Today has got to be one of the worst days of her life. It all started fine, Skye had gone out for her morning coffee run to grab coffee for the floor she was the assistant on. Black, with two sugars for Derek, Amy wanted her french Latte with an extra shot of espresso, and Miss queen bee April wanted her double shot americano no foam with cream on the side. It was all correct, it was what she got for everyone almost every single day. Sure, Derek liked to try things differently now and again, but he was the only one. So, Why did April go off on Skye? She got the orders correct and she even checked everything was correct? so, why the hell did April decide it was worth it to accidentally spill her to hot wron coffee on her? Sky didn't know.

"That." Skye stopped herself from cursing, her mother always told her that ladies don't curse. "Mean fudge head." Skye finished her thought as she dabbed her white blouse in the bathroom. The shirt was stained, ruined for the day, it'll have to either be dry cleaned or thrown out and Skye didn't have the extra cash for dry cleaning.

A small groan escaped from the young green-eyed beauty as she reached around and pulled her hair free from its suffocatingly tight bun. She fixed her hair so that it covered most of the stain on the front. Her shirt was still a little see-through, letting anyone close enough to see her light grey bra, but hopefully, with time it'll dry. "Just a few more hours Skye, then you can go home and finish that cake that's in the fridge and watch Stranger Things." She mumbled to herself as she put her glasses away and put in her contacts.

Heading towards the door, Skye closed her eyes and took one last deep breath before she opened it. Ready to face the rest of the day and keep her head up. Determined to not allow for Miss Queen Bee to ruin her day.

"Oh! I'm sorry!" Skye rushed out as she took one step out of the bathroom and practically walked into a well-toned side. The bathroom door closed shut behind her and bumped into Skye, causing her to since slightly as she looked up at who she had just bumped into. She was met with a well-tailored jacket that looked expensive, a well tucked undershirt and eyes that could cause someone's blood to freeze. "M-Mister Anderson."

Her boss was in front of her, standing at his six-foot-something height. Eyes focused on her. Oh, this is bad. They've never formally met, Skye was hired by a hiring manager. She's never even spoken a word to him before telling him that she had his coffee. What could he possibly be thinking? That she was a mess? Why was a kid working in his company? Oh god, did word of her slapping April get to him through HR? Is she going to lose her job? She needed this job! She had a few grand of student loans to pay off, she couldn't afford to live in the city alone and is crashing on the couch of her best friend til she could save up. Oh, how is she going to manage to pay rent if she loses her job? Oh, this is bad. This is very bad.

"S-sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going." Skye's mind was running rapid as she tried to connect words and use her mouth. "I-I uh, I'm sorry." She mumbled, quickly repeating her words.

Felix looked down at the woman that had crashed into him. Quite frankly, the girl looked like a complete mess and the way she was mumbling through her apology didn't help her either. Though, through that, Felix was able to take in her whole image. She was quite a beautiful young woman. Someone that people would be able to say was his type. By the time she was finished mumbling through her apology, Felix already had a plan formulating in his head.

"Please follow me," Felix said before he turned and started to head to his office. He didn't bother to look back. The woman was one of his employees, the man was sure about that. So there was no doubt in his mind that she would come with him at his request. If she did run off, Felix would get another employee to grab her for him. Though that might start a different conversation than the one that he was hoping to have.

Once they arrived at his office, Felix opened the door for the young woman, motioning her to sit down at the couch in his office. Their conversation would be much too odd to have at his desk. "Please sit. Would you like anything to drink?" Felix asked as he closed the door behind both of them. After she responded, Felix gave her what she wanted before moving down and sitting across from the woman.

Felix set his own glass down before leaning back in the chair across from her. "I do not believe that I have properly introduced myself. I am Felix Anderson. It is a pleasure to miss you Miss?"

Well, here it is, the walk of shame. Mister Anderson barely even looked at her when he spoke, This felt like she was being taken to the principal's office when she got in trouble once. All eyes felt like they were on Skye as she followed after her boss, her eyes glancing up as she took in those broad shoulders that he possessed. He must have been an athlete when he was in school or something. Maybe he works out regularly as well.

