope for a better future, Thor had no clue where they would eventually end up.

He laughed, a small smile on his face as a little girl ran up to him, offering him a flower with an outstretched arm. The girl's mother stepped forward, a shy smile on her face. "She plucked it before we left Asgard. Said that she wanted you to always have a piece of home," the woman explained, hands on her daughter's child.

Thor wrapped the little girl up in a bit too tight of a hug before releasing her, carrying on until he felt as if he had spoken to everyone. He started back toward his chambers, wanting to see Dahlia again. It had only been a few hours but it still had been far too long.

[ I am so sorry that I’ve been so sporadic on replying lately!! Crazy ]

Dahlia wished that she could go about life never being separated from her husband again. She didn’t want to ever feel the fear deep in her heart that he was in trouble and wouldn’t be retuning to her ever again. It was hard for her collect her friends and return to her chambers without him, but she needed to speak with them and Thor needed to address the people and give them the hope only he could. She was aware that they both had very different jobs when it came to ruling the people of Asgard.

It was hard for her to believe that this truly was the life she lived. They had lost their home, a great deal of their people, she and Thor had become King and Queen of Asgard all within the span of a few short days. And all so close to when their precious Val was due that Dahlia was a little shocked that the stress hadn’t caused any issues, at least none that she’d noticed thankfully. But she couldn’t wait to finally be on earth so she could have her baby and rest.

“You look tried love,” Dahlia spoke softly when Thor returned to their Chambers. “Sit with me,” she added softly patting the spot on the bed next to her. So much comfort washed over her just seeing him after long hours apart, and all she wanted was to sit next to him and take in his scent. Something she hoped for her own sake that she never forgot. “Being queen is going to take getting used to,” she laughed.

She wasn’t naive, she had known from the moment she and Thor had begun to court that this would be their lives one day. She knew that she would become The Queen of Asgard and rule at Thor’s side, she knew that the people would look to her for advice and comfort. She was aware that she would share every burden her husband chose to share with her, which she hoped was all of them and that she was supposed to be there to help guide him down the best path for both their family and the people of Asgard. She also knew it would be hard and would not be something she was readily equipped for right off the bat.

    {that's okay!!}

Thor didn't have to be told twice. He moved over to the bed, climbing into his spot beside Dahlia. He let out a low groan as he stretched slightly, grimacing as his muscles were forced to flex. He looked up to her, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips. "Yes, I suspect it will take getting used to. But you are an amazing Queen already. Your people love you. THey are happy to call you their Queen," Thor murmured, brushing his hand up and down her thigh gently. His eyes fluttered shut, moving so that he could lay his head in her lap. "Tell me, darling."

"How many children do you want to have?" Thor asked after a moment. He was sure they had talked about it before but he wanted something else to discuss. That could distract him from all the pressures of being a king of a people with no home. Thor hoped that they would find a place to settle on Earth but there was no promise and after that, he had no real idea where he would take them. Where he could take them. Where it would be safe to be.

"After all, I have to say you are absolutely stunning," he murmured, his fingers dancing beneath her dress. Thor looked up to her, giving a cheeky sort of grin. "The God of Fertility should have as many children as he can, shouldn't he?" He teased, sitting up long enough so that he could press a kiss to Dahlia's lips. "Plus, can anyone blame me? Not with the most ravishing woman of the worlds beside me," he said.

Thor laid back against the pillows, his grin remaining. "What do you think, my Queen?"

Dahlia smiled down at her husband as she gently ran her fingers through his hair very content with how things were. She had always loved moments like this with him the most. These were the moments she would allow herself to think about when she was worried about him because they seemed to bring a sense of peace to her mind when it felt overwhelmed with worry. And in times like they were in currently Dahlia needed moments like this to be reminded that through all the bad days there would be good days ahead. That the hard and troubling times wouldn't last forever. And even if they lasted years she had Thor by her side and would always have the memory of him to keep her going if it came to that. Though she prayed to the Gods she never had to live a life without him, and if she did that it wasn't very long.

"I would love you to have at least six children," she said softly smiling at the thought of having a castle full of kids running around. Children, in general, made her happy and she had dreamed of the day she would finally become a mother for such a long time growing up. But she wanted at the very least six. "I think I would like to adopt as well. I mean why would I deny children who need a loving home that luxury when we are more than capable of taking on that responsibility. Though I don't know how that would work once we're on Earth given things run so much differently there," she said truly hoping that rebuilding their lives on earth wouldn't be a hindrance on their lives.

Dahlia moaned softly when Thor kissed her so happy to just be with him and feeling his fingers brush against her legs brought on goosebumps. It felt like it had been forever since they'd had a moment to steal away and be together like this so it was nice to feel appreciated by him again. Even though she knew he never stopped appreciating her it was nice to feel it.

"I think that I love you," Dahlia said before she decided to play along and repositioned herself so she was straddling him and looking down at Thor with a cheeky grin of her own. "And you're not the only one who can't keep their hands to themselves," she whispered to him before slowly running her hands up under his shirt.

