Russian accents are nice, as are certain American ones. Think GLaDOS.

I live in the in heart of the South. My accent, as well as the ones that surround me, is not the characteristic, slow-moving drawl one unfamiliar with the location would expect to hear. The accents here are pure country and are so unappealing to me that I consciously attempt to speak with no accent at all.

How any person could find it attractive is beyond me; however, if one were to it would certainly ease my disdain for the accent.

I love Japanese and Russian accents. In Love Scottish people also have lovely accents as well. Weird

Honestly, the only accents I really sort of don't like are Irish accents, Southern accents (like the thick accents), and British accents (the stereotypical one of course XD). But really, I'm not too fond of any British accent no matter which one it is. I never did understand the fascination people have with British accents. Shifty I wouldn't say I hate those accents, but I'm not very fond of them.

I might be the only person in the planet who doesn't like British accents, but I don't. They really do make me cringe!

Same here. I don't get how just about every girl I know creams their pants when it comes to guys with standard Brit accents.

I also can't stand the stereotypical Bostonian accent or the stereotypical New Yorker/Brooklyn/Jersey/WHATEVER accent.

I think I'm one of the few people who loves a good Southern drawl, especially the Charleston, SC old-fashioned Southern accent. I also find older men with Texas drawls to have soothing voices lmfao

I can't stand French accents. They sound so stuck up to me, not romantic like many people think.
Or those cutesy American ones where they pronounce "egg" as "ayg" and "milk" as "melk" and so on. Eurgh.

I never understood this. Like...if we're talking the stereotypical 'British' accent (so pretty much BBC-approved accents) then I find it quite..snobby? I don't know, it's too pronounced and posh-sounding to me. It honestly just reminds me of the prime minister every time I hear someone talk like that and I don't like being reminded of the prime minister.
I really dislike the Fife accent. I mean, I dislike Scottish accents in general (occupational hazard of having one) but I just can't stand the way that people from the Fife area talk. It just makes me cringe so badly.

In terms of liking accents though, I adore Australian/NZ accents. In Love I'm also fairly partial to the Nordic accents. I go to university with a girl from Finland and I could literally listen to her talk all day long.

Russian, Irish, Australian and Louisianian (this one especially with girls). I also love me some Cali-accents (think Billie Joe Armstrong). Italian is pretty as well.

I'm not all that fond of English accents, but they aren't bad or anything. German isn't my favorite either, but it's still lovely enough.

British, Swedish, and Australian are my favourites. c:

The only accent I really dislike is Southern. Which is ironic because I live in the South and I have that "Southern belle" accent, and I hate it so much. I don't know; I feel like I sound tacky compared to other accent.

Italian and Irish are my favorite accents. I also love Jersey accents, but I think I'm biased.

I don't like Southern accents at all, though. I can't tolerate them at all.

I like French, to an extent. Not much when spoken in English. J'aime en français parce que je le parle. Irish is still terrific. Scottish can be sexy. I also love Boston accents because Mark Wahlberg.

Not a fan of the Fargo-esque midwestern American accent.

Luckily I only have a little one. I got it from my Grandma, but it's also a mix of French from speaking the language as a little girl. That's kinda like a Creole/Cajun, but still Southern Belle. It's very odd. Even still, it's all a bit muted because I live in the Midwest and I have a very standard American base to my dialect. It is fading and I'm a bit sad.
