Chanyeol was on the phone trying to work out a deal to buy Taemin from him. He would pay a good price for the cute boy so that he could have him to himself.

The place where Chanyeol grabbed him was hurting as he looked for a phone to call Jongin with, so the younger could come get him. He didn’t want to stay here with Chanyeol.

Kai heard his phone ringing. He took it out of his pocket and answered it without looking at the ID. "Hello?"

‘Come get me Kai please. I don’t want to stay here. He doesn’t care about the rules, he grabbed me really hard and basically threw me off the couch and onto the ground. When I told him it hurt, he mocked what I said to him before yelling at me again to go start a shower while he buys me from Sehun. Please come get me.’

"I'm on my way, keep Chanyeol distracted until I get there okay?" Kai said as he rushed to get inside his car.

Taemin nodded but then verbally told him okay before hanging up and going to start a hot shower for him and Chanyeol, hoping Kai would get there quickly.

On the way to Chanyeol's place, Kai had called Sehun, yelling at his boss for allowing Chanyeol to break the rules and letting him hurt Taemin.

‘There’s nothing I can do Kai. He bought Taemin from me. He belongs to Chanyeol now. He works for him.’

"You would give Taemin up that quickly without even talking to me or even Taemin about it first? Go fuck yourself, Sehun. I quit and I'm taking my friend back from Chanyeol." Kai yelled at Sehun before hanging up on his now former boss before Sehun could retaliate. He finally reached Chanyeols place and broke the door down with all of his force

Taemin tensed when Chanyeol wrapped an arm around his waist and pulled him close, so that the older’s chest was pressed against his back.

Kai stormed into the house. "Taemin! Where are you?" He called out as he searched around the front part of the house. But then he heard the shower running so he ran towards the direction of the bedrooms to find Chanyeol's master bedroom.

When Kai opened the bathroom door, Taemin got out of Chanyeol’s hold and went behind Jongin, holding onto him.

"This ends right now. You will no longer be seeing Taemin. So you'll have to talk to Sehun about refunding you." Kai said pushing Taemin to run out to the car.

Taemin didn’t hesitate. He turned and ran out of the bathroom, going for Kai’s car after grabbing his clothes. He put them on before he left the house, tears trailing down his cheeks. He has been working for Sehun for a day and he already sold him.

Kai looked back at Chanyeol a d punched him square in the jaw. "Rot in Hell." He said and ran out to meet Taemin at the car and drove off.

Taemin curled around Kai the best he could from the passenger seat when the younger man got in the car.

Kai drove into the direction of his apartment. "I knew I should have never let you take this job. I should've known that Sehun and Chanyeol would have taken advantage of you." He muttered to himself, angry that he let his friend get to hurt.