Blinking from her thoughts, Skye looked ahead instead of at her boss's well-toned back as she entered the office. Then, she shyly moved towards the expensive-looking couch that was in the office. "Um, water please," Skye said quietly as she watched her boss get her a glass of water and whatever he wanted to drink before he came towards her. "Thank you." She said quietly and took a sip of the cold water.

This whole thing was giving Skye the chills. This was her first real job, her first real full-time job at least. Were all termination processed like this? Did every boss sit down with their employee's and have a drink before they gave them the boot? If so, then Skye would be damn sure that she'll enjoy this water. It was cool and tasteless, but did it taste expensive as she sat on the fancy couch in her bosses office.

Then, as her boss started to speak, Skye lowered her glass from her lips and held it with both hands. A slow look of uncertainty slowly started to appear in her eyes as her boss introduced himself. Why would he want to introduce himself and know her name? Shouldn't he already know who she was if she was supposed to be fired? Wait, what if he wasn't going to fire her? Then, what could this possibly be about?

"Skye, Skye Wilson," Skye replied almost on cue as Mr.Anderson left that little space for her to fill in. Her back straightened as she sat up straighter, bright green eyes drooping slightly as she started to get an odd feeling about this whole thing. "Um, is there anything that I can do for you Mr.Anderson?" Skye asked quietly, her head tilting ever so slightly as she waited for a response from her boss. This didn't quite feel like she was losing her job. This was starting to feel more like she was interviewing for something.

The man was quiet for a moment as he considered Skye's question. Of course, he could just come right out and say it but it didn't seem right to him. Though it also wasn't right to keep Miss Wilson in suspense for too long. After all, a surprise meeting with the boss probably did feel very good. And he was sure that she was confused as to why he called her in for the first place. Maybe even worried that she would lose her job for running into him and looking how she did... It was unprofessional but not fire worthy by any means.

Perhaps it was best if he did go out and say it. Then try to deal with whatever was thrown at him after the fact. Besides, she had gone through the background check here and their hiring process was rather picky. Surely, this would be fine as long as she didn't completely freak out... Fuck what was he going to do if she freaked out and told everyone about her creepy boss? Unfortunately, it was worth the risk.

"Well, Miss Wilson, I have a... proposal of sorts for you. Before I tell you what it is, I want to make it clear that this is just the sort of thing where you were in the right place at the right time or the opposite depending on how you feel about it. Though, the thing is, I would like to ask for your assistance in something and I will give you something in return. You seem young, perhaps you would like for me to pay off all of your college debts? Maybe there is something else you would prefer more, I don't know but I hope we can come to an agreement if you are open to it." Felix cleared his throat before continuing on.

"Anyways, I would like to ask you to pretend to be my fiancee. I just mean for public image, nothing behind closed doors. I would not ask you to do anything improper or immoral. Just for the public, is all. You see... I am currently in need of a fiancee but I am in the unfortunate position of not having one." Felix let out a small sigh before looking to her with gentle eyes. "I am sorry if this is all a bit much. The idea only occurred to me when you ran into me."

As Mr.Anderson started to speak, Skye's interest started to perk. A proposal from the top boss? For her? A new employee who's been with the company for not even a full year. Blinking her bright green eyes slowly, Skye did her best to not allow for her nerves to show. This had to be a big proposal if he was asking a nobody like her who's just gotten into the real world. Maybe he wanted her to go undercover and play a spy in the office, weed out someone trying to embezzle money from the company? Oh, or maybe he wanted to make sure that things were running smoothly, like an inside job of undercover bosses. Mr.Anderson obviously couldn't do something like that since everyone knows him and he rarely takes vacations. So of course, finding a new face to go around would be perfect!

Then, at the mention of paying off her student loans, Skye started to wheel in her thoughts. Her lips slowly sinking as she got a weird feeling in the pit of her stomach. The saying right place wrong time, caused a red flag to go off in her mind and caused the young girl to lean back slightly, a little straighter as she listened. Her hands, which were resting on her knees moved to cross over her stomach uneasily. This didn't seem like a normal sort of job she was being asked.

