The couple waited patiently in the lobby to see if the woman wanted to see them and speak to them. If not they would respect her wishes and be glad that she is okay.

JB nodded but sighed. "And I hate that she did that to you bro, but we were trying to warn you. Did you know that she hated us and that she blocked our numbers on of your phone so that when we tried to you, it would seem that you were busy. We hated that we were losing our friend to her." JB admitted.

When the doctor came into the room and saw that Sorina was awake, he went to check her vitals to make sure everything was good. "I'm glad you're awake Ms. Sorina. There were no signs of a concussion or any other head trauma, but I am concerned about the bruises that are on your body, but we'll talk about that later. However, the couple that brought you in would like to speak to you if that's okay." The doctor said and Sorina nodded, "it's the least I can do after they came and saved me." She said giving permission.

‘I didn’t know that. I thought you guys were just busy because of school and your jobs and I understood that. I didn’t know that she did that. I was with her most of the time so I also didn’t pay much attention to my phone anymore.’

The couple walked in a few minutes later. They bowed to her but stayed back some distance so she’d feel comfortable, ‘we are glad you are okay and we will be talking to the police about this man with your permission of course. We are sorry that you went through that. We’re also sorry that some people just drove by or watched without saying anything,’ the woman told her.

JB nodded, "at first we thought that you were busy with your job, but then we noticed the way she got when we tried to hang with you. Then she told us what she did and that's why we tried to warn you how fucked up she was." JB said.

"Thank you, so much for helping me. That man is a monster and I hate how my boss keeps giving me to him." She said and then bit her bottom lip. "I work as a prostitute, so if I were to turn in that man that he was hurting me, I could go to jail too. I rather not get them involved." Sorina pleaded softly.

‘I didn’t realize. I’m sorry Jaebum hyung. I feel like our distance was my fault as much as it was hers,’ he hung his head in apology. He had no idea what his girlfriend was doing but he should have.

The couple nodded, ‘we won’t get them involved then. We promise. We will say nothing,’ the boyfriend told her, ‘but maybe you should quit and work for somebody else. It seems this manager doesn’t treat you good, if you continue in this line of work, that is.’

JB shook his head, "it wasnt your fault. You didnt know and we dont blame you at all. We were never mad at you. We just wanted you to know what she did to keep us from protecting you or showing you what a bad person she was." He said.

Sorina nodded, she didnt see herself doing anything else because she didnt believe she had the type of skills to work a real job. "Yeah I'm hoping that once i leave her, i can find another company so I dont have to worry about him anymore." She said softly.

‘I never knew...she was so good to me. She was there all the time. She made sure I had everything I needed and I did the same for her. I thought she was the one and you know sometimes as bad as this may seem, I kind of wish I didn’t know sometimes because I love her.’

‘Hey you could always come work with my business. It’s a book store. We sell books, new and even donate some to people who would like to own the book they read in our store if they don’t have the money to buy the book. Kind of like a library.’

JB nodded understanding his friend, "I know this hurts because you fell for a girl who you thought she was this amazing person but was really a conniving typecast of person. But we want our friend back too." He said.

Sorina was appreciative for the couple, but she couldn't take their offer. She was too dirty to work at nice establishment as this book store and make an honest living. "You've done enough for me already. I cant take your offer. I'm a prostitute it's all I know how to do. I dont want to dirty up your nice establishmen, and I dont deserve anything better." She told them sadly.
