Sir Elton Hercules John CBE (born Reginald Kenneth Dwight on 25 March, 1947) is a five-time Grammy and one-time Academy Award-winning English pop/rock singer, composer and pianist.
So yes. Sir Elton John, singer of Your Song, Rocket Man, Crocodile Rock, The Ballad of Danny Bailey (1909-1934), and Bitch is Back.

Sir Elton John is gay. And Sir Elton John has the most amazing voice of anyone I've ever heard.

I saw him in concert, he pwns your soul.

AND HE IS COMPLETELY OSM ON PIANO.

    Yes that was necessary.

    Anyone else?

I haven't heard a lot of his stuff before, but I occasionally hear some songs on Music Choice when we have the Classic Rock channel on.
I, personally, like his music based on the couple songs I've heard before. I'd definitely go buy his stuff.

Not to mention I also seriously respect him for being himself and not caring what anyone else thinks. :con:

I have some of his songs on my iPod.
My favorites are Daniel and Can You Feel the Love Tonight?
I also have the Marilyn version of Candle in the Wind, live.

Yeah, my mom has an unopened single somewhere.
I think she's hoping it'll be worth a lot someday so she can sell it on E-bay.
My stepmom may have been thinking the same thing, but I stole hers and opened it...

:tehe: I don't have any of the singles. Just some of his albums.

I'm currently over-obsessed with I Must Have Lost It on the Wind...

My parents (mostly my dad) love Elton John so I have to listen to him a lot when I'm the car. But I've gotten used to him now so I sorta like him.
I really like the songs he did for 'The Road to El Dorado' :]

    Those songs are good.
Also, if anyone likes the Lion King, Elton John composed all the music for that.

Like really, FIVE hours STRAIGHT of piano playing epicness?
    That's just amazing.

Elton John is made of pure, unadultered win. :con:

Blue Eyes was the first song I ever heard. My mum played it after I was born, because of my eyes. How cool is that?! :tehe:

Your song is probably the sweetest song ever, I also have a soft spot for Rocket man and Candle in the wind (original version) but my favorite has to be Part time lover.
My friends and I always play Saturday Night's all right for fighting before we go out partying, it's just such a good song.

He should have way more than one page of comments with the last being in 09. v.v

My favorite song by him is "Someone Saved My Life Tonight". I also like "I GuessThat's Why They Call It The Blues" "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me", "Don't Go Breaking My Heart", "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" and a lot of others.

I'm having an Elton John period right now.
"I guess that's why the call it the blues" is my jam right now. I think my neighbors might hate me by now.

Elton John is on the new Fall Out Boy album (the title track) and he is nothing short of epic.

My favorite song is probably the Marilyn version of "Candle" (the live one I have on my iPod), but I love "Daniel".