An just like that, Skye was thrown off her rocker by a wicked fast curveball. "F-Fiancee'?" Skye stumbled the word out of her mouth, her tongue feeling a little bit heavy from saying the foreign word. "You want me, to be your fiancee'?" She asked, making sure that she had heard him correctly. This was turning into such a weird day, going from getting coffee spilled onto her to her boss asking her to pretend to be engaged to him. An only one thing popped into her mind to ask at the moment, no irrational thoughts. No imagining herself being engaged to one of the most attractive guys in the city. Just one simple word. "Why?"

The confusion was written all over Skye's face as she tilted her head in confusion. Her mind wasn't working in overdrive like it usually was. It wasn't causing her thoughts to move in multiple directions, it was one of those rare occurrences where she was able to focus on what the big picture was here. Her boss wanted her to pretend to marry him. "Wait, no stop." Skye randomly blurted out, her hands raising as if she was ready to push him away as if he was someone who was coming after her. "If you're wanting to get engaged to get out of some sort of trouble or illegal trouble, then I'm going to give you a hard no Mr.Anderson. I don't need any trouble in my life. It's nice of you to offer to pay off my student loans in return, believe me, that would be a big help, but if this is something to do with police or an illegal stuff, then I have to say no."

With that said and done, Skye pursed her lips together. She wanted to up and leave. She wanted to put this weird discussion to be done and over with. Yet, she couldn't bring herself to move off of the couch. Her mind not connecting with the rest of her body as she watched that gently look in his eyes. God, she was a sucker for guys with nice eyes. Surely, she'll get in some serious trouble one day because of them. "I mean, I've just started to work here and we don't even have a cover story made up.," Skye mumbled the last part, more so to herself but she was pretty sure that Mr.Anderson overheard her anyways. Curse her and her habit of speaking out loud.

A light frown moved over Felix's face. He was not overly surprised by her reaction. In fact, he would be more concerned if she had agreed right away and seemed completely fine with it. Though it did not change the fact that he was concerned about this becoming an uphill battle. He truly wanted, needed, her to say yes to this. It didn't seem like a good idea to go around to every woman he saw until one agreed. Hopefully, if Felix explained himself completely and clearly, she would be willing to.

"I am not trying to get out of any trouble and I am not asking you to do anything illegal. I haven't done anything illegal either. Also, I want to be clear, that this would only be for two months, three at the longest. And at the end, we would just say that we mutually split and the wedding was called off." Felix tapped his fingers against his leg as he thought about what to say next. It seemed like the best idea was to tell her the truth.

"You see, my father is terribly ill and he only has a month to live. It is terribly upsetting to me but the fact of the matter is, he has put my brothers and me in a rather horrible predicament, where we all have to figure out our situations before he dies. His will is causing us to scramble, in a way. You see, my father has it in his will that we will only get our inheritance if we are engaged or married. It includes his fortune, of course, but I am particularly worried about the business, this company. I have been the CEO for the last several years now but if I lose my inheritance, I will never become the owner. It will be sold to someone else, someone who doesn't have the same goals or values for the company as I do. I wish to continue my work here and I fear what will happen to the company and everyone who works here if it was not under my control." Felix told her, his frown only deepening.

"So, you see, I need to find someone who is will to pretend to be my fiancee for a short period of time. I don't want to get married because of this, but I just need someone who could play the part. I am hoping that you would be that person. As I said, I would be willing to pay off your student loans, or however else you would like to be compensated." Felix glanced over Skye's face, wondering how she was taking it all in. "And I would be able to come up for a cover story for the both of us."

As Mr.Anderson spoke, a sense of understanding washed over Skye as she slowly nodded her head. His words were striking a chord with her, and it seemed like everything he was saying was coming from the heard. Mr.Anderson seemed to care for this company and was willing to do anything for it. Even fake some kind of intimate relationship to keep it under his guidance. Although, she wasn't that sure she wanted to go through with it. This was still asking a lot.

"What sort of things would we have to do to make everyone believe that we're engaged?" Skye asked as she kept her same worried expression on her face. Her lips slowly moving down into a slight frown. "I mean, surely the press would get whiff of your sudden engagement as well. So we'd need to fool them just as much as your family. " Skye pointed out as she slowly leaned back against the plush cushion of the expensive couch.

