Almost Easy.

Brian looked at his best friend and nodded his head. "Thank you that, means a lot." Brian smiled man hugging him.

Anna smiled at the two nodding her head at Cora, "Of course." Anna smiled.

Cora smiled, happy that Matt didn’t take Brian moving out badly. It was one less thing for her to worry about, now she just had to focus on moving her own stuff to the apartment.

Matt nodded, “Of course, man.” He looked over at Anna, “Ya know, that means I’m going to have this apartment all to myself...” He smiled slightly, “You could stay more or just move in?” He suggested.

Brian walked with Cora to his room and smiled. He didn't have much to pack up just his close and personal effects. "You wanna go get your stuff started?" Brian asked her smiling.

Anna looked at Matt, "Move in?" She questioned seeing him nod. "I like the sound of living with you." Anna smiled sweetly.

Cora took a minute to think before she nodded, “Yeah, I don’t have much. Just whatever is in my bedroom at the house.” She looked at him, “Are you ready to go to my house?”

Matt grinned, “I would love to have you move in with me.” He looked at her, “As long as you like the idea.”

Brian looked at her nodding, "I am ready." Brian told her.

"I love the idea." Anna smiled kissing his lip softly.

“Alright, let’s go,” Cora said as she lead him out of the apartment. Once they reached the house, Cora paused. She got out and lead Brian in to the house, “No ones here. I have some boxes in the closet in my room.”

Matt smiled, “Good. I’m glad.” He kissed her back, holding her close.

Brian nodded his head, "Alright." He told her following her lead.

Anna smiled hugging to him and kissing his lips softly. "Now going to my house, and getting my stuff." Anna looked at him biting her lip.

Cora took Brian up the stairs to her bedroom, grabbing the boxes from the closet, “If you wanna grab the clothes from the closet and put them in the box, I’ll empty out my dresser.” She grabbed another box and went to work, trying to be quick.

After they had packed everything in Cora’s room and loaded it up, she took a moment to look around the room. Hearing the front door close and her father call her name, Cora was stopped in her tracks. As the footsteps came up the stairs, she moved to the door and prepared herself for what was coming.

Once he reached the door, John stopped and looked at his daughter, “Finally you’re home.” His eyes landed on Brian, “What have I told you about bringing men like him home?”

Cora crossed her arms, “I’ve never brought a man like him here and this isn’t my home anymore. I’m moving in with Brian.”

Matt nodded, “Let’s go get it done.” He smiled at her.

Brian narrowed his eyes at her father and knew war was coming. He kept quiet and watched Cora as he kept close to her in a protecting manner.

Anna nodded her head. Going with Matt, it wasn't long till they were outside her house. Seeing her brother and dad's cars gone. She quickly got out with Matt and headed inside. Once in her room she grabbed her luggage cases and began packing them all with her pictures of her mom, her clothes, and the remaining of her stuff. Once she'd finished she took and looked at Matt after he'd gotten the last one in his car. Looking around once more, she took and walked out with Matt glad she hadn't ran into her brother or father.

“You’re not going anywhere. I don’t know where this sudden urge to do whatever you feel like doing came from, but it stops now,” John told her.

Cora shook her head, “I’m old enough to make my own choices and I’m choosing to move in with my boyfriend. I’m sorry if that upsets you, but I’m happy.”

John was silent, “Cora, if you choose to leave this house, I don’t ever want you to come back. I’ve made it clear that I don’t approve of your relationship with him. If you want to ruin your life, be my guest but I won’t be here to watch it.” He said as he turned and walked away.

Cora stood there in shock, she took a moment before turning to look at Brian, “Let’s go.”

Matt was happy they’d managed to get all of Anna’s stuff without having a run in with her father or brother. He honestly didn’t know if he’d be able to handle seeing either one after the last time. He walked to the car and opened the door for Anna.

Brian took and sighed feeling like all this was his fault. Once they were at the car Brian looked at her, "Are you sure this is what you want? I mean your dad made it clear. I don't want to be the reason you two never talk again." Brian looked at her.

Getting inside, Anna took and watched Matt get in. It wasn't long till they were home free. Sighing in relief, she took and smiled at Matt. This was an exciting new start, new home, with her boyfriend. A new job. Something she desired. A smile formed into her lips as she sighed in relief.

Once they were in the car, Cora looked at Brian, “I’m sure. He’s been like this my whole life, never cared about what I wanted or what made me happy. I just want to be happy for once.” She reached over and held his hand, “It’s not your fault. Let’s go home.”

Matt got in and drove back to the apartment, he was excited to have Anna living with him. Once they got home, he looked over at her, “Welcome home.” He smiled as he kissed her lips quickly before grabbing some of her stuff and carrying it inside.

Brian looked at her nodding his head. He took and kissed her cheek as he walked with her and held her close to him as he opened the door up for her.

Anna smiled liking the sound of it. She grabbed some stuff walking back inside with him. "Where should I put it?" Anna questioned Matt.

Cora was relieved when they finally made it back to the apartment. She was glad to be in their own space. She took what she had and started unpacking her things.

Matt looked at her, “Wherever you’d like, this is your home now too.” He smiled, “Make yourself comfortable. Anything you’re not sure where to put can go in the extra bedroom until we figure out where you want it.”

Brian went about unpacking his belongings as he looked at Cora. "You know we're going to have to get furniture, and all that stuff. I have my bed from Matt's." Brian told her.

Anna smiled at him and went into the bedroom they'd be sharing. She began unpacking her things and putting them away humming to herself happy to finally be able to be happy for once in her life.

Cora was unpacking her things in the bedroom. She nodded when she heard Brian speak, “Okay. I don’t need anything fancy, I can look around for some stuff.”

Matt watched as she unpacked her things. He went to help her with her stuff, putting everything in the right spot.

Brian nodded his head and smiled, "We can start later. Right now, I want you all to myself. Baptizing our apartment." Brian grinned pulling her close to his body smirking.

Anna smiled when they were done, "Thank you." She smiled up at him admiring him a second.

Cora let out a surprised gasp when Brian pulled her close. A smirk quickly crossed her lips, “I think that sounds like a wonderful idea.”

Matt nodded when she thanked him, “Of course. This is your home now too.” He smiled back at her, wondering how he had gotten so lucky.

Brian grinned at her, "Does it now?" He teased kissing her lips softly before working on the side of her neck at her spot. "How much a wonderful idea?" Brian grinned against her bare skin of her neck.

Anna smiled at him. She wondered to herself how she'd gotten so lucky in meeting Matt. "How did I get so lucky?" She questioned with a smile.

“It does,” Cora said softly, tilting her head to one side slightly as Brian kissed her neck. She held back a small moan, “A very wonderful idea.”

Matt made it look like he was thinking before he responded, “I don’t know. I guess it’s a pretty good thing I went to the beach that day.” He smiled, “I had a good feeling about it.”
