I Know I Love You

“Wow, such a gentlemen.” Emily giggled and got into his car. “You might have to fight your friend Jake.” She winked whenever Jay got in.

Heeseung chuckled. “I would fight my friends to keep them away from you.” He said as he opened his passenger door for her.

Jay’s face lit up as Emily giggled, genuinely enjoying the fact he had a crush on her, wanting to show her he wasn’t the mean person he seemed to be - at least, not to her. “I will! Gladly!” He laughed, starting the engine.

Rose smiled, kissing Heeseung’s cheek as a thank you before getting into the car. “Smooth,” she teased, buckling her belt.

Emily smiled and leaned over to kiss Jay’s cheek. “Thank you for helping me today and being sweet.” She said as she put her seatbelt on.

Heeseung smirked. “What do I have to do to get more of those kisses?” He said as he pulled out of the parking lot.

Jay smiled softly, the feeling of Emily’s lips against his cheek the best thing he’d ever felt. “Anything for you.” He smiled, gently taking her hand to kiss her palm. “But uh, what can I do to get some more of those kisses?”

Rose laughed with Heeseung’s words. “Take me back to your place and see if you can find out.” She teased.

“Hmm, we will see what happens at your place.” Emily winked as she leaned back into her seat, enjoying teasing him.

Heeseung smirked. “You got it.” He said as he started driving back to his apartment. Once there, he parked and got out before opening Rose’s door and helping her out.

Jay grinned with Emily’s teasing. “Damn, I don’t get a hint?” And pulling up next to Yeonjun’s car at a red light and seeing Beomgyu in the passenger seat, Jay smirked. “Not even a taste of what’s to come?”

Rose smiled as Heeseung helped her out of the car and she closed the door behind her, thanking the stars above that she knew enough Korean to tease Heeseung and get by. Kissing his cheek as a thanks again, Rose winked. “Lead the way.”

Emily thought for a moment. “Hmm, maybe I’ll give you another kiss when we get back to your apartment.” She giggled, not even noticing Yeonjun’s car or how Beomgyu was looking at them since both his window was down and Jay’s was down also.

Heeseung smirked. “I gotta admit, you give amazing cheek kisses, I can only imagine how good of a lip kisser you are too.” He winked as he led her inside the building and then up the stairs to his apartment.

Beomgyu heard Emily’s words and frowned, feeling his heart break in his chest because he was so certain Emily knew he wasn’t what Jay and his cronies made him out to be.

Jay grinned. “Oh, really?” Jay laughed as Emily giggled, enjoying the sound. “That’s a fine deal. As a thank you for an excellent kiss, I’m going to cook you an amazing dinner - much better than what school has to offer.”

Rose grinned as Heeseung led her to his apartment, and as they paused outside of the door, Rose bit her lip, letting courage win for once. “How about I let you find out?” And gently pulling Heeseung to her, she pressed her lips to his.

Emily smiled. She leaned back in the seat as Jay began driving again and soon they were at his apartment.

Heeseung smirked before kissing her back, wrapping his arms around her as he pulled her closer, if it was possible.

Jay opened the passenger door for Emily and offered her his hand with a smile. “It’s not much, but it’s home.” He pressed a kiss to the back of Emily’s hand. “I have a cat, if that’s okay.”

Rose wrapped her arms around Heeseung’s neck, her shopping bags forgotten by the door. Pulling away for a moment, Rose caught her breath. “You’re a really good kisser.”

“I love cats.” Emily smiled and leaned up to kiss his cheek again. “Show me your kitty, please.” She gave him her cutesy look that she knew he couldn’t resist.

Heeseung smiled. “I could say the same for you.” He smirked, “make yourself comfortable, I’ll get dinner started and then we can watch a movie.”

Jay grinned as Emily kissed his cheek. “What’s my reward for showing you my cat?” He teased, gently wrapping his arms around Emily’s waist, peering down at her with a soft gaze. “But, Sprite is on the sofa. You should go and join her.” Jay smiled. “I won’t take long cooking.”

Rose grinned and nodded, taking off her shoes politely and sitting on the sofa, stretching her arms above her head. “You have a beautiful apartment.”

“Sprite? Aww cute!” Emily smiled and went to the couch. She sat down and reached her hand out for the cat, who instantly came to her. She began petting her, listening to her purr.

“Thank you!” Heeseung called as he went to the kitchen. He got out stuff to make kimchi fried rice and some pork belly. “You like spicy stuff, yes?” He asked Rose

Jay laughed as Emily cooed at his choice of name for his cat. “Yeah, she’s sweet, like Sprite.” And as Jay began to prepare ingredients, he hummed happily, something about Emily bringing him peace, forgetting about the war with Beomgyu and his nerdy friends for a moment.

Rose went to the kitchen, sitting on a counter top near Heeseung, but not too close to disturb him. “Love spicy.” Rose smiled. “But hey, let’s see if your cooking is good as you claim.” She winked.

Emily got up a bit later and went to see Jay. “I think I know how to give you something later on.” She said as she leaned against the counter. “If you wow me with dinner,” she said and walked over to whisper in his ear, “you can have some dessert.” She whispered, before placing a soft kiss behind his ear.

“You’ll love it.” Heeseung smirked. Being around Rose made him forget about all the drama and fighting with Kai and them. He was glad she agreed to hang out with him, pretty soon, she wouldn’t even remember who Kai was

Jay watched as Emily leaned against the counter, admiring how gorgeous she looked. Stirring the contents that were in the pan cooking, he bit his lip with Emily’s promise, letting out a groan of approval, nearly losing concentration. “Do you know what you’re doing to me?” Jay smirked, beginning to serve dinner. “Would you like some wine?”

Rose watched Heeseung with a grin, biting her lip. “Do you have an idea for dessert? Because I might have one.” Rose smirked

Emily smirked, “I would love some wine.” She said, noticing the bottles of wine. She swayed her hips, teasing him, as she walked over to the counter to get a bottle and two glasses down.

“I might have an idea, I wonder if we share the same one.” Heeseung smirked as he eyed her up and down and then winked. “You want some wine?” He asked.

Jay watched Emily as she walked to the counter, his eyes practically glued to her form, the way she walked, the way her confidence just radiated through the room. “God, you really are beautiful.”

Rose grinned, studying Heeseung with a happy glint in her eye. “I think we’re on the same wavelength, yes.” Rose confirmed. “But I would love some wine,” Rose slid off the counter to get the glasses.

“Do you mean that or do you just want to get laid?” Emily chuckled as she walked over with the glasses of wine and sat them down on the table.

“You are so beautiful, you know that?” Heeseung said as he watched her walk over to the wine cabinet to get them some wine

Jay served dinner and joined Emily at the table, placing her food in front of her, as well as a fork and knife. “Both.” Jay winked, sitting opposite the beauty, determined to make her forget that Choi Beomgyu existed. “Enjoy, sweet thing.”

Rose laughed as she carefully poured the wine. “Do you say that because you really mean it, or because you want us in between your sheets later?” Rose took the glasses to the table and sat down, studying Heeseung.