To be honest, she didn't want to do this. This idea was crazy and was extremely hole flimsy. The only reason that her mind was opening up on the whole idea was that she could see in his eyes how worried he was about the company, and his employees. She may only know things about Mr.Anderson that he'd spoken about in magazines, but, she could tell from just seeing him up close and personal that he was a strong, determined man. He wouldn't be asking her or anyone else to do this sort of thing if it wasn't for a good reason.

"Can you write up a document of the agreement for both of us?" Skye asked as she slowly crossed her arms over her stomach in a loose fashion. "If I agree to this little plan of yours, I don't want any chance of you going back on your promise to help me out as well." She told him, only saying those words so that she was covered in this crazy scheme of things.

Silence developed between the two of them as Skye waited for Mr.Anderson to agree to make up a written form of agreement for both of them. Then, she'd slowly offer a small smile before reaching out her right hand. "Then, I guess it's settled, Mr.Anderson. We're engaged."

"The press know that I am a very private man. It took them quite the effort last time to find out about my last girlfriend and that was after a year of us dating. I do not believe they will find it strange that they are only finding out now. As for my family, you will not be meeting my father and my brothers we do not need to try to trick. Honestly, that would be fruitless efforts as they will also be scrambling to find a fiancee or a wife right now. Or a way out of that part of the agreement." He gave her a bit of a shrug. "It is just we can't allow for anyone to have proof that this is not true. But, as I said, this will only last a few months so I believe we will be okay."

Felix leaned forward a bit, getting a closer look at Skye as he explained. "I can write up a document of agreement, just understand that it won't be a legal document. I mean, it's not illegal for us to do this, to pretend like we are engaged, but a contract saying that both of us have to fulfill that duty would not hold up in court. Though, that being said, I will do you one better. I will pay off half of your loans this week, and the other half will be paid when this is over."

Once she agreed to the arrangement, a large smile moved over his face. "Thank you so much, Skye." Felix said as he took the hand that she reached out. He leaned down and pressed a light kiss against the back of her palm. It was his hope that she wouldn't be too concerned about some public affection. He would try his best not to push it too far but they had to show as they cared for each other in that way. "I will get you a ring to put on that finger tonight."

Leaning back into his chair, Felix let out a hum. He was realizing now that there was plenty for them to talk about. Though he needed to figure out some details before they really got into it. "Would you be free tonight to discuss this more? I think we have some details that we need to go through."

In a roundabout way, Mr.Anderson's words of reassurance were helping Skye feel better. It'll be quite nice knowing that she won't have to trick his family. She was sure they were just as kind as Mr.Anderson since he was going through so much trouble to make sure that his company stayed in good hands.

A small smirk slowly grew on Skye's lips as Mr.Anderson brought up that the contract wouldn't do them any good. "I wasn't looking for it to stand up in court," Skye told him, feeling a little sneaky. "I was looking to use it as blackmail if you decided that you didn't want to cover my half of the deal." She explained, then gave an innocent shrug of her shoulders. Skye was a very kind and giving girl, but because of her upbringing, she knew she always needed a way to take care of herself.

It surprised Skye that Mr.Anderson was willing to pay off half of her school loan so soon. It was a lot of money to her, it'll be years before she could accumulate that amount in her bank account and that was not including her living expenses. Then again, Mr.Anderson owned once of the largest companies in the world, her student loans were probably like pocket change for him.

It was seeming like they were done with their little agreement as Mr.Anderson went to shake her hand. Although she wasn't expecting him to kiss the back of her hand. A light pink blush dusted her cheeks at the small act of affection that he had bestowed upon her. "Oh..." She mumbled quietly, then couldn't help but to let out a small laugh. "You're a romantic, aren't you? Mr.Anderson." Skye said quietly and giggled once more.

"Wait, a real ring?" Skye asked, coming out of her blushing giggly state like a snap of her fingers. Sure, Skye knew that they were supposed to act engaged and all, but, was it necessary? Well, she supposed that people did wear rings when they were engaged. "Um, just, nothing too flashy." She mumbled quietly. Then blinked a little in surprise as she was pretty much asked out right after his little ring comment. "Um, yes." She said quietly, after thinking over her little itinerary, all she had planned for the night was to finish that cake in the fridge, but it could way another day for her.

