Have You Ever Almost Died?

When I was young, my mother went to the shopping mall with me. She went to the atm and I wait for her. I was really young as in like four to five years old and I saw the railing (I was five to six storey up) with a small hole. I went past the railing and paced around the quite broad ledge there. (Note: there's no railing, because I went past it and I'm high up.)

I kind of inflicted this near death thing myself. But then my mother saw me and pulled me back. Last time, around the same age, I somehow took a knife and tried to stab myself on the heart or cut my wrists. :tehe:

I actually almost died as a fetus. I was two and a half weeks overdue. My mom had an emergency c-section because I was a "baby in distress." I'd somehow managed to wrap the imbilical cord around my neck.

A few months ago I almost choked to death.. on a freaking Ice Breaker Sour. I got lodged in my wind pipe and I started regurgitating to try and get it out, the sour was burning my wind pipe and I couldn't breath, I struggled unable to breathe for 2 minutes, but it was disintagrating enough to let me breath and I spent an hour over my sink hacking out soured water in my system...

And I just recalled I was sitting in the middle of the road going through my school on used for students, no one was at the school and I was just sitting there waiting for people to have to drive around me. This one guy sped up and tried to run me over but swerved 3 feet infront of my face. All I could remember was the license plate "Daddy-O" coming at me, I was in shock.

When I was young, I was at a fairground and there was this little bouncy castle but you could climb through it and stuff like a little assault course but obviously for small kids. Then, it started deflating when I was in the middle and I couldn't get out and it would have suffocated me if someone hadn't cut open the side and pulled me out.

I've almost been run over so many times as well, my road safety is terrible!

But I have also fainted when i was on holiday, i was on the roof of this really tall building looking over the edge and i almost fainted because of the heat, luckily my mum was there to pull me back.

The other night I woke up at 3am and had a coughing fit while lying on my back and was coughing up phlegm and because I was lying on my back it started choking me.
Then I was coughing for another 5 minutes to try and stop choking.

two nights ago my sister in law[she's pregnant] and I were watching a movie and we fell asleep next thing I know I'm wake up gasping for air it turns out that rolled on top of me

I almost fell out of a car...

I was riding my bike out of my friends neighborhood. Some lady thats putting in eye drops nearly hit me. Needless to say I fell into the grass and I haven't been on a bike since then. I've also broken both arms on a bike.

Bikes are no good for me.

My car lost control during a snowy night and the breaks failed on me so I almost crashed into a tree.
It was fucking scary.

I fell off my horse 2 years ago and broke 6 of my vertabrae. If I'd broken the one above I'd have broken my neck and died...

I was on a dare to run through Eltham -home town- Naked. So i ran across a street and slammed into a buss :( it was so unfair and embarassing

when i was a baby i was always sick and the doctors said if i got any worse and lost any more weight i would probably die------------that counts right?
also i caught my friends stove on fire, well, no, that doesn't count as almost dying, that just counts as being stupid :P

i'm a figure skater(laugh all you want) and i was in competition at my home rink.,
were were doing a team synchronized thing and it was a block where there were four lines of five people each. we were heading down the rink and i was in the back line and i skated over something and fell. nobody saw me because we were going backwards and i had a team of 13 year old girls skate over my back. I had a minor concussion and i have a huge scar on my back from when this girl dug her blade into my back.

i wasnt near death but i thought it was a odd injury(:

Fallen off a horse about five times, like completely owned myself.

A few years back I was at a mates place and we were on her street sitting in the gutter [:XD don't ask] A few cars drove past but one kept going up and down the street. On like, the third time it went up the street it headed straight for us. I was so shit scared! Me and another chick bailed - we didn't stop running til we got to the house and everyone was still down at the top of the road laughing about it.

I've nearly drowned twice and nearly chocked on a chunk of apple before.
Drowning: when I was around six or seven, didn't know how to swim that well but ventured to the deep end of the pool anyway. Second time, was out with friends at the beach, we went into the water. I tried getting on this board thing and the tide knocked me under, I was choking under water and had no idea which side was the way up. When I finally surfaced I was terrified.
Apple: I took a huge bit after my mother told me not to eat the apple. She jinxed me saying that I'd ruin my appetite and that she hoped I'd choke. She said this jokingly but it nearly happened. Joy.

Two car accidents. Nothing too serious, but yeah I could have died considering the circumstances that led to the accidents.

I was about half a foot from being hit my a car when I was 4. And 7. And 12. I'm not the swiftest. They thought I was going to die when I was 7 months old. It was just some really shitty pnemonia.
