Peter was in shock when the video of Mysterio dying was playing on big screens all over Manhattan but that wasn’t what he was shocked about. What really threw him was the fact that Mysterio’s last dying act was to frame him for his murder and for the attacks that happened in Europe and Mexico. Then the next thing that worsened the surprise and the fear was when Mysterio exposed him. He unmasked him in front of thousands of people. His eyes went completely wide and his heart dropped into his stomach. Shit.

People turned to look at him and he took off back toward home. He no sooner got there when he received a phone call from Happy telling him to start packing. The team knew he would never do any of what Mysterio is trying to pin on him but the police agencies don’t see it that way. So he had no choice but to pack his things and leave. It was sad to leave Aunt May and his friends behind. But he did. He had to clear his name but he couldn’t do that with the police.

-A few months later-

He was in Europe. He had to get to the evidence the police took so he could examine it and expose Mysterio for who he really is. He was heading back to his room to grab his suit when he bumped into a person, knocking him down. He fell on top of Tayler and in between his legs.

Taylor has been living in Spain for almost a decade he had moved when he was sixteen. Never looked back when his parents decided to move, he was happy now. Now working as a photographer and model he had made a name for himself. He did pay attention to the news with the Avengers and now Spider-Man killed someone? He couldn’t believe it. Taylor did thought peter was cute though, but he wasn’t sure if he would kill someone.

“Ugh! Watch where you’re going!” He blinked and he looked between his legs, “so you mind you’re in my legs...” he groaned. Taylor sat you and blinked “you’re... the criminal their looking for..”

Peter blushed as he pushed himself up, ‘I didn’t do it. I didn’t do anything he said I did. I would never do that. I’m not a killer. Please I’m trying to find evidence to prove that. Please don’t tell anyone I’m here,’ he begged the cute man in front of him. He didn’t want them to know he came to Europe to find the evidence he needed. If they took him in, he’d be prosecuted and booked and who knows if they would find the evidence to free him. They think he’s in America right now.

He looked scared and hopeful. He pulled his jacket around himself tighter and pulled his cap down lower. He had dyed his hair, wore clothes unlike his usual style of dress, got fake piercings and tattoos just so it would be harder to recognize him.

Taylor looked into the desperate eyes of one Peter Parker and chuckled how pitiful that he was begging. Yet it turned him on a little, he shook those thoughts away however. “Why shouldn’t I tell someone? I’d be consider an accomplice if I don’t come and say something.” He stood and stared down at the man.

Taylor could tell Peter was being honest and wanted to figure this out, he finally sighed. “Okay fine, I guess I won’t be running into you again ..” he waved before walking away.

Peter sighed in relief when the gorgeous man walked away and said he wouldn’t tell anybody. Peter stared at his retreating form a bit even though he knew he should move and go back to his hideout for a bit but he couldn’t help but stare. A few seconds later, he turned and took off. He wanted to proof. He needed it. He’s not a murderer and his team knew that. Peter could defend himself sure and kick bad guy’s asses sure but he wasn’t a murderer.

Once back in his large comfortable home Taylor got in more comfortable clothes and decided to just be lazy. Thinking about that damn spider man he shook his head he was a nobody now. Everyone hated him for killing that one guy, it wasn’t any of his business so he didn’t think to ask.

Peter went back to his hideout to continue his plan for breaking into the building that had the evidence he needed to clear his name. The avengers couldn’t help him, no matter how much they wanted to. He was on his own. He was going to proof that he was innocent and he was going to go home. Be with his family and his team again.

Taylor was lounging around enjoying his beautiful home relaxing and still thinking about that damn kid. “Ugh Americans” he mumbled

Peter turned in for the night once he made his plan, to get some sleep. He laid down on the bed and pulled the sheets and comforter over his body and to his chin. That guy from earlier floated back into his mind. He blushed. He was really hot. He was also thankful the guy said he wouldn’t turn him in. He hoped the guy really wouldn’t though.