"Why? Do you have something already planned that you'd like for us to do together?" Skye asked quietly, arching a brow as she wondered what her boss could have in mind.

"Ah," A bit of a frown moved over his face as Skye revealed her intention with the contract. It was not what he wanted to hear in the least bit. Especially since she would still have a way to blackmail him even if he did fulfill his half of the deal... Though there was an easy way around all of that, he supposed. "Well..." He let out a sigh before deciding to move on from all of that nonsense. All he could really do is wait and see if he made a mistake in picking her. The risk was worth the reward he would get.

Standing up, Felix made his way over to his desk. "Yes, you will need a real ring to make this believable. Plus, it is better as it will be a reminder to those around us that we are engaged. Make it harder to forget. Also, it is the type of thing that the press will cling to without us having to make a statement." He sat down and started to type away at his computer. There were a few things that he wanted to do that night but he wasn't quite sure he wanted to make it clear to Skye what he was planning.

"Well, we will be meeting tonight to discuss our arrangement. I want what is expected from each other to be as clear as can be. I don't want there to be any misunderstandings or confusion. But I need time to think everything through, to come to the conclusions of what I need exactly to make this believable, and what I can do without... So it would be best if you come to my home. It'll be private. No one can overhear us so we won't get caught. I'll have a driver pick you up at your home, around 6:30pm. They'll bring you there and then bring you home."

Felix was quiet for a moment before continuing. "Also, if you would like, you can call me by my first name. I think this arrangement has gotten us past the formality." He gave her a playful smile.

It was seeming like their little introduction to this weird little plot that Mr.Anderson had going on was coming to an end. They agreed to be fake engaged to fool his family and the press for a while. There wasn't much to be talked about. Well, scratch that, he was right, they needed to finish out the details in a more secluded area. Who knows if someone could be pressing their ear against the door or something.

Slowly standing, Skye nodded her head in agreement. That will give her enough time to change out of her coffee-stained clothing and shower. She'll be able to look presentable when she goes to her bosses house for their meeting.

Stepping around the couch, Skye took another step towards the door before she froze and looked towards Mr.Anderson. Her mouth opened to say something, but then quickly closed. A small pink blush coming to her cheeks as she thought of something slightly inappropriate. Or we could go along with being called Mr.Anderson as a kink of yours. Skye quickly cleared her throat before nodding her head in agreement to his suggestion. "Alright sure, then you should call me Skye as well. Or whatever pet name you'd like or something." Skye said quietly, scratching the back of her neck nervously.

"Now, if you'll excuse me," Skye said quietly. "I need to get back to work, don't want to make the boss mad by slacking off," Skye said, a bit of a teasing tone in her voice as she sent him a wink. Then nervously laughed at her horrible attempt at making a joke as she covered her face with her hand. Then, after a few moments to cool down, Skye made her way towards the door and turned the knob. Only glancing back towards Felix to see him focused on the computer. "I'll see you tonight, Felix," Skye said quietly, before leaving once he gave her the okay to.

Felix gave her a small nod before he went back to the work on his computer. There was a lot that he needed to do before tonight. And it seemed that he wasn't going to be able to get any of his actual work done today... Not that it would matter if he wasn't the owner of the company in a month's time. This was certainly more important as who knows what would happen to the company if his brothers got ahold of it, or even worse, a complete stranger.

After some calls and some serious typing on his computer, Felix was upon his feet. Now that some things were rolling, he needed to go out and buy a few things. He headed out of the office, telling his assistant that he would be gone for the rest of the day. With that, he headed down to his car and drove off. There were some things he needed to buy, but first, a ring.

Hours had gone by before Felix finally stepped into his home. His hands were filled with bags. Some of it was things he felt he needed to add to his house to make it seem like he actually had a fiancee who stayed over. Like shower items, a toothbrush, food he typically wouldn't eat and some female clothes to put in the closet and the dresser. Though he also bought some items for Skye, but he would have to wait for her to arrive to give them.

