Small, Odd Things That Bug You But Shouldn't

When people chew with their mouth open.
OR when people say they're in love with something and haven't got a clue about it. :grr:

Seriously, for some reason, it just really riles me up to the point where I have to leave the room or I'll hit someone :XD

Dude, I wanna kick every 13-17 year old in Sweden who claims to love their boy- or girlfriend after being with him/her for 5 minutes. :cheese: Oh yeah, they often break up after about 2 weeks even though they swore they would love each other forever. :weird

They give love a bad name.

When someone's typing things into a computer and I can see spelling errors and such. It drives me insane. Any spelling mistake just makes me brain go crazy. I hate it.

Same here. Once I was at my friend's house and she was typing something, and every now and then I'd say, "You spelled ______ wrong," or, "It's were, not was."

Now at my school's newspaper club meetings, the teacher in charge made it one of my job's to do that once I'm done with my article and what not. I get to go around proofreading everyone's articles, so I don't have to worry about going insane there.

Coughing. When other people cough more specifically. And that seems ridiculous, because everyone coughs, and they usually can help it. But when people cough I just want to smack them and tell them to shut up!

People who are messy eaters annoy me. The site of chewed/waste food makes me gag so it gets on my nerves when I see it.

When people correct another person's grammer or spelling. Unless it's a teacher or something. It annoys the fucking hell out of me.

When people have to always prove themselves right , and get snobby about it when they do.

When the girl behind me leans her feet on my chair. Grr.

When people overuse exclamation marks.

I hate repeating myself. I know I talk pretty loud, so there's no reason why they shouldn't hear me.

Spelling errors really bother me, but I suck at spelling so it makes me feel like a hypocrite.

When my sister borrows my guitar. Music has always been my thing and it's like she's ripping it away from me whenever she plays it.

When people use chatspeak, spell wrong or use wrong grammar. I just have to correct it - but hate it when people correct me. I'm completely hypocritical.

Er, repeating myself - and when people say, "ay?" when they can't hear you. (My Mum does it all the time.

Cheesy adverts, when there's an awful song in my head, when I don't know lyrics, names etc. When my earphones never stay in my ears.

When MSN Messenger is gay and doesn't connect to my computer.
And when my mother thinks she knows more about my laptop than I do.

TV voiceovers when they announce the next programme, and they try to be funny but they're clearly not and it's just cringeful to hear them.

I'm like, "JUST PUT ON THE PROGRAMME!"

People eating around me; I haven't sat down for a family meal in ages because I cannot stand the sound of other poeple eating.

People sniffing constantly; blow your goddamn nose already. :grr:

When I'm at a friends house watching TV with them and they constantly channel hop.

People who say the same thing over and over again to get your attention.
