Rise Above The Storm

"Where do you think everyone is?" Dom inquired as they entered the quiet house.

"Hard to say. I am assuming you gave the guys a day off right?" SHe smiled.

"They've had a few days off... they're going to start getting used to it," Dom joked, "I'm going to assume that Brian is with Addison and Seb."

Addison smiled as the photographer snapped shots of Brian and Seb, snapping back to reality as she was called over to join them.

"More than likely yes." Lauren smiled holding her phone up. "Their getting pictures done. They make a cute family." She adjusted herself in the recliner smiling at Dom. "Oh please don't let that go to Vince's head. My adopted brother will want more of the time off so he can be with Mia." Lauren giggled and smiled.

Brian smiled as Addison joined them as he handed Seb to her and stepped out so they could have some together before rejoining them and smiling as they had a family one done. Seb might not biological be his, but he'd be the father the kid deserved and the man Addison needed.

"Oh believe me, Vince won't ever hear anything from me," Dom stated with a smile, "They do and we are going to keep it like that... I don't know why, but Addison feels like a piece that was missing from our family puzzle."

The photoshoot was soon over and Addison set Seb back in his pram, ordering a few copies of the pictures before they left. It had been a good day, but she really wanted to check in on Lauren and the others.

"Do you want to grab some food for everyone and head back to Dom's house?" she asked Brian as they stepped out onto the path.

Nodding his head, "That sounds great." Brian smiled at her as he took and kissed her head as he helped her into the truck with Seb. "I think I need to trade my truck off for an SUV or something." He smiled at Addison.

Lauren laughed, "Oh you so will." Lauren told him smiling. "You will rub it in till he breaks." She grinned. "She does, she really does." She smiled at her fiance. "Dom, it's time to go to the appointment." She smiled slowly getting up as they left.

Nearly an hour later, they were back home and she smiled. "I swear, you cursed me." She smacked his arm playfully seeing him light up. "This explains all the issues and everything. My body frame is so tiny." She smiled at him looking at their babies on the picture.

"Hey, don't blame me," Dom argued with a smirk, "It's not my fault I'm an over achiever in some departments."

Lauren laughed, "Serisouly?" SHhe looked at him shaking her head. Hearing the front door open she heard a baby whine and smiled. "There's Brian and Addi." She smiled seeing them come into view.

"Hey guys." Brian smiled.

"Hey," Dom replied, kissing Lauren's head and looking at the bags in Addison's hands, "What did you get?"

"We brought food home for everyone," Addison answered with a shrug, "We wasn't sure what everyone would want, so we got a bit of everything..."

She set the bags on the table and excused herself, heading upstairs to take her tablets.

"Figured it'd be nice." Brian smiled at Dom as he took Seb and sat down holding the little boy in his arms smiling down at him.

"That's a good look for you, O'Connor." Lauren smiled.

"That so?" Brian asked.

"Very. I have never seen you this happy before." She smiled at Brian as she adjusted herself putting her hand on the bump and sighing.

"That little boy is lucky, he has an amazing mom, you and a whole family that want nothing but the best for him," Dom added, "He's going to grow up knowing that he belongs somewhere, they both will..."

"I want him to know he'll always be part of our family. And my son as long as Addy allows it." Brian smiled.

"I don't think you have an issue there, bro," Dom reassured him.

With her hands resting on the sink, Addison took a deep breath and closed her eyes as the room around her spun.

Lauren looked at the two, "Brian go check on her?" Lauren reached for Seb taking the little boy and smiling as she cooed at him holding him close.

Brian headed upstairs and knocked on the door, "Addy, you ok?" Brian questioned.

"I'll be out... in a minute," Addison called back, not knowing what was going on and feeling herself panic.

Dom smiled at Seb and ran his thumb across the little boy's cheek, frowning when Brian didn't come straight back.

"Are you sure you're ok?" Brian questioned.

"I don't..." Addison began as darkness washed over her.

Brian took and managed to get the door open as he saw Addison. Frowning he took and hollered for Dom to call 911.

"What's going on?" Dom asked as he reached the bathroom, seeing Addison on the floor and moving to crouch beside her, "Helps on its way."

"I'm sorry," Addison whispered as tears ran down her face.

"Sorry for what?" Brian frowned looking at her. "Just stay with me." He pleaded.