With that, Felix put everything where it belonged before heading up the stairs to take a long shower and get dressed. Once he was cleaned and dressed in one of his nice dress suits, Felix headed downstairs and started to set the table as he waited for Skye and the food to arrive.

The rest of the day seemed like it had gone by in a blur. One moment, Skye was leaving Felix's office and the next she was driving back to the apartment she shared with her best friend. It was so weird, kinda like a dream? Did she really agree to be fake engaged to her boss? Did she really agree to call him Felix? Did she really have coffee spilled on her? Judging from the gross texture of her hair, that part was true. Which meant this whole little thing was true.

"I am so doomed," Skye mumbled to herself as she washed off the stale coffee in the shower. Her eyes closed as she rested her forehead against the tile of her bathroom shower wall. "I've never even had a boyfriend, how the hell does someone act when they're in love?" She mumbled once more to herself so that her roommate wouldn't hear her. A tired groan escaped from Skye as she finished up in the shower, making sure to use her favorite body wash to help lift her spirits.

Then, after about twenty minutes, Skye escaped from the bathroom with a towel around herself as she went to her dresser that was in the master bedroom, as in the only bedroom in the apartment. "What to wear, what to wear?" Skye mumbled to herself as she looked through her clothing, trying to figure out what one wears when they go to see their boss at their home.

The reminder that Felix is her boss and she's going to his house causes another blush to bloom on Skye's cheeks as she digs around for something nice to wear. When out of the corner of her eye, she spots something on her friends closet door. "Oh!" Skye mumbled as she noticed the pretty dress that was on a hanger. "Hey, Mel! Can I wear your dress?" Skye called out to her best friend who was either in the living room or kitchen. "Yeah." Her friend called back, which caused Skye to feel a little giddy at the thought of wearing something so pretty.

About an hour later, Skye was walking out of her apartment in the dress she was borrowing from her friend and getting into the waiting car. Her stomach was doing butterflies as the car moved. The driver didn't try to make any small talk with Skye, nor did he play any music, the ride was just quiet. Awkward would be a better word for it, supposedly. Although Skye didn't mind, she was too interested in watching the scenery go by as Felix lived on the opposite side of town then her. While Skye lived in the lower-middle-class area, Felix obviously lived in the higher end. Which was to be expected since he was going to become the CEO of his father's company.

As they arrived at Felix's mansion, the driver got out and let Skye out of the car. Then, he walked her to the door and opened it for her. "The master should be expecting you in the living room." The man said and pointed towards the direction of the living room before disappearing who knows where.

Following his directions, Skye slowly made her way towards the living room. Her bright green eyes taking in the expensive decor as she walked, her heels clicking slightly and echoing in the halls. "Hey." She said quietly as she entered the living room, and spotted Felix. A small smile coming along her lips as she paused in her movements, not sure what else she should be doing at the moment. "Do you live in suits?" She asked, trying to tease him a little bit and break any sort of awkward atmosphere there could be between them.

Felix let out a warm laugh as he shook his head. "No, I do not live in a suit." He told her with a large smile. "I just thought it was important to look nice for tonight." Heading over to Skye, he offered her his arm before slowly leading her into the dining room. The food had arrived before she did, thank god, so it was time for the two of them to eat. "Dinner is ready, I hope you are hungry."

He lead her through the hallway until he turned and brought her into the grand dining room. It was quite large, the type of place that one would hold great dinner parties. Though he brought her to the head of the table where two plates were set, both covered with large silver cloches. He headed over to one of the chairs and pulled it out for Skye, waiting for her to sit down before he pushed it in slightly.

The man then came over and pulled the cloche off of her plate, reveling an Italian dinner consisting of ravioli, salad and a small bowl of soup. Felix then took the bottle of wine that was set in an ice bath on the table, opened it and poured it into Skye's glass. He then did the same for his own glass and removed the cloche over his plate before sitting down. "I hope you like Italian," Felix said as he looked to her. It had crossed his mind that he should have asked what she liked to eat but by the time it came to his attention, it had been a bit too late.

