Site Update: Banning Alerts
Whenever a user is banned from Mibba for breaking a rule, there is no way for them to know what is happening. The user simply cannot log into their account and is left confused. Dujo is working on an alert system for when users attempt to log in, but in the mean time an email alert system is going to be used, starting from today.
If you are permanently or temporarily banned, the Admins (Audrey, Katie and Nicole) will be sending an email to the email address that you registered on Mibba with. They will inform you of what has happened and how long you will be unable to access your Mibba account for. If you are temporarily banned, they will still send you a PM once the banning has ended, so even if you don’t check your email regularly you will still be notified of what has happened.
The Admins will be using their new email addresses for messaging banned users, and you are able to contact them any time via these addresses. It is an off-site way to reach any Admin whenever you need to. Their emails can be found on their profiles, or just put their first name into this: Mibba______@gmail.com.
