If the user does something worthy of getting just a warning, then they are PMed with a warning. If it's more extreme and deserves a ban, then they are banned as soon as possible. It really depends on the situation.

Is there any warning before the ban? I know we get a mail when we are banned but is there any way to know that we are almost getting ban?