"Please, ladies first," Felix said as he motioned to the meal. Once Skye had started eating, Felix did so himself. The meal he had gotten them was from one of his favorite restaurants in the city. After he had gone through his first few bites, he turned his attention to Skye. "So you have had a couple of hours to think about my proposal. I know you have agreed already, but I just want to make sure, are you committed to this?"

If Skye wasn't nervous before, she sure as hell was now. Felix was acting like the perfect gentleman. Escorting her to the dining room, pulling her chair out for her and pouring her some wine. This was like the stuff you'd imagine in a fairy tale about a Prince and a Princess falling in love or something romantic like that. It was quite relieving to have Felix doting so much on her as he tried to get her to accept him.

"I'm not a picky eater, I enjoy everything," Skye said as she looked at the delicious food that was in front of her. To be honest, it looked too good to eat. Like it was from a place that was way above her paygrade, and it probably was.

With that little bit of prompting from Felix to start eating, Skye did so. She took a small bite of the ravioli and instantly it was bursting with amazing flavor. The texture of the ravioli noodle was cooked to perfection. This was definitely a dinner that Skye will never forget. Reaching out, Skye took a small sip of her wine. Her eyes widen slightly as the alcohol went down smoothly, unlike the stuff she usually got that was on sale all the time. Definitely fancy people wine.

When Felix started to speak, Skye shifted her gaze towards the man as she set her glass down on the table once more. A small soothing smile played across her lips as she listened to Felix's voice his worry over things. "I've already agreed. I'm not going back on my word." She told him, her voice calm as she spoke. "Earlier in the office, if you would have told me that you were just in this for the money, then I would of flat out told you no. You didn't though. You voiced your concerns in an honest way. You told me that you wanted to make sure that the company stayed in good hands and that the people you employ can keep their jobs. You're a very dedicated person, Mr.Anderson, I applaud you, so, yes. Please allow me to accept your request for help." Her simple reply of agreeing to help turned into a small speech and that fact alone caused a small blush to appear on Skye's cheeks.

"Sorry, I tend to ramble when I get nervous," Skye mumbled quietly. Her eyes shifting away from her boss for a moment before looking back towards him a few moments later. "But yes, I still want to help. If you'll allow me too."

A warm smile came over his face as he watched Skye take the first bite of her food. It was clear to him that she enjoyed the dinner that he had picked out for both of them. This pleased Felix since he was trying to make a good impression on her. He hoped that they would be able to get along smoothly through this whole experience, and in order to do that, he needed to be at his best. Even with what he was offering her, Felix felt like Skye was providing a huge favor to him.

"I am very glad to hear that," Felix told her honestly. "I just wanted to make sure that you still felt that way. And, speaking of our deal, I have already paid off half of your student loans. I imagine that you will see that in your accounts sometime soon." He told her. In all honesty, Felix wouldn't be surprised if she got a call from her loan office. He doubted it was very often that they got 'anonymous donors' for specific accounts.

With that settled, Felix cleared his throat a bit and decided to move on. There were other things that he really wanted to get into that would be important to their situation. "Now then, there are some other things that we should discuss then. Since we are trying to appear as an engaged couple, there some expectations as to what that looks like we need to figure out." Felix was trying his best to be as proper as possible for this part of the discussion but it was a bit difficult. "Now, I don't think any public displays of affection are necessary. Some might find it a bit odd but the paparazzi and such will just assume it's because I am a private person. However, there are some ideas that I have and I would like you to tell me if these also have your approval."

Felix took a drink of his wine before continuing on. "We should probably stage some dates. Like going out to dinner and me inviting you to one of the galas happening this month. Perhaps you can live here with me sometimes if you would be comfortable with that or at least be seen coming here a few times to spend the night. Of course, you can take one of the guest bedrooms. Otherwise, I can somehow manage to sneak you out? Also, if I may offer you my arm or hand when we are in public... I don't want to make you uncomfortable in any way, so please tell me if any of these are things that you do not want to do."

To be honest, this was feeling like it was a business dinner. Talking about all of this planning, and things that needed to be done. How he thinks they should act while in public. It all felt very formal, and tight nit. No room for them to really explore and have some fun with each other.