"At least six?" Thor echoed the number she gave him, unable to contain the grin that broke out on his features. He leaned up, pressing a heated kiss to her lips. His hand cupped her cheek, his thumb brushing over the skin gently. He laughed as he pulled away, looking down to her as his smile grew so wide that it threatened to split his cheeks. His heart soared at the mention of adopting, nodding even before Dahlia had finished speaking. "Of course, darling. Anything you want. You know that," he murmured. Thor shuddered, brushing his thumb over Dahlia's cheek. "We will give as many children as we can a happy home. A healthy one," he added with a nod of his head because a healthy home was important to him. Thor had no idea how it would work but if they settled down on Earth.. they could help more human children. They could raise them happily, while they grew into strong, confident people with Thor and Dahlia as their parents.

"You think?" Thor pouted, deciding to play into this game a little more than they already had. "You think that you love me?" He asked, his eyes narrowing slightly as Dahlia moved to straddle his waist. He let out a low moan, rolling his hips into hers as his gaze began to darken. "Maybe you should take me. Help you to remember why you love me," he teased, his fingers wrapping into the skirt of Dahlia's dress. He tugged the material up, until it pooled around her waist.

Thor wanted nothing more than to flip them over and take Dahlia here and now but he didn't want to end up hurting her in her current state. This was all up to Dahlia and what she wanted to do. "I never thought that I could love someone so much," he purred, his fingers digging into her thighs. "Just by looking at you, I want more. So beautiful, so amazing," he groaned, one hand slidding between their bodies. He smirked, his fingertips teasing her slit.

"Tell me, darling. What do you need?"

Dahlia smiled down at Thor as she slowly pulled her dress over her head then tossed it to the side. "You sure know how to make a girl feel good about herself," she moaned as she felt his hand slid between their bodies. "I mean I feel pretty lucky to get to be loved by you," Dahlia said leaning forward so she could kiss him. He was so important to her, he meant more to her than she would ever be able to explain to people, she honestly didn't know what she'd do without him.

"I need to love my husband, I need to feel you, and I need to know that just because we're going to earth doesn't mean things are going to change for us. Maybe that sounds silly, however, we've been through a lot in the last 48 hours alone. I'm expecting a child and I have an awful feeling in my gut that something bad is brewing and we might get mixed up into the whole mess. And I just need to be with you and to be reminded that our love truly is something precious," she told him wishing that she could go through all of this without feelings of doubt or worry, but sadly she couldn't. If anything the last 48 hours had shown her just how much worry she had. After all, they had been separated from one another with no way to communicate and she was pregnant and almost due which kind of put her on edge. Honestly, she was ready to have the baby so she could hopefully get back to feeling more like herself again and less sore and over-emotional about everything.

Thor tugged his clothes off, tossing them off of the side of the bed. He smirked as he settled between her thighs, reaching out to cup her cheek. He smiled, leaning forward carefully as he pressed a gentle kiss to hers. "Dahlia," he spoke her name, needing her to truly hear what he was about to say to her. "No one. And I mean no one will ever take you from me. Do you hear me?" Thor uttered, tucking his thumb under his chin so he could tilt her head up to him. "And if anyone is dumb enough to even try, I will tear them apart. Wholly and entirely. I will never let someone take you from me," he whispered, catching her lips with his again.

Kissing down her body, Thor groaned as he pressed a few heated kisses against her stomach. "Darling, have I ever told you just how much I love you?" Thor asked. There was never going to be a day in his life when he didn't tell her that he loved her. Thor didn't think there was anything that could or would ever be able to take Dahlia from him. He was a god, not many would be able to take something so important from him.

Thor continued further south until he was planted between her thighs, his face even with her pussy. He inhaled, letting out a guttural moan as he leaned forward, running the tip of his tongue between her folds.

Dahlia nodded her head in understanding finding joy in the simple thought of being with Thor forever. His words spoke a calm over her heart. Of course, thinking of Thor protecting her from every threat that came her way was calming to her. The idea of being protected or having a safe space or set of arms to run to when she needed it was also a good reminder of how much her husband loved her. And honestly, Dahlia would do the same thing for him. She would fight everyone and everything that tried to keep them apart. There wasn't a path she wouldn't go down to be with him. Of course, in her current situation, it was a tad bit harder to accomplish that goal if need be and clearly Loki and she was sure others had been assigned the duty of making sure she kept herself and the baby safe above all else. Which she loved and hated at the same time. It was nice to know that if something were to happen that tore them apart such as death Dahlia would have people to keep her from going over the edge, but she hated the thought of not being with him in his final moments or being without him, or not going into battle with him. So it was best she didn't think about such things at the time.

"Thor," Dahlia moaned as her hands found their way into his hair. "All the time," she told him as she laid her head back and let Thor please her. And oh did it feel good. "You're so good to me," she said closing her eyes and letting him do his work on her. Work that she was much appreciative of.

