Kai hung up the phone and then turned to face Chanyeol, the man he has been seeing behind Taemin's back. "Kai, babe. Why dont you break up with the poor boy." He teased as he begin placing light kisses around Kai's neck. Kai chuckled but then smirked, "I am, when I go back home next week."

Days passed with Taemin ignoring Minho completely by walking in the opposite direction if he saw him and then changing up where he went to eat and shop to avoid the man but when he worked, he didn’t really have a choice so he sighed and sucked it up. Soon a whole week went by and Taemin was happy and nervous when Kai came into their house. He rushed over and wrapped his arms around him, ‘hi oppa.’

Kai mentally cursed when he heard Taemin walked into the house. He was hoping that he had more time to get all of his belongings packed and into his car and then leave a break up note on the table. "Hey." He stated simply and removed himself from Taemin's arms.

Taemin looked a little hurt by that, ‘what’s wrong?’ He asked the younger. He tried to force the hurt look off his face. Maybe Jongin was just tired and wanted to rest.

"Nothing." He sighed, trying to find a way to break things off. "Anyway, didnt you want to tell me something? I remember you told me that you did on the phone." He said.

'Yeah,' Taemin reached into his jacket and pulled out a ring box before getting down on one knew nervously and looking up at him. He opened up the black velvet box to show a gorgeous black band with a diamond in the center, 'Kim Jongin will you marry me?'

Kai looked at the ring and just laughed. "Wow, you're pathetic." He said and slapped the ring box out of Taemin's hand. "Where's your so called friend Minho?" He laughed darkly. "You should have listened to him." He laughed more.

Taemin looked hurt when Kai started laughing and telling him he looked pathetic. He flinched and gasped when the younger slapped the ring box out of his hand. The box hit the floor with a dull thud, the ring coming out to scatter against the floor. Tears were trailing down his cheeks from how Kai was acting.

"I dont love you Taemin, I never had. You were just a new toy for me to play, but then you got too clingy and too soft. So I found myself a new man who can please me. So i dont need you anymore. " He chuckled. "I'm only here to get my stuff and go back to Japan. So I wont be here too long." He laughed evily.

Taemin’s heart completely shattered in his chest when he heard Kai say that and laugh about it. He couldn’t speak, he was so shocked and so hurt. Tears clouded his vision and traveled down his cheeks in waves. He felt Kai shove past him, knocking him completely to the ground as he walked around him to get his stuff.

Kai brought down his bags to the living room just as Chanyeol walked inside the house. "Babe? Is everything okay? Do you need help?" He called out but then stopped when he saw Taemin on the floor crying. A chuckle escaped his lips at the sight. "Aww babe, you broke his heart." He teased.

Kai chuckle, "Eh, he'll live. Anyway, I finished packing. Can you grab those two bags and I'll grab the others and we can leave." He said and then stood over Taemin. "You're super pathetic...You have 1 month to pack your stuff and move out of my house."

Taemin curled up on the ground, sobbing. He heard them talking and laughing as they left the house. The brunette didn’t and couldn’t move for hours. He cried until he couldn’t anymore and even when he stopped, he didn’t get up. He didn’t move until the next day. He saw the ring on the floor and just started crying again. He went to their room and grabbed some things before dialing Key’s number, ‘h-hyung...I-I need you...please...’

Minho had given up on trying to reach out to Taemin. He didnt want to see the younger boy get hurt by Kai, but he knew that he would still help him if Kai did break his heart.

Putting down his phone, Minho got up to make himself something to eat to keep his mind off of Taemin, but then he received a call from his friend Key, asking to help him cheer his friend up and help him move to his apartment.

Taemin forced himself to start packing his things but he could hardly see what he was doing with his blurry vision and his hands shook, making him drop a lot of things. He broke a few glass things, cutting his hand and part of his foot and leg. He eventually just stopped, curling up on the ground and sobbing. The front door was unlocked. He forgot to lock it behind Kai and his new boyfriend.

When Minho followed Key into the stranger's house, he froze when he saw Taemin on the floor, slowly packing his things while crying. He instantly knew that this was Kai's doing.

Minho tapped on Key's shoulder lightly. "I didnt know you were friends with Taemin...that's the boy I was telling you about that I liked." He whispered into his friend's ear.

Taemin looked up and froze when he saw Minho, ‘I guess you can say I told you so. I’m sorry for everything I said to you and avoiding you...’ Taemin told him, looking back down at the floor. He tried to hide where he cut himself by trying to pick up the broken glass but Key and Minho already seen it.

Minho crouched down to Taemin and helped him up, leading him to the bathroom to clean up the cuts from the broken glass. "I'm not here to say any of that or make you feel guilty. I'm not that type of person, I thought I shown that about myself." He said as he gently cleaned the cut.

Taemin looked down, feeling horrible. He said some mean things to the older, he avoided him, he was just plain mean to him, ‘I’m still sorry Minho hyung...I thought....h-he loved me...I thought...I’m sorry...’ the tears streamed down his cheeks again.

"It's okay. I'm not mad at you. I've been through the same thing before, so I know how it feels to be so in love with someone only for them to take your heart and break it." He said and placed a cold damp cloth on his hand. Minho looked up at Taemin's tear stained face and couldn't help but feel his heart break for him. He reached out and wiped the tears that were forming in his eyes. "Don't cry for him. He doesn't deserve your tears."

‘I can’t help it. I loved him so much. I asked him to marry me...he laughed at me and called me pathetic. He slapped the ring out of my hand and thought my pain was funny. He told me he never loved me and he was just using me. He brought the man he was cheating on me with over there and he mocked me. I feel so used.’