Ignoring the fact that he just told her that he already paid off half of her student loan, which was amazing. Skye opened her mouth to add to the conversation. "I'm fine with all of that, although, I do have a few things to add and point out." She nervously licked her lips as she thought about going around this whole thing. Fake dating wasn't really common, nor was her dating life, but from what she knows. This all seems really stiff to her.

"If you're just holding my hand or I'm holding your arm, doesn't that seem a little stiff, er. Formal? You can wrap your arm around my waist if you want. I'm not a doll, I don't mind. Put your hand in my pocket, just relax. I'm not going to bite your head off for it." Skye told him. She knew he was trying to make sure that she seemed comfortable with this, and she wasn't. Well, not completely, but she knew that people who were in love didn't just hold each other's hand on occasion.

Reaching out, Skye grabbed her glass of wine and took a few small sips. Her bright green eyes looked down into the beautiful red liquid before looking back towards Felix. "I'm on board for the date ideas. Would you be interested in going to dress shopping with me then as another planned date?" She asked, curious about what it'd be like to shop with her boss. It sounded so weird and out of place, but, what could she do?

"As for living with you, I can do so some days," Skye said, her shoulders shrugging slightly. "I mean, are you okay with that? I am pretty much a stranger." Skye pointed out, her lips moving into a slight frown at the thought. It was true, she had barely worked at his office for a year, and when they actually meet face to face, she had coffee spilled on her.

Slowly, Felix started to untense as Skye spoke. She did have some good points, but more than that, it seemed that she would be more comfortable with his idea than he had been worried. Skye was willing to put on a show, to make it really seem that they were together and dating. And for that, Felix was thankful. Though, more than that, it helped Felix be able to calm down, to see that he maybe wasn't playing with as strict of a line than he originally thought. "I understand, I just don't want to cross any lines. I know that we are helping each other out and this is a strange situation, but I want you to leave it, in the end, feeling like it was worth it." Plus, he didn't want her thinking he was a total creeper but that Felix would keep to himself.

"Yes, dress shopping sounds good to me," Felix told her, a light smile coming over his face now. "And that is also agreeable, you staying here some days. And I am sure that I am okay with that. The house is large enough that if either of us needs some space, we can get that and I am not concerned about you being here in the least. Speaking of which, I should probably give you a tour once we are done with dinner."

Felix took a light breath before going back to eating his food. As he was talking this out with Skye, he was beginning to full-heartedly feel that things were going to work out. Skye seemed agreeable enough and that she was genuinely willing to work with him on their arrangement. Plus, he was thinking it might be best not to be so twisted up and stressed out every step of the way. Felix knew he couldn't completely control it but surely he could calm down for one dinner?

"Would you mind telling me a little about yourself? Like what you do during your free time? The type of things you like?" Felix looked over at her curiously. Of course, these were the kinds of things that a fiancee needed to know but it was more than that. He wanted to build a good relationship with her.

A small sigh silently left Skye as she noticed that Felix was finally relaxing. The things that were leaving his mouth were also not as formal. Making this whole thing finally seem more relaxed and less like a board meeting of some kind. If he wanted them to pass as a real couple so that he could take over his fathers completely, then he'll have to keep his relaxed state around her.

Setting her glass of wine down, Skye started to nibble on her food once more as well. A small smile coming along her lips as she heard his question. It might seem childish to ask such a thing, but she understood why he'd ask about her as he did. "Well." Skye started, stopping for a moment so that she could think about what he could benefit from knowing about her.

"I grew up in Texas, in a small farm town in the middle of nowhere. My mother is a waitress at a diner back home and my father's a mechanic. I have three older brothers, John, Caleb, and Mikie." Skye said, starting with her family. "In my free time, I enjoy reading, designing, editing. Um, when I'm in the mood to be outdoorsy I enjoy horseback riding, gardening, and volunteering." Skye said, shrugging her shoulders. She wasn't that exciting of a person, so she didn't know what else to tell him.

Relaxing in her seat once she was done eating, Skye turned towards Felix as she waited for him to finish eating as well. "What about you?" she asked, referring to the question he had just asked her. "Tell me about yourself, what do you like to do?" She asked, curious as to what a man of his stature liked to do in his free time.