"Hm? I don't think I remember telling you recently," Thor paused, running his tongue up her folds in a slow, deliberate manner. He grinned as he looked up to her, watching as her features changed to a bit more desperation. It thrilled him to know that he still had such an affect on Dahlia, even in her current state. He wanted nothing more than to lay into her but she was so close to giving birth that he didn't want to hurt her, if he took things a bit more aggressively than he should. Instead, Thor was choosing to focus on Dahlia's pleasure and little else. Thor had never been known as a selfish lover and he certainly wasn't about to start now with his beautiful wife in front of him.

Thor's eyes stayed locked on her features as he slid a hand up her inner thigh. He moaned as he ran the tip of his finger around her entrance, only pressing into her when Dahlia let out a desperate little whimper. He pressed his tongue against her clit, dragging it around in lazy circles.

"You taste so good, my love," Thor moaned out, his movements becoming more eager as his free arm tightened around Dahlia's thigh. "Why don't you tell me what you want?" Thor teased as he pulled away from her entirely. "Should I just.. let you rest? Hm?"

Dahlia closed her eyes and let herself be pleased by her husband. After everything the pair of them had gone through simply over the last three days Dahlia needed this. Thor needed this. They needed one another. Dahlia wanted to feel close to her husband, she wanted to feel the love they shared, and she planned to let herself acknowledge they just because they were the king and queen didn’t mean they had to give up their feelings. While there were no doubts that the pair of them would rule well together she knew it was going to be difficult, especially considering the last four years it had just been the two of them. They hadn’t had other people relying on them. There hadn’t been regulations to follow, or even a standard to which they should hold themselves. Everything was different now and Dahlia knew they would just have to adjust.

“You make me feel amazing,” She moaned wanting Thor to know that she definitely felt pleasure. “I want to keep this going, but since we’re so close to Val arrival, and after all the stress we’ve both been under lately it’s probably safe to stop,” she almost whined. Dahlia wanted so many things, but first and foremost it was to deliver their baby safely. And anything that could put that in jeopardy had to put on hold.

“Let’s lay here close to one another and rest,” she told him as they did have a lot going on currently given outside the door of their room were a countless number of people counting on the two of them to lead them to their new home. Which was no easy task.

Thor tensed slightly when Dahlia turned him away but she was still quick to nod her head. He was never about to argue with her, she was free to give herself to him whenever she pleased. Or tell him no, when she wanted to as well. Thor may have been the God of Thunder but at the end of the day, Dahlia was the one in charge between them. He would live his life, just doing what he could to make Dahlia happy. He hoped that she knew that because Thor could never even dream of hurting her or upsetting her in any fashion. He pressed a kiss to Dahlia's inner thigh before he nodded, straightening up.

He laid back against the pillows, reaching an arm out to wrap around Dahlia's shoulders. Thor smiled as he pulled her close, careful to make sure that she was still comfortable. The very last thing that he wanted to do was make her or the baby uncomfortable in any way. Thor smiled as he looked down to Dahlia, running his fingers through her hair delicately.

"I love you, darling," Thor's voice came out gentle as he spoke, pressing a kiss to her temple. "I have no idea how I got this lucky. I may be a God but still... lucky enough to earn your love," Thor mused quietly, continuing to run his fingers through her hair. Thor sighed, his eyes fluttering shut. He was content to lay here for as long as possible with Dahlia cuddled against his side. There was nothing more in this world that he would enjoy because he knew that as soon as he left this room, as soon as they landed on Earth, that his life was going to get far more hectic than it was even now.

[ I'm skipping forward a bit just to keep this RP moving right along! So we can just kind of play it all by ear if that's cool! ]

Dahlia honestly had no clue how things could possibly get any worse than they currently were, and if she were being honest she didn't want to think about how bad things could get. It was already difficult enough trying to deal with everything, like being woken up in the middle of the night by Valkyrie shaking her and Thor awake so she could explain to them that a ship she had deemed dangerous was coming in fast and they needed to evacuate as quickly as possible. And of course Thor was staying behind to do his duty while Dahlia boarded the ship to head to earth which meant they were being separated again and for who knew how long this time. It also didn't make thing easy that she started to go into labor almost as soon as they landed on earth.

"Valkyrie I'm going to have my baby and her dad isn't here. I'm going to have a baby without my husband here. He's going to miss her birth. What if he doesn't even make it to earth at all? I'm never going to see him again. I don't know if I can do this by myself. This couldn't be worse timing,"

Valkyrie rested her hand on Dahlia's shoulder while also trying to make her a bit more comfortable in the bed given she was having a baby. "Your majesty Thor will be fine. I know it. That man would find a way to come back from the dead to be with you and Val. He loves you both more than anything else in the whole universe. There's still time for him to get here before she's born though, so let's just try and hold onto hope until it's actually to late okay,"
